is there any special privilege for US passport holders, there is no rule to explain why visa is rejected, even US or EU embassies are not providing any clear answer for rejection. These couple had no right question Indian diplomat, even he is rude.

Biggest problem is housing costs and streamlining transferable qualifications so a GP from Europe can come and work in Canada.. right now that EU GP would need to go back to school for zero reason..\n\nCanada has for decades not build enough houses..

One way or another, in EU or North America you will have better life than 90 % of world. But worse than locals. I am white European and I hardly achieve life standards of locals in neighboring country. Do not have a victim mindset. Accept how things are. In North America there is more growth, but it is a way harder to raise up family. You might need a 20 years to achieve something. Or maybe next generations will. Look Italian Americans. They have been considered dirt poor for decades by other Americans. What is source of wealth ? All around world is the same - mortgage loan. Jamie Dimon of JP Morgan says 85 % of American middle family wealth originates in mortgage loan. Loan is always eaten by inflation. Is a gift by government for hard working people. Study mortgage loan - debt - bond markets. Banks business condition. Study which skills are in drastic need in your country of living. Get skills, get salary, get loan and buy cheap. These days the hardest is to buy cheap. So be hungry and look around like tiger in the Jungle

Ma'am, you have rightly said its a matter of one's individual temperament, priorities, expectations, and domestic conditioning. I know from experience of living in Canada, China, Japan and Sweden for over 25 years, your take would have been the same in any EU or American country. Of course, all sorts of handymen and cleaning services are available at a single phone call, but they're expensive which is why everyone keeps a tool kit and does most little things themselves. Only for complicated stuff we call professionals. If you can forget the maasis back home, these can be great countries to live in. Think again!

Muslims will over step the mark in Christian countries, Governments have to be overthrow before there's more of them than us, EU has to be broken up, Borders back up\nIREXIT/EIREXIT\nUse cash, stop taping

Always remember this pattern, \n \n1) Conflict is always between islam vs other religions \n2) Other islamic countries will not accept those affected muslims as their refugees, but they somehow sneak into non-islamic countries. (Russia, whole EU problem with refugees: France, Germany, Spain etc., India divided into 3+ countries, Iran was not an islamic state initially) \n \n3) once they are into non-islamic countries, increase population super fast, they create separate laws and try to break that country too.

In a way that’s a good Idea, there isn’t enough housing and nobody can afford to buy a family home . If I were a little younger i would also support too go somewhere else, our government is getting worse every year just to stay in step with the EU ,

So UK is planning to use axe on its own knees along with EU.

We came to CA in 2022 from UA and now I'm looking for a job in the EU to get back to EU.

So how can an African( EU citizen) relocate to north America legally ??
2023-10-23 0
YOU ARE RIGHT CHORKO, BUT GUYS GET YOUR EU COUNTRY PR OR PASSPORT BEFORE LEAVING, SPEAKING FROM EXPERIENCE.
2023-10-23 0
Kudos bro, you absolutely nailed this subject. To be honest I really want to join you to delve deep into this conversation. After living in both the Netherlands and Germany for over a decade, and also a citizen of the EU, I couldn’t agree more with. I will link up soon , Sir

Thank you for putting this together especially some of us who have multiple visit visas for EU n need to weigh options

And to think that EU complained about Balkan refugees 20 years ago, and now they let these people in really makes you think twice about western values!
2023-10-21 0
Send them to Europe where these migrants belong to. The EU has accepted millions of Ukrainians refugees and the EU must take these migrants as well . Do not treat refugees and migrant based on color, race, religions and economic status.
2023-10-21 0
Plz, deport all illegal migrants from the EU. We don't want them here.

It's nice to see an American reaction that is not knee-jerk, jingoistic patriotism. A lifetime of visiting American cousins (upstate NY!, Michigan, Cali, Texas) that wrap themselves in the flag and declare the US 100% better for everything made me expect a very different video.\nCanada is no longer all that great, but ... top 10% of income / wealth you're better off in the US (but for MOST people the extra wealth doesn't buy happiness).\nNext 25% is about the same, your quality of life is the pretty much the same in either place so long as you don't have a health crisis.\nBottom 65% - move to Canada if you can, or better yet ANYWHERE in the EU. If you have a CompSci or Engineering degree, the EU is a better choice except for a certain amount of culture shock and the mandatory language rules. Of course, if you have the opportunity and funds to move ... you don't need to.\nIf you are of Nordic descent the appropriate Scandinavian country is definitely a better choice, but my understanding is that they are not very tolerant of others.

So much illegal immigration, from the UK to EU to Canada to the US. Seriously, these numbers are terryfying and no one has a solution.
2023-09-30 0
I agree. In fact, thanks for having 2 passports, I am moving back to the EU in the next year or so. Toronto, and Canada, will take 10 years to recover. It's not worth staying here.
2023-09-16 1
Oga Chorko Abeg we in Europe can as well exploit any parts of the world with our Eu passport too. Not withstanding, I love to come over (Canada) too soonest. Let me quickly get my licenses too ???

The late fashion trends don't bother me. Ban of freedom of speech does! \nBut now, the EU is even worse than Canada. \nIf you girls are Russian, you are lucky because Russia is the only white country where there is no anti-white agenda, no woke crap....Sexual indoctrination of children in schools... and all that crap!
2023-08-09 0
Hello brother can you tell me about roseland ontario…like will be a good decision to move canada from EU? Thanks in advance

EU here : naaaaa healthcare insanity. Racism although seems better than 30 yrs ago in the south, is still obviously big. Also this little (big) thing that 80 mil. still would vote for Trump is just beyond anything. Sure so many places are stunning and millions of beautiful people, we will just visit.

Canada has less people than the state of California! \nUSA : 330m+ people\nCanada: 39m+\nUSA is 42.5% of the $108.6 trillion global equity market cap in 2023, or $46.2 trillion. This is 3.8x the next largest market, EU.\nCanada is at 3 trillion.
2023-08-02 0
What you don't mention I'd that many countries Don't give permanent residence, and also no benefits. Most immigrants have to apply too. Also what types of immigrants come too. In EU you can see, as I'm living here, that certain immigrants from certain countries are different culturally, religiously, and with acceptance of other beliefs and society.

Former US citizen here, now EU citizen - no way in heck would I ever wish to live in the US again. The education, healthcare and overall quality of life is so much better. Cost for 1 year for full medical (hospital, gp, prescriptions & dental) less than a thousand for a family of 5, I pick my doctors, specialist and hospitals. My current prescriptions cost less than 200 a year, pricing what it would be in the states it would be more around 1000 a month.\nFor any US citizen considering moving please be prepared to file & pay taxes to the US, FEIE doesn't cover everything. Good luck getting a bank account FATCA. There are a lot of things to consider and prepare for before moving.

And still moving to Canada much more difficult than to almost any of the EU country
2023-07-29 1
As someone with full citizenship in Canada, EU, and United states I feel lucky tbh. Granted, due to personal reasons I am still a software dev in Canada making like 80k US vs the 180k Id make there.

The thing about the job health insurance that a lot of Americans don't really think of as a business case: If a person has their insurance tied to their job, they will almost never be able to move to another one if they develop a life-threatening condition. Even with diminished bars of entry due to pre-existing conditions, your health insurance can be denied if you transition to another company. If you are denied, your best healthcare options are then tied to your income, and that means you basically have to be unemployed and living on social entitlements. \n\nThe thing is, this locks you into your position, and you are literally at the mercy of the company which means you're only going to be doing the minimum amount of work necessary to not get fired. If you have a socialized/universal single-payer healthcare plan, your job is no longer a limiting factor, you can switch employers basically at-will. The boon for businesses is that people will be more able to move rather than have to get you to do a dance with your insurance company. \n\nThe other thing for me is that having been in the US, I felt less safe in blue states than I did in Canada, and I felt worse in red states. The USA is a beautiful country, but it's a STRANGE society. One thing I can say is the USA tends to get bright fast once they catch on to how big a problem actually is, so here's to hoping that happens soon because brother, you have a mess of problems on your plate. \n\nThis isn't the only thing, but FWIW, I have had multiple opportunities to move to the US for work, and I work in a field where I can command a very good salary, but I choose to not live there. I'd move to Belize, or a Nordic EU country instead.

As a dutchie I'm in awe.... pur own country was flushed by (EU)politicians with Marxist agenda's.... Holland is overrunned by freeloading africans asians, etc... Even the police is standing with their teeth hanging out.\n\nAmd now Canada the fricking same fate as us?????\nHow lame are Canadians in the voting box?\nHave they become complaisant by lying politcians and framing media?\nIf so, a civilwar will cleanse the darn shit; here in Europe and North America aswell.....\nPraying and preparation is all we have left.\nGod save us please.

Health care quality in the EU is so much better
2023-06-17 0
Hahahaha, Muslims escaped from their war torn countries are now imposing Islamic law in a freedom of religion and human rights EU, what an irony!
2023-06-08 0
Thats what I don't understand. When I hear African American going on trip to EU why not africa.
2023-06-01 0
It's unfortunate, I can say I have faced heavy racism as an African nurse in EU( not to mention the country) it starts with systemic, macroagression etc. Sure I'm removing myself from the situation completely. Sister be strong, I feel you

This is exactly why the UK left the EU and closed up the drawbridge!! And still that doesn't stop third world migrants from attempting dangerous crossings over the English channel! ?

I’m an independent that usually votes Democrat, but the border should be a nonpartisan issue.\n\nAmerica is not like Europe. European countries are the sizes of states, and they have the European Union to cross govern.\n\nAmerica does not have a relationship with Canada or Mexico like any of the EU countries.\n\nWe cannot be letting this happen. I feel for the people suffering in Mexico, I truly do. But mass illegal immigration is not the solution.\n\nNo matter how bad things get in America, I will never just walk over to Canada and demand a job.\n\nOur societies have to function on a system, and that system demands legal immigration.\n\nWe have to do something, but when it’s a bridge like this…I don’t know what ethical solutions there would be. \n\nMaybe an electrical fence? The thought of a child being electrocuted because they were pushed into that fence is devastating to me; it would be heartbreaking to see anyone injured that way.\n\nWe can’t hurt these people, that’s not right. But we have to find some way of keeping them from crossing illegally.\n\nA wall, a mote, an electric fence—honesty, I don’t see how any of those would keep people out…\n\nIt’s just an awful mess. Forget Democrats versus Republicans. This is an issue every American should recognize.

The UK is pretty much like Canada, now. There is only room for the 5% who are rich (the capitalists & rentiers) and the 35% of people on Benefits (the 35% of population who live off welfare paid for by the State using the hard-working tax payer's money). The honest, hard-working middle-class (about 50 to 60% of society) are absolutely screwed and doomed, because all they can now do is keep working their guts out till they drop dead, and never hope to have a decent life. The culture of state-funded Welfare has now gotten so bad that I now live in a street where some 30% of the people who live off Welfare have been given State funded houses, and those houses which are bigger and better than mine (all paid for using my tax money). And I have slogged my entire life (I am 65 now) to pay off a large mortgage on a house that eventually has lower value than the houses that people on Welfare are given on the same Street! Worse still, now that I am approaching the stage where I might need to go into a Care Home, my house (which I worked for my entire life to attain) will have to be sold off to pay for my Care Home costs. While my neighbours who never worked a single day in their life (and whose life was subsidized using my tax money) will again get free state-funded Care Home facility too! It utterly beggars belief. \n\nWhen state-funded Welfare gets to a point that doing an honest day's work actually penalizes you, because all you are doing is funding the lifestyles of the other half of society who wish to sponge off State Welfare (due to the high taxes the Government is forced to impose on the working middle-class to support the 35% on State benefits), then that society can never prosper, firstly because it removes the motivation to work hard, and secondly because some day the Government will run out of money to continuing funding the lavish lifestyles of people on State Welfare. And that is very much now the state of affairs in countries like Canada, the UK, and much of EU. It is an unsustainable model. \n\nBy contrast, in countries like the US, China, India, etc. there is a much greater correlation between hard work and reward. Choosing to not go to work and sponging off Governmental welfare is simply not an option. And that is precisely why countries like these will continue to prosper in the coming years - because they have some form of Meritocracy. Unfortunately, I think countries like the UK, Canada, and most western EU countries are looking at a downward spiral, and there are no easy solutions, because their Welfare model has already created these huge segments of society which depend on it and will not allow it to be demolished - but the day is fast approaching where they will all soon run out of money to continue funding it (most of these countries are already facing huge Debt-GDP ratios, and there is no conceivable way of them coming out of it).

? and EU is not doing anything? Why? That shows weakness. That shows to the world that the USA is not as powerful as their government claims to be. Their boundaries are out of control. Please, take an emergency action!.

Its so sad to see but America is barely afloat as it is without having to deal with a mass migration. The numbers of dead wood we have coming across the channel in the uk is crazy. Not asylum seekers. Men for Albania with no family. Its why i voted for brexit. Yes its an economic shit but we get to close our borders out if EU government demands. We at least we would if our politicians were so fucking shit. Its a work in progress. Get past the simpleton that is trump and you still have a serious issues on the borders of America. Big boarders as well.
2023-05-13 0
Remember watching this happened in the EU. In my opinion UN, WEF and Democrats is responsible for this. If we don't stop this we will lose control of America. IMPEACH Biden and Harris. By law their failure to stop this not protecting our borders by enforcing our laws and protecting our citizens is failure to do their sworn duties. The definition for TREASON is helping a foriegn body; Democrats are aiding abetting and facilitating in crimes against our nation and our CITIZENS. Arrest them for TREASON!

As a child of European immigrants, I'm entitled to EU citizenship by descent. But it's a bureaucratic nightmare and involves spending thousands on lawyers. I never had a compelling reason to bother with that, but with the complete insanity of housing costs in Canada in the last decade I'm seriously considering it. This country is developing serious issues and no political party has the stones to do anything about it.

This is very surface-level analysis. If you want to dive into why Canada's economy is so uncompetitive you have to look at its constitutional framework. Inter-provincial trade is more difficult in Canada compared to Trade in the states or the EU because NAFTA, and the EU trade agreement are more efficient compared to inter-provincial trade frameworks the senate estimates these barriers cost the economy $150b in GDP per year. By comparison, Australia with a similar constitutional structure to Canada managed to harmonize many of its inter-state/ territory regulations leading to increased GDP growth and has long outperformed the Canadian economy. Furthermore, Canada's indigenous rights framework is far to restrictive in terms of allowing the governments to actually govern. This has cost us billions in FDI in projects tossed out by the courts and projects that will simply never be considered due to political and regulatory risks. \n\nThat said, if Canada wanted to improve this situation without meddling in the constitution one thing they can do is to allow housing to catch up to the population. We have the fewest number of dwelling per capita in the G7 in the highest population growth in the G7. This is a recipe for a housing shortage which ensures that a lot of capital will flow into the housing sector simply because it offers promising returns relative to the risk of operating a business. I believe Canada grew by over 1,000,000 residents in 2022 however we had 240,000 housing starts (4 residents per dwelling) and average house size here is 2.51 residents per dwelling. \n\nThat disconnect between housing starts (see regulatory framework above as to why we can't build enough houses) will just cause more capital to flow to the sectors making the business investment environment worse.

I would like to see an alaysis on germany's economical struggles since they will get really hard with their age structure. Their migration rates are ok, but it's not looking so good. The EU's economy is dependant on germany having a good economical outlook
