We're seeing this because people are desperate. Going through the proper process of entering the country is more expensive than possible for some, and for other its a matter of information simply not being available. I believe in immigration if it's done through all the proper legal procedures, but if I can for one second, put myself in the shoes of another, I can say that although they're not right, they're not necessarily wrong. You might do the same in their shoes.

I can't just decide to live in Canada, UK, Australia, Japan, etc. I would have to legally try to enter their country to live there. The same for the US. Immigrants are welcomed, just do so legally.

I hate to see Mexican Americans working in law enforcement to prevent illegal immigrants from entering the country like legit if it was up to me I don’t have a problem with it but I can see why our country has issues with that due to the economy misbalance that can occur. First, these are not “migrants”, they are illegal aliens - the first thing they’re doing entering this country is breaking immigration law. Second, legal immigrants who paid out of state tuition and got US college degrees and worked for 13 years on H1B visas are now being deported because they got laid off from their tech jobs and couldn’t find another job in 60 days. No matter how painful that path is, there is a legal and right path to immigrating to the US - this is far from it.

I understand seeking asylum, but it burdens our economic system, health system, and safety. There is a legal way to enter. I moved to Texas 4 yrs ago. I've never seen such a burdened health care system and such low wages for jobs. This has to end. The whole immigration law needs to be revamped. It must be done legally. This is almost like an invasion of the US. Biden will not get my vote. When moving to their country, you need a sponsor, must learn the language, and prove you won't be a burden on their health care system, etc. This is simply not right.

my dad got deported on 2001 he was punished and he could not enter the country for 20 years so he stayed in mexico and now after 3 years of me tryng to get him a greencard and 15k spent on a lawyer finally got him in, and this people want to be here just like that? back in the day was different there was no social media mo smartphones anybody that came yo america had real struggles the lesst thing this people can do is learn english and come here by legal means cmon i now is not easy but people always want a quick fix for all their life problems. its all politics this country is going downhill very quickly and we need a good leader

my girlfriends dad trinidad applied for citizenship. he had to learn every presidents name among other things to earn his citizenship... I don't even know every presidents name. this is not the way to enter the country. be like trinidad, don't be lazy.

A lot of these people are fleeing war torn countries and gang violence. My parents immigrated to this country LEGALLY. It took them years to get permanent residency. These people are not above the law.
