Everywhere experienced people required and preference given to Citizens then Permanent residences then at last to persons on TR visas. Even getting PR is very difficult now because getting off 1 year Tier 0/1/2/3 working experience is very very difficult. Even indian students on PGWP are not getting tier jobs hence doing odd jobs .
