Those who live in the big cities do not understand the reasons to own guns, while generally those who live in the country and isolated areas have many reasons to own guns, such as hunting, pest control and predator defence.\n6. Canadian gun owners do not have the right to carry handguns in public. They can only be taken to the range and then back home. They have to be unloaded and locked the whole time. You can only load at the range.\n7. Canadian gun owners do not have the right to carry rifles and shotguns either, the same way as in the US. When transported, they need to be unloaded, locked and hidden from sight in your car at all times. \n8. I left Canada finally after many many years of debating for myself. It’s the best thing I ever did. I have a really good job, that pays me more than three times my monthly overhead. After literally struggling in Canada for 30+ years as an adult trying to keep a job amongst colleagues that hate you for everything that I was and wasn’t, had and didn’t have. My friend’s family bought a house with tenant two years ago. Big red flag Ik. For the past two years they didn’t pay a single penny in rent. They’ve been fighting to get them evicted but they give excuses to not show up at court. Even accused the judge of being racist to delay the eviction process. Finally they got evicted by Marshall last week. They owe over $60k in rents. Now they have to sue to recover the rent. After paying lawyers to get them evicted, god knows how they’re gonna recover any money. \n\nThis is in NYC, it’s a messed up system. And it’s not gonna change anytime soon.

I just turned 80 and my wife is 77 and we're now seriously considering leaving Canada, the country where both sides of my family settled over 200 years ago. Same here in New Jersey. A Turkish woman rented an apartment from my landlord and did not pay any rent after three months. She worked the system for 9 months and finally, a day before the court date, she vacated the apartment without paying close to $35K in back rent. In the end, back rent and legal fees came to $43K. This Turkish woman, who happened to be an illegal alien had more rights than the law-abiding citizen.

Why is she living in such a luxury building if she has a hard time paying her rent. In Nigeria, you could stay up to 6 months before the law finally run out of your favor.
