What a shock. Trump tries to bully other countries into getting his own way. Maybe Colombia gave in but it won't work with other countries. It would have been good for a few people to see how tariffs actually work. Most Americans don't seem to understand how inflation works though, so it is no great surprise.

Trump is such an idiot!!! Coffee and other items prices will shoot through the roof ?. He is a sick man that is abnormal. I hope colombia joins the BRICS organization on trading. So trump can then jack up the tariffs to 100% as he is doing to the BRICS partners. That organization will have their own trade and currency! The dollar value is due to drop drastically due to the universal currency that they will rather use. Cuba was the latest to jump on board. Now 56 % of the population will get their traded goods through this organization. I predict Canada to be the next one to jump on board. Trumps mental disorder is isolating America, and has lost the American influence. He treats this situation as it were his business. We all know how many bankruptcies he has had! And no one around him has the balls to tell him that he is wrong! Because he hand picked them to do his malicious works. USA is failing the customer will pay the price on all these tariffs. He still hasn't brought down the prices of eggs yet, what a liar! Hold on to your seats and I hope that we can survive at least until the midterm elections so that he can be impeached! I think you mean, Trump hits American companies who import goods from Columbia with tariffs so they can pass those costs down to American consumers. REPORT THE NEWS CORRECTLY or don't report it at all, ffs. Smh

For these slow people, let me explain how this works: tariffs work as a tax on poor people. First time in the White House, Trump put a 25% tariff on China goods. Dollar Tree, which imports from china usually to sell everything for a dollar had to pay 25 cents on a dollar in taxes to collect the goods from the ports. So it passed that tax to the prices. So went from everything $1 to everything $1.25. a 25% percent inflation. Then China stopped buying soybeans from USA. Farmers went broke and Trump have to give them 29 billion in handouts so they won’t go broke. Genius?

Trump is going to impoverish the USA with all these tariffs. The US citizen just won't want to pay the prices that are now being asked for imported goods that cannot be purchased from local sources. (And the price of locally sourced goods will also shoot up because of higher demand). Well done Trump, you are only punishing your own citizens with tariffs and they will hate you for it.

These Liberal Pinheads keep pushing their BS . Tariffs don't affect USA Consumers . Most Countries around the World have had Tariffs against the USA for Decades on certain Goods . It's a Protectionist Tool to keep USA Goods out of their Countries . The EU has had Tariffs against USA Cars for Decades now . Trump has railed against that for Years . USA Consumers will buy what they want or can Afford . If Countries that are Tariffed try to Raise the Prices of their Tariffed Goods to bet aroud the USA Tariffs , Trump could either reject their Goods with Sanctions , OR American Comsumers just won't buy them simple as that . The USA doesnt need alot of Products from other Countries Really . Those Countries need the USA Market More so they will comply with USA Demands eventually
