I lived in Venezuela for a couple of years prior to their current situation. I love the Venezuelan people. Not a fan of their government though. I feel for them and have no idea how hard it is for them to start the legal immigration process from the Ven. side. Not sure what the answer is there.

I guarantee most people have met a transgender and didn't even know it. I took a course at work and both instructors had transition from female to male. You would never know unless they told you. Im not sure why people want to fight people being who they want to be. They don't impact anyone eles and just want to live their lives. Stupid how Republicans have made this an issue. Im sure that there are exceptions to the rules.Very few. In my opinion, i would definitely feel better knowing that the soldier next to me in a foxhole was a real woman or a real man.Also i really dont think its right for a woman to fight in wars.They need to stay at home with our children.

I am so sorry to every trans service member. There is absolutely no reason to believe that someone is unfit to serve because they are trans. To any trans service members out there who read this, I'd just like to make sure you know that there are many of us out there who greatly appreciate your service to our country.

Transition meds are heavy duty narcotics. Impossible to deploy these people. Most CANNOT meet the medical requirements. A high percentage end up on disability and stay on our dime for life. Totally unfair to the taxpayer and their fellow soldiers. I do not believe CNN here. I've read too many articles citing all the negatives of their treatments and outcomes. Sure there is undoubtedly some that thrive but, as a group, they are a large drain on the military.

I have to question someone who does not have a proper grasp of physical reality as to their grasp of reality in other areas. How can I be sure that the mechanism responsible for properly understanding reality is not so broken that the individual is not able to properly assess military situations on which many lives may in fact depend. We need people in the military that have a properly functioning reality assessment mechanism in place, not broken machinery.

My sister is elderly and just getting well from cancer and she can't find or afford a place to live she is staying with people that she doesn't need to be staying with they are drug users and I worry about her. I'm sure if it weren't for the illegals she could find a place to live.
