I agree in that this most likely won't solve the issue put more stress on the population and business enterprise. Climate issues will make these plans even more problematic. We currently have issues with some of the effected industries domestically. We are having to many food recalls to create import price spikes even in building materials. It's already been reported that the drugs are coming into the country in American cars...sounds like a job for man's best friend...drug canine units. Putting more efforts in less drug cou consumption could help because unfortunately druggies will be druggies and find a way to get their supplies. Mexico is indeed a failed State. If the state cannot stop drug trafficking and illegal migration, then it does not have the resources or the desire to change the situation. But there is another option. The Mexican Government deliberately turns a blind eye to migration flows in order to reduce social tension in its own country.
