This doesn’t surprise me. Canada has had a declining birth rate for a few decades. Immigration is the go-to solution for shortsighted politicians. Instead of fixing the economy, they just want to see the population grow during their terms.

Immigrants going to the western countries. What do they do next…\nMake settlements… Make big ethnic colonies… make money… send back to their countries.. sees lot of issues like drug addicts, mafias… tries to take the things in their control… become the majority…. Change the culture… Form the government and take full control of the western land from the westerners and make them feel like immigrants.\n\nWait!! Have we seen these sort of things with much more intensity and utter cruelty in the past!!!! Hmmmm!!!! \n\nLet me tell a brief story!\n\n«  « Part 1: My king we need to increase our wealth and improve the economic condition. The king asks the council, ‘so what can we do’. The councilman suggests to explore other parts of the world, make settlements & establishments, steel the wealth, enslave the people, so that we can be lazy and enjoy our lives. The king says, ‘It sounds fun and interesting, let’s enforce it’.\n\nPart 2: Many ships sail all across the world, and found many lands for their quest. Upon reaching the shores, they started saying ‘Hey dude! We were passing by and thought we could rest here for a while.’ The natives are very welcoming and treat their guests with utmost respect, gave place to stay, put food on their plates, shared the roof so that they can be comfortable. After few days, ‘Hey dude! We think we could trade and do business’. The natives as usual, without knowing the real intention, agreed to them with goodwill and great heart. A few more days later, ‘hey dude! You guys or not competent enough to govern your self. So we will take the charge moving forward’. The natives were astounded with these actions. \n\nWhat happened next was the darkest periods in the history.\n\nPart 3: My king!! Mission success!! There you go with ships full of different form of wealth, materials, valuables, spices, and most importantly hard working men as slaves & women for our ***** needs. Those who turn against are imprisoned, beaten, tortured and killed for fun as they can never become the wealth. \n« « \n\nThis went on for centuries until the colonizers extracted till the last drop of the wealth. And, guess what, they didn’t want the natives to live in peace. So they made sure to land mine enough troubles to ensure that the natives live in hell for the rest of their generations and always be a third world nation.\n\nWhat else they did… \nWhich religion do you practice you brown rubbish… ‘we follow …. ‘ no no no, you are going to follow this *** moving forward.\nWhich language do you speak… ‘we speak ….’ No no no, moving forward you will speak E****, S*****, P*****, F*****. And for every other things.\n\nUnfortunately, what the colonizers didn’t foresee is that someday, the same natives would overcome all the hurdles with their hard work and determination to overshadow the colonial past, and to succeed past the so called colonizers.\n\nIf the Brits hadn’t colonized India, probably Indians wouldn’t be immigrating to Western English speaking nations. Most likely they wouldn’t have learned English. Oh wait, if they haven’t colonized any part of the world, we wouldn’t have seen these English speaking western countries and have no problem with the immigration issues. \n\nCan we change the past??? Unfortunately, nope! But karma always kicks back in. What was done in the past, comes back 10 folds in the future.\n\nLast thing I want to say is that I no way means to support the bad things. I believe that we are all humans, not that being white is a privilege and being black as underprivileged, undermined,………It was funny to see in the video that people still differentiate and being proud for being white. Being a brown person is in fact a good thing medically. \n\nWe all need to find means to live in harmony and not create nuisance or bother others, be it an immigrant, outsider, natives, local, westerners…..\n\nLet’s make the world a better place to live in peace and harmony. Being an Indian immigrant myself (now a citizen), this is absurd. There's rules to follow. There's 3 problems as I see:\n1) The structure of the Canadian economy - heavily dependent on services, natural resources and real estate. Due to this Education has become a business. Colleges, Universities & Diploma Mills are more than happy to admit international students who pay 3 times the normal fees. \n2) Lack of a screening process - not taking in immigrants based on skill and education.\n3) Taking in too many immigrants from 1 ethnicity & region - the Indian state of Punjab, a region suffering from drug epidemic, alcoholism and crime. Not sure why you'd want low quality immigrants. If you notice all the protestors here are Punjabis. Canadian immigration is business in Punjab. Many immigration consultants here in Canada are Punjabis and have business links back home.

I see some Deport comments, but actually deportations involve cost to tax payers for airfare and processing. They should leave on their own expense once their studies are done as any foreigner. If they want to stay they can apply for immigration and follow the rules

Who is a Canadian ? Your ancestors were all form other continents, stole the homes of the natives and now you complain when you see some Brown people. Its your mindset issue. Those people there came as Legal immigrants, if you don't want it just stop immigration, or say Canada is only open for certain people.

Just think for one minute, what would happen if 1 million Brits or Swedes or Americans moved to an Islamic country let’s see they were able to sneak across the border and they all lived in the same area and then they came out and demanded the same rights and freedoms they had in the country they left? And they wanted their own Democratic rule by Christians Jews, atheists, male or female to run there town?\n??????????

Who in the right mind would come to Canada to study paying so much money in student tuition and not hope to become a citizen? It’s not their fault that they’ve been scammed out of money and now kicked out of the country because of poor administrative decisions. \n\nDual intent (of studying and wanting to stay) is completely legal and worked for decades. I don’t see any issues here. \n\nInstead of criticizing the actions of the government officials of screwing this up in the first place, it’s a shame to see you demonize the poor international students that have been defrauded in the first place.

Soon every city in Ontario will be brown town… why is it that we never really had all these scams going on till the last few years?only people I see get caught are brown with multiple fake ids. Non stop scam calls, texts , emails mainly preying on our elderly people and what do they get a theft under 5000 charge and that’s nothing. You have people renting rental to turn around and not live in it just rerent them to brown people and stick 4 in each room for 500 a person.. what to pay for the house they live in or send it all back home. If your white here they won’t even rent to you even if you wanted to because they know the only people that will live in those conditions are them. Rental adds being racist saying only brown people but if we we be put on blast.Not to mention they will only hire their own kind once they have ones in management. \nI had ones move in my place and sure enough 10 + people in it within 2 months and the place is already infested with roaches.\nAnd we wonder why crime , drugs and homeless is going crazy.\nUse Canadians need to start fighting back doing the same only hiring and renting to Canadians. Start threatening them do go back home but no we don’t because we all sit back and do nothing. If the table was turned down you think we would get away with any of this there ?\nGo to any cash place and I can bet you’ll see a handful there sending all their rupies back how so how’s this helping the country

Remember The protest, which was called the Freedom Convoy, that many Canadians were a part of and look at the reputations many of them endured because they stood up for what they believed in. Now international students protest across Canada because they want to stay once their student visa expires, and they have a chance to be granted their demands; I don't see our PM threatening to freeze their bank accounts. I just don't get it.

At some point, my father worked in the oil industry overseas. A bunch of Indians showed up wanting a managerial job, along with the hard working Americans and Europeans. The latter were confused,l. They thought that those Indians must have lacked the knowledge to read, write, or think, to demand a management position, when Americans and Europeans worked so hard to be where they are now. \n They advised the Indians to never want to see their faces again. \n I come to Canada, and see Indians and Chinese sitting in our parliament. Mind boggling!!!!

Problem is that the world sees Canada as weak, that all you have to do is bitch and moan, play the race card and our spineless government will bend over backwards to accommodate you. Forget laws, forget immigration policy, just take advantage of the Liberals desperate need to virtue signal and you'll get whatever you want.

Further the government and businesses won’t pay Canadians a living wage, instead let them be homeless and get foreign workers to all live in one house or room and pay them cheap. \n\nThe true Canadian citizens in Canada are treated as second class citizens in their own country \nBecause the government is treating the people of Canada as commodities, easily disposable. \nLook at maid policies for goodness sake. \nLook at Veterans \nIf you can’t work because your disabled or senior \nThe government is literally writing you off as disposable \n\nGovernment is running the Canadian people and the country into the ground \n\nWhen are people of this country going to have a say in their own affairs \n\nGovernment spending for one should be held accountable to the people of this country!\n\nThe government is completely corrupt as we are seeing with our own eyes.\n\nThe amount of tents for the homeless is out of control \nYet, the government is putting refugees in hotels and feathering their nest for one whole year! \nSo the refugees can work save all their money and their housing and meals are paid for. In the meantime the refugees are taking out credit cards right left and center and driving our country more into debt than ever before.\nCanadians got a reputation as being “nice”\nAt the expense of being nice, inclusive and welcoming \nCanada is destroying itself\n\nI can tell you that a Canadian would never be able to go to their countries and get away with what they’ve received here in Canada..,and there is no one else to blame except the Federal Government and Large Corporations who are feeding each other hand over fist. It’s complete hypocrisy and corruption. \n\nAn independent review of the government needs to take place and those responsible held accountable.\n\nNever have I ever seen Government being held accountable for any wrongdoings. \n\nThings need to start changing \nPeople need to start opening their eyes to what is really happening in this country. \n\nAs a Canadian I am disgraced with how this country is being run into the ground. \nAnd how the Federal government is turning its back on its own citizens that worked hard for this country.

The worst mistake during the pandemic lockdown in Canada was the government shoveling out free money and people reinvesting it back into their real estate. So you have billions of Canadians locked out of their jobs big shovel taxpayer money and they all just started renovating their homes. To the point where sheets of plywood were you couldn't find them and they went up 100 times and price. Solo's hundreds of billions of dollars that the government's going to take back and taxes from us all draw the cost of housing through the roof. Instead of at the time redirecting half of those two it was 500 billion take a half of that investment in putting it into infrastructure technology innovation for industries. Our education systems from kindergarten through to postsecondary education and spending it on the Canadians that were here. We've turned our post-secondary institutions in Canada into diploma Mills where you know your VA and your you know postgraduate degrees or you know they're worthless. However the government and the education system grew into a very profitable industry grinding out worthless degree after worthless degree for foreign students who thought when they got these degrees with 50% of Canadians have. People have to realize that post-secondary education is a big business so they're going to sell you a dream that's going to cost you a lot of money what I suggest is when YouTubers want to do something on Canada do some proper research let people know that we really do have quality post-secondary education system but you have to look at when you graduate those jobs going to be there to pay that large salary does White collar jobs are disappearing almost gone I purchase an app for my company with small company about 10 employees this inexpensive app alone has taken my office staff from 7: to 2: I have a 10 Red seal tradesman tradeswomen these 10 highly skilled trades people earn between 125 and 145,000 a year in gross salary and I need five more of these highly skilled people and I can't find them cuz everybody's running in to get a useless postgraduate degree. I do find it slightly offensive that a lot of new immigrants new Canadians immigrate to Canada to purely exploit it for its wealth Canada should be looked at as a place to come put your hard work in the struggles the ups and downs? and look at it as your home instead of you know a piggy bank but people are going to leave and there's a long line up to get in I've seen in my 40 year career you know three major reps and three major downs. What's happening in Canada's economy and the economies around the world it's all the same the US economy's doing quite well and talked to last couple of weeks friends that have invested their and families have been there long-term at present the United States is building a war economy so there's money pouring into that effort it does have a booming you know Hi-Tech boom as well however the tech boom is offshore with American companies and it's taking place in a part of the world that no one would think it would take place so if your graduate in the tech industry go online do a little research you'll find out where it is the USA is building a huge chip factories I think they just poured in 70 or 80 billion dollars we're in a transitioning economy don't get discouraged put your head into it do your homework find out where these new jobs are coming from which jobs are not going to be here. Traditional White collar you know middle management upper management jobs they've been gone for years everyone's think of themselves as an independent contractor. Also if you're a millennial or was a gen z person there's going to be a massive transfer of wealth over the next 20 to 30 years as baby boomers simply die off and then you guys are going to inherit their money I live in any one of the g7 economies I just got to find your niece with your qualifications and get in there and innovate because there's not one g7 country that significantly doing better than anyone else another interesting part of the world is East Africa I'm retiring there in 5 years I've already done my homework I've already got partners I've already started to train up people there in East Africa Canada and those parts of the world they have East Africa's great basic infrastructure so now that they've got their first level base of infrastructure a second economy is built off at the service that basic infrastructure that basic infrastructure allows for that second layer a bigger layer of investment you know and that's where the real money is for mid-level investors and you know highly educated Young westerners have got 10 years into their respective careers and these are also very beautiful countries you know so you can if you got family in Canada family in Europe India Asia you know you can start building networks collaborate on projects you know in these you know emerging economies you know mid-level economies but that's you know a good 20-year grind to get good at your career and build your confidence to go into these places and get these things done also you know it's a great life adventure but never expect just because you have an advanced degree that the door even come knocking down your door to employ you if you're going to wait for the opportunity to come to you you're going to be waiting forever you got to take your advanced degrees get out there and hustle and work hard man Canada's doing fine about four or five years it's you know it's going to take off next level and it's going to boom for 40 years and it's never going to get any cheaper in g7 countries Amy's emerging economies his pockets around the world they're starting to come up to in the window to get into these emerging economies with your advanced degrees it's closing if you don't make it if you don't start looking at it in the next 5 years your degrees are going to be gone useless and if you do decide to put your career in these emerging economies like Asia South America Central America Africa do it for the right reasons not just for money we don't want to make the same mistakes as like the industrial Revolution where a few people get rich and the people in that country you know don't get anything have respect for these countries employ their people and you have to get into these places before all the big corporations get set up there cuz they're they're going there Canada's a great place as a great time free medical system and I urge anybody that's feeling down or depressed in Canada you know to go get some therapy join some clubs talk to people don't get down and mostly don't you know don't give up on yourself you guys made it through you know Elite post-secondary education system and if you can if you can do that I mean you can you can do anything a lot of hard work ahead truly best of luck to all you guys

I lived in Ottawa all my life...maybe 2015, they started coming in so fast, I've never really seen so many Indians...now they're all over the place. Not saying it's a bad thing. Just what I've noticed. And lately I have been seeing them in Gatineau but knowing Quebec has new French rule, this may not want them to go live in QC. I think Vancouver has a lot of Chinese and Indians. Just the way it is. They say white people had it too easy and just demanded more from the government whereas Asians will come here for a better life, possibly doing labor work and not complain, so is this is the government is accepting of them? Are they helping with the economy? I am not sure where where all these numbers are coming from.

Obviously way too many Indians and Muslim. They stick together, hire their own and I find many of them look down on black people and other races. They want you to learn about and accommodate their culture and religion but reluctant to do the same. As a teacher it is difficult to teach Arab men. Literally if you said these things a decade ago which I have people will bc all you racist or xenophobic but thankfully more Canadians are seeing the obvious truth now.

I just met a couple from Canada. They see the flaws but won't move to the US. It's also expensive to live here but you have to pay for other expenses like health care out of pocket. They don't want to live somewhere that every nut job can have guns, where schools are failing to teach basics and are not safe places for kids. I feel like many Americans will point out the splinter in the eye of other countries, and yet ignore the rafter in America's eye. People from other countries don't fear America because it has the most powerful military, they fear it because insanity continues to grow and common sense continues to die.

Not to mention the total garbage that is the health care system. Live in a Canadian city and want to see a doctor? Good luck with that. Unless you already have a family doctor your only option is to start calling walk in clinics as soon as they open to try and book an appointment. The clinics usually book up within a few minutes of their opening so you'll usually end up waiting weeks to see a doctor. The only reason why Trudeau was voted in originally was because of the nostalgia over his dad.

The crazy thing is that some Canadians still have faith in Trudeau's party or just have too much trust in the government that they can turn this around. I want to see this country prosper but every few months I just keep on seeing new policies that the current government makes that just doesn't make sense.\n\nFew things to mention\n- No more investment in more roads by the federal government (I understand they want essentially to have citizens use cars less but they haven't provided a plan on how that money would be invested? I have yet to see trains being invested to connect cities such as High speed rail?)\n- Increased carbon taxes (most premiers were against this but they negged it on)\n- proposal and voting for Increasing taxes on capital gains (impact business that invest in Canada)\n- This is a positive thing but also happened because they polls went to the dump (increased investment in housing) and then decrease foreign student admission for future years ( I think this is where liberals say they have hope, but it's at a point where they messed it up and now are trying to fix it to make it look like they are fixing someone else's mess\n- The government is also just adding more policies we can't afford such as Dental plans for certain incomes, food in schools while the free health care doesn't really feel worth the taxes when the quality is not there. ( This is how they want to be the good guys when the conservatives need to cut costs to help resolve this mess)\n\nThe liberals are kind of like that guy in the family that takes a loan, pockets some money for corruption, then gives money away to charities saying I'm the good guy, and then doesn't know how to pay the loan back so asks for their family to help fund the debt.

What about the Israelis do they have the right to live peacefully Israelis are asking for peace Palestinians want war so what you get you see the peaceful know how to defend themselves

Back in the 90’s people were pushing to “vote for Clinton” - Husband and or wife because they wanted healthcare based on the “Canadian model”. Sorry to see Canada implode so quickly under Trudeau but I think what you’ll find south of the 49th parallel is that we move much slower towards our demise so people either won’t notice it or associate the criminal economic policy to the economic corpse. It’s called the Federal Reserve and the whole world has been subsidizing our orgy since 1913. That’s how slow this death spiral really is. Do what’s best for you. I'm European and wanted to check out Canada before. \nNow from all I see in past 5 years, I don't think I'm interested anymore.\nThey made all the mistakes of Europe but even worse.\nIt seems like a government that actively is woke and hates historical Canadians.\nThere is no place for Europeans in Canada.

Literally here is what I see all the time on social media:\n\nUS Conservatives: Arab nations don't care about Palestinians, or they would take them in.\n\nArab nations & Palestinians: The occupation should end and the land should be returned, and the people should stay on the land.\n\nThe US has been accusing and asking the same question for decades. It was the same line when I was a child. And for all the years the Arab world has answered it, the US has refused to hear that answer, but continues to ask the question. I’m Mexican-American who lives in Newfoundland and tend to lean more “liberal” but I agree 100% on this. Even here in Newfoundland you are stating to see more Indians than anything else. And muslims as well. The only thing I hate is that they all work cash and don’t pay taxes and they do have lots of kids and our taxes pay for that. I don’t mind it but pay your fookin share, pay taxes and if you want to have more then 5 kids you take care of them not our taxes!!

All of this is caused by corporate greed gumming up the system with lobbying, NIMBYism, and plain old corruption by large real estate and rental groups. Love or hate Trudeau, it doesn't matter, either Liberals or Conservatives would have let this happen. The system is working as designed. Corporate greed is sucking the wealth and value out of North America and if we don't push against it, we'll continue to see more of the same. This has been happening for decades, this didn't begin in 2015. It's just we're now hitting the tipping point where everyone wakes up and realizes that blindly chasing profits doesn't create a strong economy or a strong country. You have to invest in your people if you want your country to thrive.

Diplomacy is at minus zero in this government. I am an Indian origin Canadian and we follow news in India. Orher Canadians should too and see the changes happening in India. Not being a G7 nation India's GDP has risen above Canada, France and UK. The politicians here have Punjabi hangers on around them. Either Indian Punjabis or Pakistani Punjabis. There is a great deal of favouritism by them. Canada must remove the chaffe and recognize the good qualified people.

America is a good place to live. I have visited a number of places in the USA and it's a free first world country with alot of fun and cool places to see and do. Just like every country in the world there are positives and negatives. I think that the health care is majorly flawed in America. Health insurance is too expensive for the average person and if you get really sick and don't have health insurance in America you are probably going to die. I also don't like that there is no gun control and way to many murders and violence in the USA. Those are the 2 biggest problems that make me not want to live there.

I don't agree that North American cities are all ugly just like not all European cities are all that beautiful. Go to Rome, Naples Athens and you will see how dirty and run down these cities are. And no Vancouver is not nicer than Chicago.\n\n I think the mindset here in Canada especially Ontario is not the best. Everyone is all about going to work and just isolating. In Europe it's much more vibrant. People want to go out and socialize a lot more. Here it's basically work and home. Not much else.\n\n If things were good here economically all these points would take a back seat and most people would tolerate them. But when rent is $2000 plus. Wages are barely going up etc..etc..than everything else starts to grate on you.

Hypocrites want to see Palestinians abandon the tiny land that is the present palestine so that israel can have a field day. Any country in middle east or Africa can dash out a huge chunk of land and call it Palestine but will that be justice to the oppressed?
