Wow! It is good to see some objectivity in the reporting instead of the usual self agrandizing and singing paeans about how welcoming foreign immigration authorities are when they see our passports.

The reason is that some Indian finds it difficult to integrates.\n\n I know one Indian lady that have lived in one country for over 20 years and the lady cannot speak the language of that country. What a shame! \n\nSecondly, many of them like to dominate or discriminate against other people. It has been alleged that some Indian people discriminate against others in many places they work. For instance! Where their people are in charge in Canada, they will not offer jobs to none Indian. If an illegal immigrants is found anywhere in India, the name of that person is sorry. Too many foreigners are in India prisons for minor offence or immigration matters. I can go on and and on. \n\nVisa rejection is not a bad thing!!! Everyone must protest his or her own. \n \n\nIf it is possible, everyone should stay in their own country. No movement. Do business with your own people. No international business!!! \n\nOur ancestors survived without others, therefore we can survive too. \n\nI know many people will not like this comment but it is an opinion. \n\nI still like India but will not live there. Good luck to them. \n\n\nIn my view their ascent contributes to numerous visa denials. Let's say 10% . Then 30% is forgery. It has been alleged that some of them do too many documents forgery to get to Canada or whereever they wish to travel.\n Then \n10% is women maltreatment. (stories of rape etc). \n\n Finally, india is very big, they need to use their population as a tool for development. They have all it takes to be like China. 100%\n\nWake up Indian government. Look after your citizens or divide the damn country. It is too big. ?

There is nothing wrong with rigorous checks. I would want the same for India as well. Vet who gets to enter the country! No one should get a free pass. Ultimately, visitors must benefit the receiving country in some way and not impose additional burden! Would you not want rigorous checks for people entering our country through neighboring territories such as Bangladesh, Nepal, and you-know-who? Thank goodness for border control. It preserves the rule of law throughout the world.

We should also start rejecting foreign person visas in equivalent proportions..especially when other countries are intentionally rejecting visas of good knowledgeable and well to do Indian people/ bright students. This is racism

It's a stupid report, obviously the visa rejection will be high if the visa applications are high from a most populated country in the world it's basic common sense , i would say India have the highest visa grant these days, I'm from India came to Australia it's not ecen harf if u have the right documents and if you're not faking anything, I'm pretty sure the rejections are mostly because of fake documents especially from Punjab and Haryana so it's good that they are not letting fake people i mean then what's the point of doing all this right way? Countries do not just reject visas for no reason. Probably because in there data many Indian Nationals over-stay there visa and stay there for good even though tourist visa already expired. Immigration can determined who is entering and departing in their port of entries. Many Indian nationals stay in a country undocumented that's the reason of visa rejection!

Toronto Union station was filled with Indians crossing the track like this is New Delhi..., like they brought their chaos straight into another country. None of us other immigrants from diff nations have brought this kind of behavior without adapting.\n\nAnd for the sake of goodness, if one needs to wear so many layers and walk around the closed space of malls.... wearing deodorant is like common sense and is the basic etiquette for public life in Canada.
