It sucks I Donald Trump continues to create enemies with our neighbors. I don’t see this as a positive outcome at all because he might need our neighbors at some point in time and they’re not gonna be there to help us. It’s gonna be like a slap in our faces And they’re not taking the deport back in Columbia that he sent over there. The people’s dignities was taken away from them. They came there all handcuffed, and and he treated them in a very degrading way according to the report that I read to the Midas touch and it’s just awful

Trump is only setting up U.S.A to be the whole world enemy. Imagine these South America and Central America countries expelled America Military Bases and allow Russia and China to open bases all their missles points at us. Congress do something about Trump before it is too late.

As President-elect Trump weighs up the tariffs he has promised to impose, it is important to understand who will pay them.
\n
\nThere is a popular misconception that when a country imposes tariffs on imported goods, it is punishing a foreign government or foreign firms. This is not a mistake made by economists. The tariff is paid at point of entry, and much of it goes to the government that imposed it. It is paid by the importer, a probable wholesaler, who passes it on in the form of higher prices for his or her customers.

Not the responsibility of struggling Americans to take care of other countries or people fleeing from them. We are not their slaves. We have enough homeless already and not enough homes and the last thing we need to do is destroy more land to make more cities for all these immigrants. More cities means more polution, no way around it. We cant absorb the whole world and we're already past the point of living in balance with the llanet naturally.

USA freaking ows me 16k for visa application. Even my STUDENT visa was rejected in spite of having my course started online, all my legal docs and education scores on point. For no reason it was rejected and reason also not shared. If the purpose is not met why use people's money? Utter nonsense visa process and fees.

Sad. But not our problem or responsibility to take care of them. There’s so many other countries out there. They won’t let them all in. It sucks to have to be tough sometimes, but it is necessary at this point. Our own people are suffering and if the media showed more of that and less of this type of stuff, it might be better.

I really don’t understand is why people are leaving their own country and doing this kind of job in abroad? I mean they can also do the same thing in their own country then what is the point of spending thousands of dollar and going to these countries in the name of higher studies and then getting abused by them .

A huge number of Americans support this illegal migration to the point of defending them from ICE while it is very hard to get a legal entry visa to the US if you're from the Philippines or any other country if you are asking for any visa be it tourist, student, working, and etc. Now that you have a no nonsense president, make hay while the sun shines because right now America is a mess because you elected, the past 4 years, a corrupt senile, incoherent president.

It’s pretty crazy, insane even, that national security has been politicized to the point that one side of the political aisle is willing to let criminals without proper citizenship run rampant on the streets while one side who enforces what is simply a normal, common-sense standard is seen as extreme. We’ve allowed politics to damage our ability to think rationally, to the point that we are endangering innocent lives merely to prove a political point.

You guys gate kept the jobs from Canadians, rejecting our applications and pay us unliveable wage, then cry that you dont have enough workers, only to go get foreign workers to replace us.Then cry about crime rates and the housing market. Canadians want to work!!, we have been working for many winters now!!, but you guys keep preventing us from working because you want cheap labour. cheap labour comes with a lot more economic issues than hiring citizens. Our concerns were ignored and we were called lazy...to the point where someone like DONALD TRUMP is laughing at us and calling us a state. lining your pockets wasn't enough, now our integrity as a country is being questioned. If Trump made us a state, I would NOT be surprised.

These immigrants arrived legally and were granted legal status. In Canada, individuals must live in the country for five years before they can apply for citizenship. So, why should they be deported? I could understand if they had entered illegally and bypassed the proper legal process, but that is not the case here. Why would Canada adopt policies similar to those of Trump in the U.S.?\n\n-------\n@derekpam7149\nMy point is straightforward: these individuals followed the legal process to enter Canada and were granted legal status. They have adhered to the rules, and deporting them after they’ve done everything correctly seems unjust. Comparing this to Trump-era policies in the U.S. does not align with the values Canada upholds regarding fairness and due process. I’m asking why Canada would take such an approach when these people have complied with the law. Could you clarify what part of this seems complex to you? Perhaps you need to revisit your studies and review elementary education, as this is taught in schools. Canada is a 'land of immigrants.' It's part of history, long before you were born.\n\nI have no issues with deporting individuals who entered Canada illegally. However, these rules should not apply to people who migrated to Canada legally, are working as doctors, nurses, engineers, and so on, and are simply waiting for their citizenship. Your message is clearly irrelevant and discriminatory.

Definitely fair stop it day one not raisist but rather a reset. These folks need to realize the fast lane is closed now you will have to do it like everyone else is waiting years and longer. Mexicans force the jobs to be cheap being the rates down way down not just in America but in Canada making the Americans and Canadians homeless job less the last 10 years was a big blow to so many people but no one is talking about it. Deport reset restructure point blank.

Mexico’s Economic Apocalypse: My Personal Analysis\n\nThe imposition of a 25% tariff on all Mexican imports by the United States would be nothing short of an economic death sentence for Mexico. As someone deeply concerned about the integrity of U.S. borders, sovereignty, and the well-being of American citizens, I believe this tariff is both justified and necessary. Mexico has repeatedly ignored its responsibilities as a neighbor, and it is time for accountability. Let’s examine the devastating impact this tariff would have on Mexico in brutal, undeniable detail.\n\n\n---\n\nEconomic Collapse: A Nation on Its Knees\n\nMexico’s economy relies heavily on exports, with over 80% of its exports destined for the United States. A 25% tariff would obliterate Mexico’s competitive edge, pricing its goods out of the U.S. market. The result? A $100 billion annual loss in trade revenue—a wound so deep it would cripple the nation’s economy beyond repair.\n\nGDP Freefall: With exports constituting 28% of Mexico’s GDP, the tariff would slash growth rates and plunge Mexico into a severe recession. Entire industries would collapse under the weight of unsold goods and lost revenue streams.\n\nMassive Manufacturing Shutdowns: Mexico’s lifeblood industries—automotive, electronics, and steel—would face annihilation. Plants dependent on U.S. buyers would grind to a halt, leaving millions unemployed.\n\n\n\n---\n\nSocial and Humanitarian Crisis: A Nation in Chaos\n\nThe economic fallout wouldn’t just affect industries—it would decimate millions of lives:\n\nUnemployment Epidemic: With factories shuttered and exports decimated, unemployment would skyrocket, leaving millions of families destitute. Entire regions reliant on U.S. trade would become economic wastelands.\n\nHuman Desperation: Widespread poverty would fuel desperation, leading to a surge in crime, social unrest, and violence. Mexico’s already fragile social fabric would unravel, plunging the nation into chaos.\n\nMass Emigration: Unable to survive in their homeland, millions of Mexicans would flee to the United States, creating an unprecedented border crisis—ironically the very issue the tariff seeks to address.\n\n\n\n---\n\nFinancial Ruin: Mexico’s Peso in Freefall\n\nThe peso would face catastrophic devaluation, losing value faster than at any point in modern history. This would create:\n\nHyperinflation: Everyday goods would become unaffordable for the average citizen. The price of imported essentials—like medicine and machinery—would skyrocket.\n\nInvestor Exodus: Foreign investors, seeing no future for Mexico’s economy, would abandon the country. Capital flight would cause Mexico’s stock market to crash, sending shockwaves through the financial system.\n\n\n\n---\n\nThe Root Cause: Mexico’s Negligence\n\nMexico has brought this apocalypse upon itself through years of neglect and willful inaction:\n\nIllegal Immigration: Mexico has consistently allowed massive waves of illegal immigrants to flow across its northern border, destabilizing U.S. communities and eroding American sovereignty.\n\nDrug Trafficking: The unchecked trafficking of fentanyl and other deadly drugs through Mexican cartels has killed tens of thousands of Americans annually. Mexico has done little to combat this epidemic, allowing cartels to thrive.\n\nBroken Promises: Despite agreements and warnings, Mexico has failed to step up as a responsible partner. Words without action are meaningless, and the time for talk is over.\n\n\n\n---\n\nWhy Trump’s 25% Tariff is Justified\n\nPresident Trump’s 25% tariff isn’t just an economic tool—it’s a weapon of justice aimed at holding Mexico accountable for its negligence. Here’s why this move is essential:\n\n1. Securing U.S. Borders: Mexico’s failure to stop illegal immigration has forced the United States to act decisively. This tariff will compel Mexico to finally enforce its borders and prevent illegal crossings.\n\n\n2. Protecting American Lives: The flow of drugs like fentanyl must stop. By crippling Mexico’s economy, the tariff weakens the cartels that profit from this deadly trade.\n\n\n3. Economic Leverage: The U.S. is Mexico’s largest trading partner. Without access to the American market, Mexico’s economy collapses. This leverage ensures Mexico has no choice but to comply with U.S. demands.\n\n\n\n\n---\n\nA Brutal but Necessary Move\n\nYes, this tariff would cause unimaginable suffering in Mexico, but that suffering is a direct result of its government’s failures. President Trump is not to blame—Mexico is. By ignoring its responsibilities, Mexico has forced America to take a stand. The economic apocalypse that follows is the price Mexico must pay for its negligence.\n\nThis is not just about punishing Mexico—it’s about protecting the United States. It’s about securing our borders, saving American lives, and ensuring that the U.S. economy is not undermined by a neighbor that refuses to act responsibly. In the end, the 25% tariff is a painful but unavoidable reckoning for a nation that has long shirked its duties. The survival of Mexico’s economy depends entirely on its willingness to change course—and fast.

What is the point you get visa even when you don’t follow the law of land !! It will be unlikely that developed countries allow Indians. Don’t fool people by giving false information. Things of changed because of inflation and no country is ready to accept the illegal migration.

There’s more pride and nationalism projected in this video than real facts. Why do Indians need visas? It’s very simple: Most Indians are more likely to figure out a way to stay abroad once they touchdown abroad. \n\nAmericans, Canadians, Europeans, etc, don’t need visas wherever they go because most of them always return to their countries eventually no matter where they visit and how long they’re away. \n\nCitizens who don’t need visas wherever they go hardly ever leave their own countries for another. It’s really very simple. Just look at Singapore, Switzerland, etc. How often do you see their citizens leave such countries for another? Almost never. That’s why.\n\nIt sounds like she’s trying to make an argument that this rule shouldn’t apply to Indians because India’s economy is powerful. You need to convince this fact to the Indians who are leaving India, because if you can’t even sell this point to those Indians leaving India, then you don’t even have a case.

I’m not Indian National however I feel proud that this nation has build ‘herself’ as the 5th largest global economy and if some of the following ways are adapted by Indian Gov, the Indian passport will be saluted.\n1) Make your currency strong as in Raja Ranjeet Singh’s time 1 Indian puree was ten (£10) British Pounds, today it’s 100 Rupee to £1.\n2) Need to hold educational tests for everyone going abroad with a minimum level of English language.\n3) Emphasis on etiquettes and local Knowledge of the country where the traveller wants to visit.\n4) Stop all of illegal immigration via people smuggling agents as this gives a bad name to the country.\n5) Set a minimum benchmark amount of funds required before applying for an overseas visa.\n6) Make it mandatory for all travellers to have a full fare return ticket (12 months validity) on them at all times to show strong ties to return back home after trip.\n7) Create strong religious tolerance and harmony within the country so the world can see no religious discrimination being reported on international media worldwide.\n8) The Indian embassies all around the world should be aware and weary of each Indian national traveling abroad in real time so they f any help is require they can assist 24/7 without failure.\nThese are some of my points and opinions for a better India.\nI hope the people who read above will not be offended by any of my opinions as this is not my intention and I am well wisher and want to see this nation thrive, always.\nGood luck and all the best…

She always tries to sound like there is an agenda against India. Check timestamp 3:07. There is no agenda, let me explain why.\nThe rejection rate is a better measure than rejection numbers or visa fees. And I'm pretty sure that India has a lower rejection rate compared to many other countries. It is the sheer volume of applications that contribute to this. Even 1% rejection on 100k Indian visas is a 1000 rejected visas. While a less populous country may have 10% rejection out of 1000 visas which is 100 rejections. So, in % terms, India fare well despite having higher rejections.\nFiring shots at Kosovo, Cuba and B Faso is a cheap shot and unnecessary to push the point of passport rank. All countries have a right to determine who they allow into their country with lower restrictions. And they are under no obligation to open the gates to anyone. It is also common knowledge that the newer cohorts of Indian immigrants to the West are a bad representation of Indian society (best example - Canada). Hence the rising anti Indian Immigration stance. Immigration is a privilege and not a right. I hope that the Indian community understands that the visa rejections are a lesson and not an insult, and that they learn from this and become better ambassadors when they go overseas.

Move to a smaller town to avoid shootings in schools??? Sandy Hook, Newtown, CT. 2020 census just over 27 thousand residents yet 26 shot dead. Just how small of a community would it take to make anyone who isn't naive to feel safe when guns are everywhere in the US? Oh wait, maybe I should check Fox news to see if that was a hoax...\nEDIT - kudos to @xSheravenx for pointing that out first.\nAmerica has to be in the top 10 countries to NOT live in.\nWhat about Americans that don't want to live in the US?\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KsNxOFDjlrw

Point of correction, Indians are not the most talented. The greediness of Indians made them look like the most talented. When Indians occupy a job, they would only hire their own people. People have Woking up to their act of greediness.

Coming from an Indian who has worked in overseas for the last 10 years - I hate to see Indian tourists with their noisy behaviour , bad manners & indecent attitude towards women (especially those from north & east India)- Like someone pointed out Indian government should step in give some basic training to Indians travelling abroad.and ban those who misbehave overseas- for pointers just see the video of Indians tourists bad behaviour aboard a Thai airlines flight

This video documents verbal/emotional abuse. Jesus wasn’t a Christian or a Jew, he was free. That’s what all the original fuss was about, before what he said was “organised” into a religion .. a belief system \n\nDitto Buddha .. he wasn’t a Buddhist or a Hindu (or whatever the possibly ossified system of belief was called at the time he lived ) he was free. \n\n“The truth will set you free” \n\nOrganised religion isn’t first hand mystical insight. It’s spirituality distorted into a political, population controlling parody. Look no further than the abuse scandals rife within the main Christian denomination (Further evidence for the hypocrisy .. every religion has sometime warring sects . Go figure) \n\nI repeat Jesus wasn’t a Christian or a Jew .. he was free.\nCosmic consciousness was an actuality to him … ditto Buddha, their message/pointers to “truth” .. are often violently distorted for religious/political/population control ends. \n\nMystic - Someone who experiences Universe as self .. and not conceptually but actually. Self .. is the point of view body mediated awareness, not to be confused with the ego .. our lifetime of conditioning which we identify with as “who we are”. Consciousness/awareness is our true nature. Free unbounded. \n\nTranscendence of the ego is part of the process of “enlightenment” prevalent in what’s known as “The perennial philosophy” \n\nPhilosophy - The love of truth/wisdom\n\nWhat is the main message relevant to the search for what is true and incorruptible in life. — “ BE A LIGHT TO ONESELF” ?

We must not tell others wheather to accept our visa or not. It's their home, their turf, their rules ,their call. And many are pointing out in the comments about our behaviour. If that's true (and it must be based on our behaviour in our own country) we need to fix that first... Let's not become Karens. Lets come out of the cuccoon of misunderstanding that we all are innocents and are welcome everywhere!!

It's a stupid report, obviously the visa rejection will be high if the visa applications are high from a most populated country in the world it's basic common sense , i would say India have the highest visa grant these days, I'm from India came to Australia it's not ecen harf if u have the right documents and if you're not faking anything, I'm pretty sure the rejections are mostly because of fake documents especially from Punjab and Haryana so it's good that they are not letting fake people i mean then what's the point of doing all this right way? People like me who try to come in a right way
