I look at this title: Muslims in Canada: Anti-Islamic sentiment a growing concern, and I look at the thumbnail photo of 2 muslim women w/ their face fully covered then I watch this interview w/ them talking through all that cloth that's smothering their face w/ just their eyes peeping out and yes, I'm growing more concerned all the time. I'm sane. Concern is the only sane response to people walking around w/ their faces covered in public. It's dangerous, it's a total culture clash, it's creepy and unsettling as heck and it's totally anti social. You can't normalize this.

The Muslims of today are not like the once that I knew and lived with in the '60s and '70s in Iraq. The Arab Muslims were the best people. We Christians had no problem with our Muslim neighbors. The Muslims of today are radicalized by NWO to create trouble in any country they immigrate to. They were created and radicalized by the USA and Saudi Arabia. Our immigration policy of Ahmed Hussain is to bring them in so that they take the power in our major cities. Ahmed Hussain is a bad Muslim. Refugee Christians who are living in countries like Turkey had their interviews and medical test years ago but they are still waiting for their visas to come to Canada. They are sponsored refugees by their families in Canada.

Interestingly, all these productions on exploring the victims of racism, profiling and discrimination. The victims are interviewed extensively. Why on earth to we not interview racists, on their own. Explaining their stance, enlighten the world on what informs their stance, and how they justify their right to ill treat others. \n\nI don't many would be able to.

I thought it was bad that a year later in Canada, he still isn't speaking English whatsoever, but interviewed in his native tongue. Then I see that he was in the US for 15 freaking years, and didn't bother there either. I see he and his family has no intention of assimilating. How long before we have a little El Salvador, w/ all the crime they supposedly left. People that won't assimilate to us inevitably bring all their country's crap and woes w/ them. Also, this man who can't be bothered to speak our language is getting work in Alberta. Where native Albertans who do speak English are hard pressed for work. So how chaotic is that job site he's working on not speaking the language? Or do we already have little El Salvador there and he's right in w/ his homies?

That happened to me when I went to Target in California and I went in to pay my bill there. I was followed by people and I notice that there was some other than my race stealing while they were following me.\nAlso, my sister applied for a teaching\nJob and she put down she was Caucasian instead of African American; she went on the interview and got the job.\nBut me my name the person would come out and call my name then look at all the women that were Caucasian waiting to be interviewed.\nWhen I would stand up the interviewer would have the funniest look on her/his face then will ask again you are and say my name again.

What is this world becoming?\nOh, by the way blond and blue-eyed female causes its own problems.\nThe glass ceiling.

News people should never do interviews of random IDIOT people in the street who even claim that they really know nothing. Find some former Muslims and ask them what is the threat of ISLAM / Muhammadan death cult coming to a nearby place to where you live. They shall tell you that Muhammad established a 10% religion, 90% world takeover cult full of contradictions that converts people or kills them.

In a job interview it’s not gonna matter because when you have a interview you still have to look them in the face!!!

Longest interview with someone who claims is a Muslim and at the same time has disagreement for the orthodox tenets of Islam wow great video unbiased

good way to screen immigrants...make sure they can speak one of the initial languages by the time of their interview. If you need a translator 5 years after you emmigrated to a country how could you be integrated into the society?

Your interview of him was creepy. He did his time and he paid $900 000. \nHere in Canada we believe in forgiveness and second chances, don't we? He is free to refuse an interview. Sure you are allowed to film on the street, but still it seemed creepy to me

Is there a reason someone who has lived, and worked, in the US for 15 years, is being interviewed by Vice in Spanish, and not English?
|
| 2018-11-07 | 2 |
Lived illegally in the US....his kids have Ipdas ,he drives a car that looks over 20k in price but still goes to canada for a better life.....and after 15 years of living in an english speaking nation he is giving interviews in spanish .....yet he can;t conceive that the US or Canada wont just let him in.

So what should we do? feel sorry for Canada and the mess they have created for themselves and the refugees concerned ❓I really do not understand the purpose of this interview.

When talking about canadians, please do not forget the majority of canadians voted for Trudeau. As a canadian this worries me as Trudeau is very transparent. And then we have idiots that say canada is wide open and we can take lots of people. I can not decide which is worse, the clueless twit that my fellow canadians elected or the person being interviewed.

I have literally walked into an interview and the interviewer told me they called me because they liked my name. I am African American but I was named after a Russian figure skater. Needless to say I did not get that job. Le'siiighh

Why do you keep interviewing an Eastern elitist? There are parts of Canada that aren't that tolerant.

Okay, as a Canadian, I've been watching all sides of the stories. All of your points of view are heard, and particularly the past day's coverage rings true, in some senses. In others, not. \nAlways, people say this, and people say that, and the truth is somewhere in the middle.\nHowever, please explore this topic before digging down and making up your minds based on this interview. \nPlease do a smidgen of more research, hear more than this opinion and do a lot more listening? \nI know you all are going through a very difficult time.\nAs a Canadian, most of us are very comfortable with what our government is doing. \nWe are not afraid of 'others'. \nWe are not afraid of Americans.\nBut this reporting choice, and your choice to jump on, and believe this interview as true.....\nThat does give me pause for concern.

More Negative expression from on street interviewer? \nSimilar when Jewish people in NY city early 50s, 60s, in USA.

Here in lies the problem, folks. This man was in the USA for 15 years, and he STILL has to give an interview in Spanish, when he arrives in yet ANOTHER country, whose primary language is English. If you immigrate, you assimilate, or you do not succeed! His children look very young, was he hoping to use them as anchors?
|
| 2018-07-01 | 0 |
So hes been in the US for 15 years and still cant speak English? Could you imagine living and working in a foreign country for a decade and a half and not know enough of the language to have an interview? Then he goes and finds out canada has even more restrictive immigration policies than the US. All while being a shining example of asylum abuse.

Why can't families sponser families or people? Like the Foriegn Exchange Student program? Had a kid selling books here tonight from Estonia, really. I had a mass interview today for preschool education at a new migrant facility. Bible belt Kentucky. I have no Fears like the leftovers claim. I have priorities. I'm a single mom with 6 dependants and 7 chronic illnesses and a bleeding ❤️ for all in need. American citizens should be given first priority. Get off welfare and donate it to an immigrant. Or share your home, work, salary. Put your $$$ where your mouth is. I've worked all these places. There aren't enough helpers, just a bunch of talkers.

who's fault is that?\nnonmuslims in muslim nations face actual discrimination and prejudice, lacking freedom of religion varying in many islamic nations\nWITHOUT them doing frequent problematic acts or against even the discriminative laws of the nation\n\nin the west? its secular state free for all religions or background , and most of the religious ones don't want to actually integrate and keep loyalty to the very conservative islamic teachings , and seek to change things (applying elements of sharia law and so on) when they can despite the problems it has created in its real world application, that are totally against the secular values of the west and many other nations\nthen we have the frequent islamist radical terror attacks, as well as the neighborhoods where they transform it to something far from secular\n\nand you're surprised with that? look at those muslim woman in the west got interviewed, burqas.. doesn't care about identification issue in public place, and (in this case, judging by the books actually works out) these are the kinds of muslims with the most conservative mindset, thus the woman clad themselves in ninja suit and the guys with long beards and islamic traditional clothings, those are the most conservative of them, far away from being or appreciating secular\ngiven the chance, 100% absolute assertion that these are the ones that will try to change things to be more islamic, in PUBLIC place as well (the religion is that, political islam and public enforcement based on islamic 7th century values is a common thing when they can)\n\nthe ones who are actually integrating are mostly the less religious, actually secular muslims. Well, you can say actually secular iranians, arabians, turks, and so on (as muslims normally refer to the religion, which is not secular at all)\nthose are the ones that do, the west has been giving stage and empower the wrong group of these people

Black dude has the whitest name.. I wonder who get an interview based solely on off an app with no ethnicity or race question?

I agree with a lot of the things said in the comments. He didn't properly look into what is required for refugee status and came illegally so shouldn't receive preferential treatment. However, his not speaking English...where could he go to learn as an illegal immigrant? And likely he had to work long hours to save money for lawyers, etc. The language thing to me seems a bit harsh. He may even know passable English, but the reporters may have wanted the interviews to go more smoothly and so spoke in his native language.

It's hard for a native Indian to get a job. I am clean-cut, well dressed and non drinking. I put resumes for a year at every job that came across my path that was a possibility. No one called me back. Most of time they didn't bother to attempt a serious interview. Finally got a job with native organization which I didn't go to school for. I am certified in Office Admin. but cook and clean house.

15K blown on lawyers?\n\nAnd he is unable to conduct an interview in English?\n\nFFS, English is my third language. \n\nKick him out! His family too! \n\nI do NOT consent for my tax dollars to be spent on him. He may be a great person and all, but first impression he leaves is anything but.

I can't believe what's being said in these comments. So the fact that he didn't speak English in the interview is the only thing that sunk in? Ok. Many of the immigrants that come here , come for the opportunities: Work, food, shelter, etc. Learning English should be mandatory in all immigrants applying for citizenship but we can't disregard someone because they choose NOT to speak English. For all we know, this guy (I'm sure) understands and probably can speak some English but for the sake of the interview the producers mostly likely asked him and he chose to speak in Spanish.

In 2006 I applied for a job in a different city in UK and because of my last name they invited me for an interview expecting a white person. When they saw me they mentioned that they I was a white person. I was shocked. And I turned the offer because I felt I will be experiencing racism if I take the job.

Allah comes first, not Canada. That is why there are no muslims who reports suspicious mosques or people being radicalised. They pray for death to infidels and jews every day. The niqab is not part of the koran and to say it is a form of respect for their god is an outright lie. But Taquiyya, or lying to further islam, is allowed. Muslims can even lie when swearing on the koran. This is the first interview I have seen where a practicing muslim doesn't lie about islam.
|
| 2016-08-05 | 0 |
The Muslim woman they interviewed is NOT a Muslim. To be a Muslim, you must follow a VERY strict set of rules, and she's not covering her face. Why associate yourself with that shit religion if if you're not even going to follow the rules?
|
| 2016-07-20 | 0 |
Why interview them? You can't trust a thing they say.
|

4:03 As always one rule for Muslims and one for everybody else. If I am not allowed to sit exams with a balaclava on, or take a driving test, or take a job interview, or enter a bank, a restaurant or a bar then why can these idiots get away with it? What about airport security? These women are clearly mentally disturbed and Western governments just encourage it.
|
| 2016-04-20 | 0 |
ok so muslims say they should be able to wear what they want so their women cover up. but then when you ask them about western women they say they should cover up and SHOULD NOT be able to dress the way they do. liberals who think they are being so free and open minded need to open their eyes to the religion they are trying to defend. muslims routinely abuse the freedoms that are afforded to them while living in a democratic society that hypocrisy becomes second nature to them. the women that was interviewed says we get dressed up put on fancy clothes and make up with other women, even though to do that is haram in islam and is only meant to attract men. ignorance and regression will lead to the downfall of every western country. it is simply a fact and somehow it always comes off as fear mongering when it is said, no religion should ever have a right over any society. if there was a religion where it was ok to behead people who dont believe in that religion would it be ok for people to believe it, oh wait ISLAM.
|
| 2016-04-07 | 0 |
It's funny how a lot of this interview talks about Muslim women covering up but the one Muslim woman who should have been covered up for her protection was not.
