I really don't understand how do they expect us to gain C1-C2 level of proficiency within a very limited amount of time. They wish to attract workers, but aren't even considerate if you are making efforts in learning the language. It's really a lost cause. It's highly taxing on a person to upskill, study, try to survive and be fluent in a foreign language at the same time. There is racism, especially if you are a person of colour, and you will always be looked down upon to the point of being shunned away, refusing to allow you to get accustomed to the society. Try hard to make it in your own country or search for better prospects.

About 32 years ago I had this shocking Dream inwhich I was at Lost Lagoon in Vancouver. I was looking at a Tent in the trees by the Lagoon and saw a couple sitting inside whilst they had hung their clothes up on tree limbs with price tags on them. I woke up with a start and considered it a very strange Nightmare back then and wondered WHY I had dreamt that, but now as time goes on I do believe that I was seeing into the future.

In the USA, You would see many Indians as CEO, but in Germany its impossible.\n25% - Work is too slow. Many people remain on leave/holiday. Not just my office, bank and other gov work are also very slow.\n20% - Too many immigrants. its no more germany. school has almost 80% non german.\n10% - Dependency on trains, and trains are often delayed. Getting driving licence takes lot of time.\n5% - Cold weather\n5% - High taxes (but we get some benefits)\n5% - People are very closed. I wanted to help and talk to neighbour, but they were so cold to interact.\n5% - Away from home, never felt like home.\n5%- Doctor appointment, sply for kids is nightmare. \n5%- Drugs, beer, smokers everywhere.
