Well....Starbucks is gone and coffee is like likely to triple in price, I wonder what caffeine addicted MAGA are going to do now? What about wood prices....hard to make affordable housing without inexpensive wood, and that's not even counting the Crude oil we get...If the Man-Child in charge is going to tariff everyone who pisses him off the whole world is going to be in a trade war against us.... make america great again by alienating the whole world and causing everything we buy more expense....thats the plan.

So Columbia and the world should start deporting US passport holders and US citizens back to the US from their respective countries and decline Visas for Americans seeking to travel or work outside the US. The world can play that game as well. Plus imposing tariffs on US goods and services.

The entire western world needs to bite the bullet, take the hardships, and stop trading with the US, period. It would only be hard temporarily, but the whole world would be much better off in the long run. Wouldn't a world without American lies and BS be wonderful?

don’t judge too much. I’m not saying this is good for anyone that is living in ????. we already have a very bad housing crisis etc happening . but i definitely understand why they come.i have great empathy for them .. i feel horrible for them. these people aren’t lining up for black Friday deals or Taylor Swift tickets. these human beings are living in poverty, in danger in their own home countries. It was stollen lands from the Native Americans. What they are doing is totally wrong, as much as I feel sorry for some of these people America cannot absorb the whole world, their leaders has to fix their country do their citizens will not leave , I watch the exodus that march toward the US, take that fight to their leaders.

From outside of the US, we can only watch as their current government is committed to the Nazification of America. Without any societal mechanisms to hold Trump and his community of miscreants accountable, this downward spiralling phenomenon may embolden equally as unfit for their roles in public office far-right parties in other parts of the world to do the same. This is addressed mainly to the ugly Indian: My generation came to the racist west and built a golden reputation. We worked hard, assimilated, paid our taxes, and obeyed the laws. We were humble. We celebrated our native cultures within the confines of our communities. While it was frustrating to be invisible in white culture, we never sought to conquer them with our culture. We were ethical to the hilt. Our generations were poor -- yet we struggled to help others in India and in the west. We were NEVER on the dole. Personally I think it is rude to enter a nation (in the west or anywhere in the world) with naked opportunism. Speaking for myself -- despite neocolonialism, I admired western civilization, especially its older forms. \n \nBut the ugly Indian who comes now is loud, brash, socially irresponsible, exploitative, money-hungry, opportunistic, and arrogant beyond belief (full of the hubris that comes from sudden new wealth). They look down on us who have been here a while. They are used to a servant-culture and look down on white working class people, as if they are servants. As for second generation Indians in the west, they can be racist towards us first generations. But the opposite is true as well. Indian newcomers see them as an alien species. Indians do tend to hire their own and stick to their own identities -- I do not mean the Indian identity, but their native state identities. All this feeds into the primary and secondary forms of western racism that are already simmering beneath the surface. This new genre of Indians is destroying the goodwill we have built. I have personally witnessed arrogant young Indian students cutting the line to reach the front desk. No manners, no ethics. As a first generation Indian immigrant I get annoyed. So why shouldn't native born westerners (who are already racist)? \n \nBut to complain about how they smell is rude beyond belief. This must stop.

I agree that skilled immigration is the right thing to do \n\nStop asylum seekers , take students as they are needed to fuel local economy , however improve the criteria to qualify for a work visa after student \n\nPermanent residency to be only allowed if you are working in a niche job where you don’t find any Canadian is found for that job position.\n\nMy view is to reduce taxes on individuals , incorporations and also eastablish industries and remove unwanted regulations and allow to establish industries \n\nThis will boost employment and also use this opportunity to develop near shore for us based companies to help them find skilled resources in canada \n\nMany thoughts I am not an expert , but I love canada and canada deserve to be a world leader in everything

Nothing to worry. Its hell. I wish they had never given us visa . They been playing with our lives for several years. I have a kid who was born in USA and has mild autism. No one will believe how they have tortured us. How they never let me keep a job . I kept moving to different places but noone will hire me or rent us a descent house. They anyways hate us so why to go there to be the slave of the same people who tortured your kid. In pune applied to jobs and school for him, but noone will admit him. Because of his condition he forgets everything. Had he been a normal kid and gone through all these he would have got traumatized for life. When i used to watch in the news so many kids dieying in American airstrikes, now i have been through that experience of torture they are capable of you question your own existence. How in the world one can forget or forgive the people who plays with you kids life?

H-1B is not a specialty occupation visa. It is a cheap labour visa for most of the US companies. It benefits only two groups. 1. Employers / Primary Vendors - Most of the Employers who are Indian GC/ American citizens who runs their LLC companies for 20-40 percent commission 2. Lawyers - who support these loopholes. This system needs to prioritize foreign students who are in top 10 % schools in the world and pay scale

I don’t know about rest of the world but in the US alone, 700,000 Indians entered the country either illegally or overstayed their US visa just last year alone. In Canada, some Indian international students were discovered to have forged their education documents and now have been deported. Temporary workers are demanding permanent residency after work visa extensions have been cancelled due to housing shortages & increasing unemployment rate. \n\nIndian people in general are good workers but these protest aren’t helping and demanding they be allowed to stay while their documents are forged is upsetting Canadians. It unfortunately grouping everyone together.

It's very contradicting to hear that Hindus are the most law-abiding citizens, highly educated, good jobs, helping in their society. Who are the culprits in these cases, and don't forget there is also lots of hate created toward Hindus, their way of life, temples, being headans, not belonging to the abrahamic majority in any of those countries.\nMy sincere advice, don't visit abrahamic countries at all. We don’t need these ‘privileged’ countries to survive. They need us more than we need them. Let’s degrade their visas and reciprocate their rejection rate. What is the purpose of going to Malesia ? US UK Canada are all advanced countries. Seems India GDP is going down . Respect also goes down. You analyze how India lost respect in the world in last 10 years in many areas.

Other than behavioural attitude it depends upon the how the country projects the image to the outside world. \n\nSecond reason, more the people settling abroad more the rejection. Less the people settling down in abroad more the visa. \n\nI lived in GCC for many years they give visa easily to Europe and the US because these people go for pleasure trip and come back not to settle down

Indians are possibly amongst the largest group of overseas travellers just trailing behind the Chinese but the visa application process for us is one of the most stringent. . . Go to any tourist destination in the world and you’ll see an Indian restaurant and fellow Indians, but we are not shown the respect or importance we deserve by diplomatic missions of other countries.
