What happens when their country of origin will not accept them back? Where do they stay and how much will it cost taxpayers. Should only charge GOP taxpayers.

There are people who entered this country over 30 years ago. They know no other country this America. NOPE! The current immigration commissioner has tightenend immigration laws (and rightfully so). They can't just barge in here and stay. We have our own laws to implement.

This where Canada good at, giving freebies for refugees and asylum seekers, while the economy facing crisis.. I am from Europe. You won't find a single country in EU who will not deport immigrants that do not have legal documents. If they find them they will throw them out of EU and those persons will get 5 years ban for apply legally. (IDEA) Set a deadline for all illegals that are here in the states to go to the immigration offices and declare they are here illegally on their own account. \n\nCreate a lottery system (select a small percentage to win the chance of the American dream!!! Remain in Mexico applies to arriving aliens applying for asylum, not asylum seekers who have already been admitted. The latter contravenes federal immigration law, and that's something that a President can't do via executive order. As well, if we deport asylum seekers to a different country, or make asylum seekers wait in another country as their asylum cases are adjudicated, the US government is STILL responsible for providing essential resources and ensuring their safety (this includes providing migrant centers) and the US cannot impede on their right to counsel - and by virtue of making them stay in another country that doesn't HAVE US immigration attorneys, this DOES impede their access to legal council, which is an immediate infringement on civil rights and a key reason why Remain in Mexico was challenged up to the Supreme Court and was kept from fully going into effect.

This is a massive task and in my opinion impossible to achieve. Way more difficult than had the wall been built 40 years ago and proper controls been implemented. You can get it done now and that could lower illegal immigration to as close to zero as practically possible. But the 15+ millions unaccounted for are likely here to stay.
