Till minority they will fight for freedom of expressions, speech, rights etc etc .. and slowly they reach around one third of the population they will impose islamic laws in canada ... and we get one more islamic country in the world ?

Well, Canadians are a minority in North America. California has more people than Canada. There are more Blacks in the USA than all Canadas population. So, being a minority will make you feel like your kind of special. Being American is not since there are 320 million Americans .

At the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, I was followed through out my tour of the gallery by a female security guard who did not even hide the fact that she was monitoring me. She followed me throughout the 2 hours i was there. I felt really harassed. And guess what, she was a visible minority of South Asian origin.

That comes from HR. How about 'We will consider all qualified applicants. Period. Then pick the most qualified applicant.

I worked at future shop as store manager in trainee. We were trained to treat others as you wanna be treated. But again chain owned by Iranian and out of 4 GM’s 3 were from visible minority. But I got promoted to MIT when my immediate boss and GM were Caucasian’s.

Why am I not SURPRISED.....they will buddy with you mostly due to fear(European), The others will buddy up to you and consider themselves just like us. Because, overall they’re a minority to. I work with a variety of people from all races and ages in my field. I wonder how much of how people treat individuals have to do with how booked they are. Regardless of a person’s race, I notice that if I am short on time or have back to back appointments \n, that I am not as attentive or as interested in people. However, if I limit myself to three appointments a day, I am an attentive and genuinely want to do my best at my job. So, because I know this about myself, I choose to limit my schedule to three appointments a day unless I absolutely cannot prevent it. I am a minority, too, and have been profiled left and right. My husband is Caucasian and thinks it’s in my head, but he can look like a bum and not be profiled whereas if I am not dolled up going to the store, you better believe I know not to put my hands in my pockets.

Please, keep not telling that statistically, minorities are being followed more in stores because they DO steal MORE. I had an acquaintance who was a monitors security agent. Reports are just staggering. Let's not specify too that Toronto got now more gun shootings than New York and many other U.S. cities, all commited by ethnic minorities, thanks to immigration, but don't let the facts get in the way of your rhetorical lying propaganda.

Why don't you mention when you work with minority groups and you become the minority goes both ways I am afraid to tell you ?I only see Asian working in Chinatown ?

Minoritys do steal alot well they get caught more maybe becuase they are dummer. All this shows me is people prefer being around there own people . Diversity is not a strength.

When they're in minority, they are peaceful. When they reach 15-20% they'll say they are being victimized by majority. Once they reach >25% of population, you will observe riots, rapes, exodus of Christians from their dominant areas, towns. It will continue till they become majority.

I find it funny how certain minorities experience racism from white people, but they still feel closer to whites than blacks.

The only problems I can see with blind recruitment is, the person's application might be accepted, but if they have to interview in person they can still be rejected. Of if it is a phone interview and you have an accent you might not make pass it. Even if you get hired with blind recruitment and not interview is required, once you start working, if you are a minority some employers might look for ways to fire you. So it's a good concept, but still needs a little tweaking.

Do an experiment at minority owned businesses and have whites go in and do the same as you did here. You will not because you know this is one sided to change laws that makes it harder on whites and it's citizens.

It does hurt sometimes. One time me and a first nation older woman where running frantically to meet a bus, the driver could see us and he just left. We were about 30 seconds to the bus but he deliberately left in the freezing winter period, she was elderly. We both new it's because we were visible minority, not all drivers do this and in fact it was the first time it happened. Second case is getting an apartment that I've witnessed, though it hurt sometimes I don't necessarily blame them. If we want to make a change then we have to start with ourselves. Be the best human beings that we can be.

In surrey BC Sikh people are most respected and get first dibs on jobs etc... White People are the minority and are treated like ghosts

This is a great video it's hard being a person of colour in even today's world. There is a lot of passive aggressive racism in the form of discrimination on a big scale. The thing about race is you can't really talk to white people about racism because they don't really experience it. I would like to see a social experiment to where white people go into predominantly minority areas and see how they get treated.
