I was born in USA but this man speaks 100% truth. \n\nI feel afraid, lonely , depressed in California. People are mean, rude, cold, violent. So lonely people don't talk to nobody only to fight. Too much drugs. \n\nI'm visiting my parents in Mexico and I like Mexico better. People are very friendly there is crime but not too much. Right here it is nice lovely friendly people say hi friendly neighbors.\n\nUSA is full of everything virtual, everything online and yes consumerism , materialistic and yes very plastic. Working day and night never home. Stupid. I know a lot of people like my uncle always at work never home working 7 days a week like slaves and not ever home just to sleep. Ridiculous. \n\nMy Dad retired and went back to Mexico by Otay and I'm visiting my parents a lot here in Mexico more freedom and very friendly people friendly neighbors. \n\nNot horrible lonely America. In America too much cell phones nobody talks only text. Cold people no interaction no socialize only depression, drugs, drugs, drugs, money money, money, cell phones all day and fighting . \n\nPeople mean rude in USA I fight with everybody in USA too much racism. Too much entitled crazy people. I hate it in California. I prefer Mexico or other foreign countries like Africa, Thailand, Japan, Cambodia. \n\nNo greedy money hungry commercialism capitalist USA and Europe.

Honestly, as a Canadian living in Vancouver which is the most expensive city in Canada, I can barely afford to pay for my monthly home mortgage in addition to the monthly condo fee, buy my weekly groceries, put gas in my vehicle at this time of hyper-inflation. I really don't want my income tax, consumption taxes (GST and PST which is a tax on tax), carbon tax, and property tax collected by the various levels of governments from me so that my hard earned money would be squandered on these Uranian refugees. I don't owe any of them a living. The news media said there would be tens of thousands of them wanting to settle in Vancouver. If these refugees are entitled to government benefits after they arrive, then so should I! Where are we housing these refugees when we can't even house the homeless people in East Hastings?

Canadians are awesome - friendly, respectful, peaceful and polite (in general of course). They underwent a lengthy process to legally get their visas. Yet millions of people feel entitled to skip that process, jump the line, and demand visas or citizenship. Interestingly, if you asked the same people if they think anyone in the Middle East who wants to come here should do the same thing, they will usually say no. Just them. Since they live close, it's apparently unfair for immigration law to apply to them.

As a Canadian it really pisses me off to see people constantly coming here thinking that it’s gonna be a free ride and don’t even attempt to better their lives , like why did u come here? She should: \n\n1. file a civil/criminal lawsuit, seeking $ damages for physical assault and emotional distress, psychologist/therapist session fees\n2. get him evicted or otherwise threaten the property leasing management with lawsuit for negligence if he isn’t evicted right away \n3. File restraining order\n4. It’s a myth that Canada has universal healthcare. I lived there for 4 years because of my dad’s job and his employer had to pay for hospital treatment. Canada doesn’t have universal healthcare. The hospitals aren’t government owned but the government pays for the treatment. This favor is only extended to citizens. A true universal healthcare system is the UK. EVERYONE who lives in the UK legally is entitled to free NHS healthcare.

To have, apparently, no English whatsoever after so many years does not indicate a desire to integrate. The (once) United Kingdom's seriously overburdened NHS spends 23 million a year on translators in 128 languages and many 'migrants' see this as an entitlement; indeed, it is a disincentive for some to even bother trying to learn English. This particularly pertains to many migrants from the middle-east and china and one Afghan patient whose family are regular beneficiaries of both the NHS and its translation services recently claimed (having been here for several years) that his wife (only in her 30s) would not be learning English because; 'It's too difficult' so for some, unfortunately, there is no will at all to assimilate. Housing and social security payments are, of course, part of the package and these individuals produce no net benefit at all either socially or economically and it's getting worse so spare me the bleeding heart rhetoric we keep hearing from mainstream (almost exclusively liberal) media.
