What these people have to realize is that is that as non citizens you have very few rights. You as a visitor have to have an exit plan. Not us. I've been working on these cases on the border for nearly 25 years. I've never seen it as slow as it is right now and it has been for the last year or so on the Texas border in the Western District. There are simply no new cases only a very few and anyone who works here in the federal court system knows this. This is Trump's effort to create a problem and then offer himself as the solution in order to manipulate people and obtain whatever ends they want to obtain such as project 2025. It's the Hegelian dialectic in action and enough people sell for it to put him back into office.
