Ive lost all respect for indian nationals in this country. They are rude, do not care about others and act like they are entitiled to everything when they are just guests.\nMy family and i used to visit a nearby lake on hot summer days. \nIts been a tradition for soo many years. This year we pulled up to the beach and it was over crowded. I have never see that many indian nationals in on space in canada.\nWe left and decided to come back a couple days later. My god. The garbage! They didnt even have the decency to clean up after themselves! Fire pits full of partly burned garbage all over the place.\n\nIF YOU CANNOT RESPECT OUR COUNTRY, GO HOME! imagine how the indian authorities would act if it was canadian students protesting on their soil. This liberal governement has turned us into the laughing stock of the world.

It's not so much the Indians themselves, but the amount of them coming in. No time to /or want to assimilate, there's a serious job and housing crunch...it's simply too much, too fast. Couple that with protests demanding they stay isn't really kosher either. Pretty sure no one in any country would like this being brought to their doorstep, especially when the average citizen wasn't even consulted on this mass immigration policy. In Vancouver, the home prices are skyrocketing, the personal taxes are almost half the income, the people are too busy to work to mingle. I don't like the thought that people can do supported drug use freely. It's beyond me to understand that. Why would a governemnt provide drugs for addicts in the guise of harm reduction? I was in Hastings 3 weeks ago and I saw the crackheads just blatantly doing drugs in the streets. A lot of used up needles are on the ground. There is a market of stolen stuff. It is quite scary to walk around. My son don't like it here even when he is born here. The kids are becoming cynical and angry for no reason. A lot just bully for fun. Prostitution is legal and rampant, you would think the young pretty girls are innocent but a lot are actually sugar babies. I'm in the medical field but I don't support euthanasia. I'm quite open-minded but not to the point of loosing my morals just because Canada is allowing it. It is also getting saturated with races with various beliefs. While I don't mind them, I worry that the tensions & clashes may become too close for comfort. In short, I think the country is becoming too expensive & liberated to raise a young imppresionable child in. Yes, we are also leaving Canada for an affordable, safer, more fun & happy place. It doesn't matter if it is not as progressive as Canada for as long as there is better humanity in the place...

Dear Candians sorry for this trouble don't misunderstand all Indian people are like this because they're good people like people from southern part of India like Kerala, Tamilnadu etc.., they are also an International students in Canada they respect, adapt and assimilate with Candian values and culture. They're well educated, respectful, friendly and very polite so please generilise all Indian people. In this video, most of them are from Haryana, Punjab and Delhi and Gujaart (North Indian) these people are rude, arrogant, and not even polite

You were spot on about govt's role and the behaviour of the crowd that has moved in the past few yrs. I have been here for 28+ yrs. I am sad about everything that is happening now. \n\nSad for Canadians and the new generation of students coming with improper planning. Some can't even speak decent English. Some are not interested in studying and getting local degrees. No solid long term plans. \n\nSome of them have no respect for local culture as you mentioned. Rude and unruly behaviour has become a common site in some areas. It is expected that most Canadians will come to detest all that. It's only natural. I can't stand it so how would they, who have never been exposed to that? \n\nDuring Covid, govt let students work FT, they let them come without asking for proof of sufficient funds to support themselves. Because of that, many people brought their families and the spouses were allowed to work as temporary workers. \n\nAll this was to be a temporary arrangement but people moved in droves without considering the possibility of things changing. They figured that between two jobs, however small, a family could survive. Sadly, not true. We already have a crisis at home and this made things even worse for the locals. There are low income families here as well. Things like Covid and the war has affected Canada badly. \n\nGovt failed to make it clear that the lifting of work restrictions for students was a temporary move. People also got carried away. In the end, everything has become a royal mess. As I said, it is a sad situation for both sides.

There's an infinite supply of them, swamping the poor daft country and a problem is that, more than any other large migrant wave, they look back to their 'homeland' for generations and don't meld well. Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. I look at faces in cars and all I notice are an abundance of East Indian, here in Halifax, do the test yourself, seams like every second vehicle, Go to Mall, go to the Park all I’m seeing is East Indian, these people are not compatible with the natural born Canadians. I. Spent the last thirty years in Vancouver (Priced OUT) This summer we have had a surge in Chinese Immigrants and the East Indians. What are the numbers ? Inappropriate action to allow this surge in this University City, Student will struggle finding accommodation. The established home owner won’t even notice but renter’s will, take a drive on moving day. There are 6 unrelated East Indian adults in a two bedroom unit, across the hall from my two bedroom. Look, I'm a white Canadian, and I don't hate Indians at all. However, lately, there are far too many Indians arriving here. I live in a small town, and the vast majority of the workers in all our franchise restaurants, Walmart, hotels, etc, are Indian. Yes, some Indians really have been pooping on the beach. I've seen videos posted by Indians about Indians pooping on beaches in places like Goa. No, not all Indians do that, but it doesn't reflect well on Indians. My next-door neighbours are Indian immigrants, and stereotypically, they own a pizza franchise lol. Their children play at our house with our daughter almost every day. On a negative note, they only hire other Indians to work in their store. In general, the indians that are in Canada do need to work on their cultural integration. My neighbours brought their parents over, and they aren't even trying to learn English. I don't want Canada to become like India. Also, I dont think that most Indian immigrants really want that either, but if we keep flooding Canada with Indians, that will eventually happen.

Get your facts right! No country is ɓanning India. Therefore, stop acting like a victim all the time and all these bs race cards even when the immigration policies of these countries apply to everyone.

The recent wave of Indians coming to Canada are NOTHING like the previous ones. They have caused this themselves. I always wanted to visit India but based on the behaviour I have seen by indian newcomers has made me change my mind. Even driving is worse here with all of the aggressive drivers bringing up insurance rates.

I am not surprised because what people don't understand is that the government is trying to make. People believe that Canadians don't want to work. Back in 1992, after my college experience. I was able to get a placement in the unemployment office. Worked for them for free for one month. Which was part of the course?\nBut the government refuse to hire me, no explanation. Why not just exclusively adopt the skill qualification as the criteria for granting PR status like 20-30 years ago. Isnt that the minimum every 1st world countries should require?They can bring their immediate spouses and children BUT do away with allowing old parents or Grandparents. It doesnt make sense to bring someone too old to contribute to the economy. Even if they do menial jobs, it wouldnt make an impact as they havent contributed enough to the system.\nAnd for heavens sake STOP the temporary foreign workers program. The jobs they are getting arent even under “skilled” category. That should be left for young Canadians or PR Canadians who needs entry level work.

I am so thankful I have Greek and Macedonian citizenship. As soon as I'm done with my education, I'm moving back to Greece or Macedonia, somewhere there are hardly any Indians. I literally get lucky to see 4-5 white, black, or latinos a day in my city, the rest are all Indian, Pakistani, and Arabs. I don't feel like I'm living in Canada anymore, I feel like I'm living in the Middle-East. I only have 2 more years of university and then if I don't go to Greece or Macedonia, it'll be because there's too many Middle-Easterners there too, and I will go someplace like Korea or Vietnam, where there are practically no Middle-Eastern people. Sorry, but you're right about them being rude, and they act like they're entitled to everything. It's disgusting and I've had enough. The problem will only get worse even if we shutdown immigration, because there are so many here already, and they don't have kids, they have litters of 5-10 children per family. Soon the whole country will just be Middle-Eastern, just give it a few decades. If you can get out of Canada and go someplace else, I suggest you do now, before it's too late.

India is the most heavily populated country on earth, even more than China, and you just cannot allowed them to all come as economic migrants. I live in Canada, all these problems are true and also health care system is not that good and high taxes…..However, life feels secured as food, environment and roads quality is AAA grade. You can actually achieve dreams as jobs pay good, even though you can to spend in dollars but remember macbook will cost 1.25 lakh and $2000 in Canada but there is huge difference in income, same goes for cars which translates that normal middle class family can have cars like Mercedes, audi and BMW which is not achievable in India. It’s safe country you can have whatever opinions you want, women can dress whatever they want and go out anytime without being worried. By considering all those things i decided to surrender my indian passport and got Canadian one.

Canadian here with what I hope is a level headed view.\n\nI would say that the biggest issue and problem is to be laid at the Liberal Party's feet. Both Canadians and Indians are Pawns in a political game of Chess. Trudeau and his administration are using the Imagination community for votes. This also means that so as not to offend Immigrants new to the country, Canadian ways, traditions, lifestyles, ect. are targeted by the Liberal government.\n\nAs an example, If I went anywhere in the Middle East, I would be expected to respect and adhere to the laws and traditions of the country I am in. Or in one case the restaurant offered to pay for the entire meal in which the 5 immigrants at the table drank $350 in Alcohol. Yes I have witnessed both. \n\nThere are also cultural issues which cause friction. The language barrier being one major. Especially when an Immigrant tries to claim he or she cannot speak the English or French but holds a valid Driver's license. The license could not be held if the individual doesn't speak English or French. \n\nRegardless, individual issues are small when confronted with a government that treats everyone as Pawns.

Beauty lies in eyes and love in hearts of people. Likes and dislikes are not based on physical things but person's values which varies from one to another. Beauty is not defined it is found in heart and mind. I lived and worked in 5 countries and found the nicest things in all including people. Diversity of landscape and people create our world most beautiful. How can you even rank without diversity of nature, landscape and of course people. I discovered most beautiful things about some of the countries when I came across what my heart said BEAUTIFUL and not statistics. Biggest beauty in world is the way you accept things as they are and find good in the very opportunity you had to discover our beautiful world. This is what I will say for Canada. Canada is very beautiful with its diversity regarding landscape, nature and of course beautiful people who are hard working, loving, and most of all able to find beauty in every single thing about country. True harmony comes from accepting differences.

The harm is already done they breed like rabbits and will outnumber us.We need to send all back that have only a PR or an arranged marriage.Many even pretend to be a gay couple to get in .They want Canada to be their homeland because India won't let them have one because they came from Pakistan .

Why so much bias against Indians? Do they need to really point out that it is only indians who are crossing us borders illegally? don't mexicans, south americans and even native canadians and americans illegally peddle drugs across the US Canada border? So, Those are not illegal, but if Indians do it even for feeding their family or for their basic survival, then thats worse thing compared to everything else going on. Grass is green on your own country you know the culture and people, happiness is where you actually build and know your rfamilyaround you. I have seen on Indian couple died along with 2 kids border crossing from can to usa in the -30 d snow. Its like why would you take such risk. Please people make your home where you born and belong .

6:15. Sikhs are the most hardworking, honest, and langar/food distributing community it the world. Even today, all canadian employers/companies want to employ them. But native canadians don't want it to happen. Even it is true in India also. Read history why sikhs live in Gujarat or Uttar pardesh. When it comes to serving the nation in the army, they fight like champions.

You need a fishing license to Fish. Ok fair enough. Now you have to buy fishing ticket separately for all small pond river and lakes. Rivers tickets are sold for every 10-20 km. If you travel to next town, the previous ticket is invalid even though its the same river. Even if i travel somewhere for few days, ticket must be bought. Its not flexible, too stressful. Moreover, places like beer gardens, swimming pool, restaurants etc you won’t feel welcome unless you are white.

This is because the government doesn’t care about their talents they have in their own country and as citizens put them first instead ask them to go abroad and study and settle down there… Is this because they don’t have good quality universities in India? The govt can’t create jobs with good salary? Is this a competition fever initiated by the Indian society like a trend? They are even ready to take up all outsourced work from the west just to work on peanuts?????Why is the Indian government not waking up to this to tell parents to stop this ? India themselves should close the gates and only allow the required number of top graduates to the west…..rather than wait for the western countries to deport Indians and students.. it’s a shame..

See you are a respectful and good citizen who we would have no problem welcoming to Canada. It's the others who are ignorant and who do not respect our countries culture. If you plan to immigrate you must respect our culture and act as nice or nicer than the reputation us Canadians have. The reason we are upset with some Indians is they have no respect. Some of them throw their garbage everywhere on the streets on the beaches on our walkways. I get in India the culture there may allow you to throw garbage in the streets and lakes and rivers. We do not do that here. Either way something has to change the government needs to fix this problem they created. Also why did they allow so many Indians what about Immigrants from other countries? It seems like all they did was mass import people from India. They can hardly even speak English. No disrespect I am just saying from someone who was born in Canada and whose parents grandparents and great grandparents and beyond were all born in Canada how we feel the way our country is being disrespected. It does not make us happy. But let me stress that I know there are kind respectable people from India who come here and are helping Canada. It's the ones who are disrespectful and are not respecting OUR culture.

A strained housing system, a strained health care system, and unprecedented govt spending.. record numbers using food banks.. \n\nThe 1.5mil immigrants, should have never even been brought here.. \n\nWhen Canadians are treated like 2nd class citizens. There's a problem.. \n\nWe should be taking care of the people already here.. before we bring immigrants in to starve on our streets.

As an Indian myself, i highly respect the decision taken by the Canadian government since sooner or later this decision was gonna be made just like in Australia. These borders are opened to study further, and eligble people only should be considered to get permanent residency who would contribute the foreign land with good skills like Doctors, Engineers, and so forth, not just for menial jobs. For the sake of an easy citizenship, there is a huge trend to go Canada for Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis. They are not ready to upgrade their skills while studying abroad, and return home to contribute to thier own nations, while they just want to live there, yet still complain we face unemployment. Some of my nation students, unfortunately, don't even know how to speak English properly and pay a huge amount to their agents to go abroad. This is a good decision for them, but a sad decision for those who genuinely want to study in some good courses and wanna get into white-collered jobs.

No offense, but I would like to say this is how we people feel in India. Not entire community is bad as you sad but obviously few of them. But what do we hear, ah xyz community people are like this.. the same thing which canadians say to Indians. But back at home in India, even govt. is against us. So all those Indians who faces racism in Canada, in the same way we use to feel in India.

Every time someone say something about Indians they pull the racist cards. Going through Tim Hortons is like a struggle for them. They can’t multitask. What about our kids that are here. They can’t find work everywhere you go you’re in every store. You don’t see no other culture. You don’t see no other culture taking a dump on the beach, where people are enjoying it. They have made insurance so high because of their driving they U-turn when they feel like they run red lights they drive on sidewalks when they’re not supposed to they have cars coming out of residential parks and they’re driving on the sidewalk. Oh my list is so long and nobody does anything about it, going for a walk with your family and they don’t wanna move out the way they follow they always impact they wanna come into workplace and speak their language and they wanna carry their knives like what? When does other Canadians have other rights over these Indians, they feel that because they’re so much that they can overpower people because of that not me. And when they put men in supervisor or manager rules, they be little woman. This is a woman it’s whirl and everything is equal a man’s job. A woman can do it probably most likely even better.

I have seen Indian Nationals very polite and very attentive, smart and groomed.\nUnfortunately most of Indian Nationals don't regard others, bargaining for even 5 dollars, entitled, sorry but some don't even shower for weeks, that is very uncomfortable. I don't want Canada to become that, I came to this country for a reason, it is a great country, please don't bring that here. Not everyone is like that but unfortunately, I believe most of them. Another problem is that they are too many, I moved to Canada, not to India.

Canada has become a left wing mess like the US but even worse. High prices, high taxes, sky high real estate prices, increased crime and immigration. The US is following in Canada's footsteps.

In my state Kerala, we feel very offended when we see migrant workers from north, north east and northeast india and even Tamil nadu.. because they don't follow any rules, they are involved in crimes and of late they have started imposing their ways in Kerala.. a few days back I had to call the police after a Bengali migrant worker stared, whistled and eve teased my wife from the near by construction yard. Just like that when we Indians go to foreign countries I'm sure those foreigners also feel the same about us when we try to push our ways into their culture..

The reason why it's increasingly more expensive to live now is mostly due to Covid. Worldwide, aproximately 1.7 TRILLION USD was given to corporations after Covid, and almost none of the money has returned to the governments, because well... they didn't plan for it to happen. The rich have gotten richer and the middle class have gotten poorer. When giving away so much money, there is bound to be inflation. The money was used to invest by the rich, buying mostly properties, which is why property prices are skyrocketing. There are so many apartments, particularly in Canada, where nobody lives, because there are so many rich investors buying properties. This phenomenon is not restricted to Canada, but most other large cities in western countries.\n\nYou might think the grass is greener in other parts of the world, but it literally isn't. I live in Norway, one of the richest countries in the world, and the situation is exactly the same here. Everything is getting more expensive, salaries stay stagnant and our currency is absolutely dogshit at the moment due to a failure of basic economics by our government and the central bank. Our oil fund, the wealthiest fund in the world, is actively making trades against our own national currency to make money, but they are making the currency itself worse, thereby reducing the value of it. The value of the oil fund evens out, but it lowers the purchasing capacity for everyone else. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. \n\nPeople would chop off a limb to get a passport in Canada. It is, as you said, a relatively safe place to come home to. There aren't too many countries like that in the world, and you are fortunate. I would advice you to reconsider moving abroad. Sure, Canada has many problems, but I can guarantee you, that living elsewhere in the world at this point is not going to ease your grievances unless you live a very frugal life.

Even the rest of minority immigrants we don't feel like we are living in Canada\n We literally feel like we are living in India.

Hey,\n\nI don’t know how popular you are but I am hoping that you (or someone else reading) can make some short shareable etiquette videos for Indian immigrants. I am constantly annoyed by the following, but because I was born in Canada, I would be cancelled for saying the things you can. I am also Indian. Here’s the list that comes to mind. I might come back and edit this because I am sure there are things I am forgetting: \n\n- coughing into your elbow instead of your hands (literally watched a guy yesterday on the bus cough into his hands then put his hands onto the support bar)\n\n- Standing to the side and letting people off the train so you can get on instead of trying to walk through people who are trying to get off \n\n- Standing up and moving to the side to let somebody off on an inside seat of the bus. I have a butt. I don’t want to be squeezing by you \n\n- Taking off their backpack while standing on the bus and putting it between their legs\n\n- Moving to the back of the bus instead of crowding by the doors\n\n- Standing in lines to get onto the bus instead of crowding\n\n- Not littering. Either put your garbage in the bin or take it with you. Stop leaving it on the beach or on hiking trails.\n\n- Learn about hiking before attempting it. We have people going up in jeans and flip flops in the evening and getting stuck on mountains or injured. Some wear running shoes but they don’t have enough traction for the trail\n\n- Shovel the sidewalk in front of your home when it snows\n\n- Stop dousing yourself with axe body spray. \n\n- Understand that Indian food makes your clothes smell. It gives off oils that get stuck in everything. Open your windows and doors when cooking to minimize this as much as possible. You won’t be able to resolve this entirely but do what you can. The skytrain now smells like Indian food even when empty. \n\n- Stop riding your bikes and scooters on the sidewalk. It’s illegal and you have a responsibility to learn the rules \n\n- Stop hiring everybody that you know. Before nepotism was all about networking, but nowadays, it seems to be about hiring Indian people that you know. I am being discriminated by employers because they think I will do the same once I am in. Diversity in teams matters. Indian immigrants don’t seem to believe in this and think all that matters is the most qualified get the job. This is how you end up building facial recognition models that don’t recognize Black people. \n\n- You work at McDonald’s. Stop blasting Indian music. The McDonald’s by my place is blasting Indian music from the back and it overtakes the restaurant music. \n\n- In a work environment, even if it is all Indians, speak English. You ostracize your fellow colleagues and customers. You are also not improving your English skills by speaking in your primary language.\n\n- Make an effort to make non-Indian friends. It’s really intimidating even as an Indian to see large packs of Indian men\n\n- Learn how to swim. Every year we have multiple drownings at a lake because Indian people are unprepared for the reality of the water. This is a basic safety skill.\n\n- Stop staring at women. Even as an Indian woman I get stared at by these guys. Just stop. \n\n- Get headphones. Playing music or having conversations on speakerphone in public places is rude and very inconsiderate of others \n\n- Stop cheating. Whether that’s cheating the system or during classes. We grow up here and environment that even though we can cheat, the culture makes it completely unethical and you just don’t. The consequences are significant. I get it that you come from a country that doesn’t have enough resources for its population, but you give the entire Indian community a bad name when you cheat, lie, and do other unethical things.\n\n- Learn about Canadian values. The Canadian charter of rights and freedoms exists. Under it cases were won supporting equality for women, LGBTQ rights, etc. this is built into our constitution and it’s so ridiculous to come across people who don’t adopt Canadian values. Why choose Canada if you want a culture of what’s back at home. \n\n- I get it that our healthcare system needs to improve but am disappointing reading advocacy for private healthcare in Indian Facebook groups in Canada. Tommy Douglas was voted as the greatest Canadian. He is the founding father of our nationalized healthcare system. For the most part, Canadian are happy that we don’t have a healthcare system like the United States, where your access is determined by your employer or your income. We don’t go bankrupt when we have a health emergency. Go back to India or go to another place where you can pay for private healthcare, but stop advocating to transition our healthcare system to a private system. While you’re at it go look up who was determined to be some of the greatest Canadians.

This is the result of mass migration from India which are destroying the balance of migration. Though I myself was a temporary resident from Philippines. I was shoch here in Toronto because I notice everytime I go from Train to Bus they occupied 70 to 80 percent. And guess whats next The Bad smell inside. And also I noticed they are so undecipline like some sit at the train with their foot hang at the chair and I also noticed they did not give the sit to the elderly even they saw them they just pretending that they didbt saw an elderly.

Canada is open to inmigrant but not from one nation like India taken over by numbers , even in distance places in Canada need immigrants of diverse backgrounds that can interact with native born Canadians , India is the largest inmigrantes in Canada \nFollowing by china and the Philippines , we don’t want one group of immigrants become a political force and displace in numbers\nLike what happen in India one group want to dominate the other, \nFor once I am in favour of massive deportation to bring back the job rightfully to Canadian and permanent residents
