I have lived in Brampton for almost 20 years and have witnessed the change. Yes, people need to adapt and understand the so called Canadian culture. This is one of the worst journalism I have come across in recent times. The host is highly opinionated with little to no research at all. The host chose to interview some homeless people roaming around the church for opinions about the immigration. These people choose to become addicted to drugs, which led to become homeless. The host is standing right in front of the city of Brampton office but won’t make a small effort to interview the officials. There should be some kind of credibility to all those people who talking about immigration issues. The host uses terms like monkey man to refer to a Hindu god. This shows how much he is under researched, racist and most of all uneducated. Those Indian kids in the video appeared much composed and decent compared to any of the pot heads you interviewed. \n\nWith such a host quality I don’t think any officials would even give him the time to interview.

Brampton is pure chaos not to be racist. People think it's multicultural but 80% of the residents are South Asian. Not very multicultural if you ask me. Brampton is not faring so well compared to other cities in the GTA such as Mississauga and Toronto. This sudden spike in Indian immigrants isn't just in Brampton but basically everywhere in Southern Ontario. Brampton just so happens to be where most South Asian individuals reside. These recent 20 years is where Canada saw much more immigrants originating from South Asia and the Caribbean. This same issue took place more than a century ago when Chinese immigrants migrated to Canada. Eventually, people will get used to the Indian population and it shouldn't be looked down upon. So sorry for this essay of mine, couldn't shorten my thoughts :)

I moved to the town of Brampton in 1968. It was a small village consisting of mainly canadian/British people. I have family that live in Brampton now that have been to college in the medical field. They cannot even get a job because they don't speak Hindi. That IS racism! I now live in a beach town in Ontario and I'm seeing the same thing happen. Indians are taking all the jobs, buying the businesses to cater to their own kind. When you go to the beach now, it is 85% Indians. I too am an immigrant, but I feel like the country is being overtaken by India. There's nothing wrong with immigration if controlled properly, bud sadly this is not the case with the Canadian government, and it is getting out of control. I live in a beach town in Ontario that up until last year was a nice place to live. Now when you go to the beach it is 90% Indians, and they are buying up all the businesses to cater to their own kind and if you aren't Indian, you stand out like a sore thumb!. Sadly, having lived in Brampton since the late 60s, I have seen it happen and I feel that it is becoming another Brampton! I have a relative that lives in Brampton and is very experienced in the medical field, but cannot get a job because they don't speek Hindi. Come on people! Hi… I totally agree with just about everything you stated in all aspects of the Indian community. I’m a Canadian who happens to be living in Brampton for the past 12 years. I’ve watched Brampton go from a beautiful community to a dark dreaded place to live , and this is truly because of Indian behaviours. Mind you I have many genuinely good intelligent respectful Indian friends, but there’s the others that thinks they owe the city, province, and country. They don’t respect no one, and I mean no one. NOT EVEN THEIR OWN KIND (Indians/ Punjab). And yes as a Canadian citizen whenever I see something I do call them out on it. However; the moment you say something to them they assume that you’re cursing at them and what was ment to be a respectful comment becomes a situation where they want to argue and even get into a physical fight. Then there’s the bad, careless driving on the streets with no regards to the next person’s life. They drive like their car is the only one on the street yet always looking for someone to race with not to mention the illegal U-TURN creating major accidents. I personally experienced this when a Tractor Trailer Driver tried making a U-TURN on the city street with only 4 lanes for both direction at 4AM in the morning. This caused me to almost ran under the trailer body which would have been the end of my life. They butt into lines and interrupts as much as business conversations thinking their concerns are way more important than anyone else’s and That’s just to name a few things.\nNow on the other hand I do have VERY GOOD RESPECTFUL INDIAN FRIENDS who I will never let go of our friendship because of their genuine respectful relationship although even those close friends are now pulling themselves away from their own country people and all because of the others behaviour.\nThirdly; YES, the Canadian government invites foreign students into the country with improper sources to monitor and direct a governing body to monitor and process the activities of foreign students .\n\nI love your honesty in your stories back your video clips as proof of your country men behaviour. These are indians from villages brining village indian culture. They shit on train tracks every morning. They never seen toilet before coming to canada. They have program in village. Bus comes fills up villagers, takes them to airport. Plane lands in canada. Bus comes and takes them to brampton. They have not seen anything in the world besides thier village and brampton. Similar has happened to Surrey/North Delta British Columbia of the 400,000 residents living here,179,000 are from India. I remember years ago when Brampton was a small quaint town back in the 1970s this India didn't exist. Generally this happens when years ago real estate was cheap all the Indians moved in to the cheaper part of the community then slowly took over, and invaded the community. Same happened in 1995 in Richmond BC when Hong Kong leases expired with China. This once beautiful community was completely invaded.\n\nSo much for immigrants who immigrate to Canada that do not understand how Canada works and frankly don't care, There is no education program to help integrate such people to be multicultural , unfortunately this happened with the old Europeans as well as little Italy, and other areas where other European took over little areas of Toronto. \n\nHowever I think Brampton, and Surrey/North Delta/Richmond BC. Is far far worse and much more invaded by people not wanting to truly integrate in Canadian society. It's blantantly in your face and when and event happens india or any other countries of such immigrants are coming from they amsss huge protests to bring it to the media as if Canada is responsible for that.
