That’s what they are doing for last 9 years .

But you have to understand again in your Canada water video. Canada has a lot less population. That being taxes are higher in Canada but more land for your dollar. Less GDP do to a smaller number of people which also becomes a factor of Canada not making the 2% GDP to NATO. There's alot of factors on why Canada does what it does.
