America has fought HARD for centuries to achieve freedom. We’ve shed infinite amounts of blood for the rights we have. Freedom isn’t free. It takes centuries to get to that. People think it sucks to have to spend ten years becoming a legal citizen here, well count yourself lucky that you didn’t have to shed any blood, lose any family members, fight against an oppressive enemy for your rights, or lose your house in a battle for a free country. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, look up American history. Count how many battles were fought; how many wars; how many people died; how many Americans became POW’s on our own land during the Civil War. Look how hard it’s been. Look how hard it is now. We never stop fighting for what we want. Freedom takes work. America isn’t some island paradise. It never has been. We all live on the same earth. We all experience hardship. And there’s no amount of money, illegal border crossing, or anything else that can keep us from that harsh reality. In life we’re going to suffer. That’s just how it is. Stop thinking that illegally crossing a border is somehow going to solve all problems. It won’t. The grass isn’t greener on the other side just because. Bloodshed makes that grass green: Sacrifice. Hard, laborious work; and centuries of time.

I think the so-called sisters are avoiding any place that's predominantly Black because some of them don't want to be around people who look similar are they are just a little too dark: now I can overstand if they were born in these countries and you're letting us know about the WS their giving us a heads up Kool. They want to stow away not having paid for their passage to the very land that demands our own blood sacrifices to maintain. We send our young ones to the military some die some are maimed....and they are blessed heroes for it. These people have no desire to fight for liberty therefore they deserve none.

Since so many Mexicans want to come into the US so badly.. why doesn't the US take over Mexico and make it a part of the US.. we basically have their entire population already and their gangs aren't sh*t compared to our armies.. then use them as soldiers if they truly want that life.. they have to sign up for the draft.. anyone with out an identification goes to jail then if they want their freedom they have to be enlisted into the service with all the other criminals.. will clear our jails out.. take care of this whole border nonsense.. and make better use of a large piece of land mass all in one

Oh my goodness...Canada seems to have run out of red carpets...Canada has problems. It has racism. It has sexism, yet with only high school four of my sisters became bank management and executives...and we have a blue-collar mixed-race heritage. But despite that Canada has a tiny tiny economy compared to its immediate neighbour and still delivers an impressively comparable lifestyle...plus a health care system that struggles to find a way to be universal in our post-pandemic world...that actually saved my American-immigrant husband's life. If you can understand the sheer competitiveness of trying to get a job in this marketplace then you might understand that despite Canada's best efforts it's not the land of Oz. If other countries are better sorted and have your dream jobs waiting by all means have that good life where you can. If you want to work towards building a future in a relatively safe and free nation...and that will mean taking part in ironing out age old problems...maybe Canada is for you.

Why invest in a business when a literal doofus can just buy home and land and make many of my relatives made fortunes from “land trade”. \nReal estate and all its related jobs (agents, construction workers) is where a lot of Canadians work.\nAnd cooling the real estate market will affect a ton of those workers. \nAlthough a lot of this actually ignores one of the biggest issues. British Columbia's biggest source of income is land transfer taxes. They have no motivation to lower housing costs. Our policies are so anti business its sad. Who would want to set up shop here? You take on big risks and get taxed like crazy at every step. Most people would rather work a government job than start a business.

I get where you're coming from, no one is more patriotic than myself but bro this is the land of hope. My grandfather who raised me is an immigrant who left a life of no hope and growth to come here. He was deported 12 times but each time fought to come back. Now he is a father of 4 grandfather of 7 American citizens. He is the pride of our family for how much of an outstanding person he is. But all this would not have come to fruition if it wasn't for the opportunities that this country provided. Well what happened was like three hundred plus years ago there was an invasion into this country from European Invaders and the natives who are indigenous to this land tried to fight vigorously to keep this land but unfortunately with modern technology being on the foreign Invaders side they wanted this land America and after the British claim victory they took this land over plundered it and now the Mexicans and Native Americans want their land back.
