Funny how almost every Canadian to the last person blames Trudeau for the utter mess Canada is in (and I agree) and yet they can't vote him out of government. What a farce, liberal democracy.

Also, the maximum immigration in Canada is from Punjab many of whom are Khalistani separatists and proudly call Canada a mini Khalistan.\nBut maybe you are not aware or bold enough to point fingers at the wrong immigrants policy of Canadian government of getting these Khalistani and Pro Hamas kind of Islamist separatists in Canada in huge numbers changing a future vote share in favour of Liberals in Canada.

As much as I love decent Indian people and love their culture, the influx of east Asians due to the liberal governments slack immigration policies also brings with it the opportunists, the criminals, and the gangs that have no intention of assimilating. Now coast to coast in all major cities we have east asian criminals that don't care about shootouts in public or any other type of violence. the infrastructure of Canada cannot handle a million new people a year. the Liberal government has exploited international students and temporary workers too much and needs to be reigned in. these policies and practices do not benefit Canadians, only landlords and franchise owners and the tax collectors are getting the benefits. you and i get inflated demand on rent and food prices. overcrowded classrooms and hospitals. delivery drivers who can't understand english and drive like maniacs. this is exacerbating the housing crisis in such a way that a single person cannot compete for the cost of a one bedroom apartment when a group of indians will share the cost with as many as seven people in one unit. our infrastructure, housing and transit was never intended to have this many people. there isn't even any rapid transit outside a handful of cities. mass immigration is also leading to election interference and could be used to vote in WEF garbage that will ruin even more nice things we take for granted. our high trust society is gone. shameless life hacks and citizenship of convenience is all most migrants are coming for. mass immigration is bringing down the standard of living in Canada. poverty and homelessness are out of control. whether its the chaos of crime or the eyesore of encampments. whether its was just a package on your porch or your car stolen from your driveway, the government isn't handling the load that mass immigration is putting on society and Canada's legal system is a joke. its almost like the Liberals are actively recruiting an army of psychopaths just to vote for them. the drugs and the gangs and the organized crime isn't worth the hollow platitudes and desperate social programs.

When you look at the trends in Canada since Trudeau and his liberals took power in 2015, they're mostly negative, economically, socially, diplomatically, etc. He and the policies his government enacted have damaged Canada and its reputation. He needs to go.

You can just reach right in and grab your citizenship or better yet cut it out on the back of the box and your good to go. The thing is as well is they shouldn't even call themselves the liberals or democrats. They should call the parties the fake liberal and democrats or wannabe dictator party because they try and pick and choose who has democracy and it's basically the Muslim and Hindu community, LGBTQ, black lives matter, and now the Ukrainian community and their constantly adding new radical groups. But real Canadians have no democracy.

Even from a liberal standpoint, this doesn't seem right. Diversity means people from diverse backgrounds. It is only India, India, India, India, and India in Canada. Get rid of all of those Indians from immigration office and let others make the decision. Indians shouldn't be granted any kind of visas.

Irony is all these people who are getting interviewed are first and second generation immigrants as well. Due to the inbuild hate towards other immigrants you would only get one answer which is there are too many. One thing that no one seems to be understanding is excessive immigration was never a problem since Canada is so big that by the pace it's going and with the ageing population it still needs immigration to keep our economy afloat. Since the elections are coming and Liberals know they ain't coming back, this is just a one last hope for them to bring this sensitive topic because they know people would unite since the majority of people in here already have a hate towards immigrants just to win back the votes. It's the governments fault for not being able to keep up with the necessary housing and healthcare needed for the people. We native-born Canadians are becoming uneasy and restive with this immigration situation, but if we voice concerns we're labelled as racist, bigoted or intolerant. In Canada it seems that everyone else's culture is more important than our own, to the point we feel uncomfortable in our home and native land, in which many places are unrecognizable from what they were only a decade ago. I never voted for Trudeau. EVER! And before you think I am a CP supporter, I am not. I am not a Conservative. Yet when he came to power I knew it would be a disaster for this country. It is the fake student visas that increased the Indians in Canada. Any Canadian government, be it Liberal or Conservative should stop any migration from India

So I checked the Canada Immigration page and this is definitely federal liberal government created problem. They have opened up the immigration flood gates wide by creating federal Atlantic Canada Immigration program where pretty\nmuch anyone without skills will qualify. Then they can freely live any place in Canada. But they still have to apply. Not just walk in and ask citizenship.

International students have never received automatic entry to Canada. Actually they have to promise to return to their country in oder to receive temp visa. Looks like Liberals have really messed up with those rules. Where is the point system to qualify? Show these idiots what the requirements are and then deport them.

Don't blame India for this. Blame the vote bank politics of the liberal politicians you voted to power. These immigrants bring billions of dollars when they come here only to find a severely inefficient medical system and nothing in the name of jobs except factories, warehouses and Tim hortons. Most migrants from India are from the state of Punjab. Most of whom are NOT Hindus. Thank you for educating Canada. Most of these students are not at fault but unfortunately, they are trying to stay in Canada. We need to control this immigration problem. The strain on housing and the medical system is out of control. I truly believe that the Liberal government is trying to destroy the country. They are unable to do basic math. The school is not responsible for monitoring the number of visas given out. It is the government that allocates the visas. Embarrassing that they are blaming the schools. Highly skilled immigrants from India are always welcome anywhere, like in the US where they have added tlmutiple times to the economy. Canada, unfortunately, is importing from Punjab ,low skilled labour that eats into Candian quality of life. These youth from Punjab can't integrate and is a burden to the economy, as they rake up zero value adding jobs. Truck driving and RE realtor don't add any value to the economy. Thanks the NDP and Liberals for encouraging import of Punjabis, who they turn into their vote bank.

As a Canadian citizen, I see that there are 3 major issues at play in this problem - \n\n1) Canadian colleges are starved off funds and do not have a sufficient, stable source of revenue. Hence they seek to attract international students who pay (at least) 4X the fee a Canadian citizen would pay. According to mainstream media such as The Globe and Mail, National Post and others, International students contribute some where between $15 to $18 billion per year in revenue to Canada. This is huge!\n\nSince this is a lucrative revenue stream for them, they have gone overboard and are providing strong financial incentives to education / immigration consultants to bring more international students here. Consequently, many existing as well as new colleges are encashing on this trend and diploma mills have mushroomed in Canada lately. This is ABSOLUTELY Canada’s fault and the accountability of fixing this lies with Canada alone.\n\n2. International students who come here often end up taking humongous debt or selling off their homes/ancestral property to be able to afford their education and hence they feel cheated when the dream they were sold doesn’t match the reality. \n\nHaving said that, International students do need to understand that they are here or a temporary visa and DO NOT get to dictate terms to Canada. It is Canada’s sole prerogative to extend their work visa or not, depending upon Canadians requirements.\n\n3. The Trudeau Liberal government benefits by giving these students extended work permits and a pathway to citizenship as it translates into votes for them. However this is an atrocious approach to winning elections and puts unnecessary pressure on the system. \n\nCanada needs to streamline this whole student visa process and take stringent action against these fake diploma mills, education and immigration consultants luring foreign students. It damages Canada’s reputation.\n\nLastly, extend the work permits of only those students that meet Canada’s labour standards and requirements and send everyone else back home.

I'm South Asian. My sister used to live in Brampton actually before the whole invasion began. Good thing she saw the writing on the wall and left. Sad thing is, many can not differentiate the browns who have immigrated pre 1990 and the ones who have come in post-pandemic. The ones coming in post-pandemic are the village trash, entitled, and snobby. Those people are the very same reasons we left our countries to begin with. It's wild that when we migrated to Canada we see the very same filth and trashy people we experienced decades ago before immigrating here. The worst mistake I have done in my time in Canada was to vote Liberal (for the first time ever) back in 2015 and many of us regret this choice.

The immigration minister is the root cause of the problem. He should be impeached. Liberalism has created a huge problem in Canada that we have never seen before. Trudeau is the worst crime misninger without any qualification and all Minions in his cabinet are worthless POS.

Why are they still here? Pack them home immediately. Canada has a lot of other issues to take care of. These guys come into the country under false pretext. The quality of Canada is absolutely going down the drain. Crime is going up, too. Is this what Canada wants? Is this what Canada will look like in the future? Based on all of this, it sounds like you are arguing that capitalism has failed in Canada. Corporations have built huge monopolies and are gouging Canadians, and investors are buying up every home/condo they can, instead of letting average people buy them up. It also sounds like you're arguing that the government hasn't done enough to stop it. \n\nCanada certainly has its share of issues, but I don't agree with the tone of this, which is mostly Conservative Party talking points. If they were running things, they'd have let mergers go on and signed bad trade deals with countries, just like they did between 2006 and 2015. The Liberals have made a lot of mistakes, but they also weathered the largest financial and health crisis in the last hundred years. I'm not sure what the fix is, but arguing that the Conservatives would have done any better is specious.

Twenty years ago I left Canada and boy am I glad I did so. The country has turned into a disaster unless you're rich. The obsene house and rental prices are obviously the result of gross mismanagement. I mean, the government employs economists who should be able to advise that too many buyers and too few houses is going to lead to major trouble. A rich country with so much land should not have this problem. When it comes to gas prices, Canadians have to drive some of the longest distances in the world and are forced to pay such high gas prices. Since there is almost no public transportation, what choice to people have but drive. Regarding the grocery situation, allowing a handful of massive companies hold Canadians ransom is complete bullshit. This is where the government needs to do something to rein in this behavior. Obviously people need to eat but allowing these companies to rake in obsene profits because of this basic need is a crime. I hate the idea of a PC government, but the Liberals have definitely failed.
