It's cheaper to live there than it is to live in Ontario

Hi Alina! I agree with you. I do not get back to Toronto as often as before, especially after my sister and my cousin moved elsewhere. Visiting recently, I can attest that Toronto has changed very much. Other than housing being hyper-expensive, Toronto just does not feel safe anymore.

Enrollment forms and payment of full fees. The officer said he did not believe her so he seized her passport and told her that she must come back on Sunday to show proof of full payment of fees and also enrolled in the semester. This is where you corner all the available resources and speculate that their value is higher than what it actually is. That way, you can increase rent without the value of the house going up. Then when the rent is increased, value also goes up and then vice versa. It is a vicious cycle! In reality, house prices can go up when the people buying those houses earn more and can afford more house. These people are the vermin in the society. Note that this guy is not actually adding any value, but using connection cornering resources. CRONY Capitalism at its best.

Mujhe to in logon ki baat bahut hi Ajeeb lagi hai kyonki main jab 2012 men Sydney aya to maine 4 jagah job apply aur charon jagah se job offer hua tha. Koi bhi problem, as such, nahin hue. Haan eknbaatbzaroor thi ki ghar milana asaan nahin hota. Magar ek realtor se contact kiya to bahut asani se mil gayaa.\n\nI think it boils down to how good you are with planning and communication skills.\n\nOne more thing, I had PR for both Canada and Australia from day one and we finally settled down in Melbourne. We did not do the common mistake of coming as students.\n\nTo conclude, I am 100% convinced that Melbourne, Australia is anytime a better choice than Canada.\n\nOne more thing, I do have a full time permanent govt job here in Melbourne. \n\nOnce again, I don't see any problem here in Australia. I must thank my Indian education for getting P/R easily for both the countries??
