The Saudis are far more interested in good relations with Israel to counter Iranian influence, to them and most of the Arab world the Palestinians are just a nuisance who keep doing stupid stuff at the worst possible moment. The problem is, that the Palestinians want someone elses land. The region of Palestine (not a country) was divided into Israel and Jordan. The arabs got the largest slice, Jordan. But that's not good enough for the 'palestinians' they want the whole lot. THAT is the real problem.
