Pls Chorkormillionaire I'm a Nigeria lady i came into Canada with visitors looking for how to stay back to Canada but I have a health issue that I was hospitalized and because of the hospital bill I can't return back to Nigeria cos I had that if I go back without paying the hospital bill I will not be able to come into the country again. Am also pregnant hv spent 2months in Canada already. I need ur advice

Canada is for those who come here when young and grow old here.\n\nI am one of those.\n\nWhen I first came here I didn’t like it but as time passed I started admiring all that was different and better from India.\n\nParticularly now, living here and watching, from afar, what is happening in India, I am grateful I am here.\n\nHow do ordinary folks in India handle the every day hassle of traffic, public transit, cost of living, water shortages, cuts in electricity supply, racial inequalities etc. etc.\n\nThe major problem of parents coming over here is that they are dependent on their children for everything (if you are living in the suburbs particularly) be it companionship, transportation, finances (with the exchange rate for Indian rupees, you will start feeling the pinch of it soon) etc.\n\nIf you are here for a short period, bond with your kids, grand-kids, make the most of it and head back home, is my humble advice to parents visiting.

Some of the officers are so strict\nI had a bit of that coz I came in way earlier in May while my school is commencing in September \nI was almost sent back coz of this \nHe checked my offer letter, bank statement, cash in hand, study duration, graduation date, fees receipt, accommodation, etc \nThey also asked about my intentions before September ?God\nI shaaa succeeded coz my bank statement was huge \nNB, don't dare come early if your finances are low oooh

She is not allowed by her religion to mix where there are men around. So most of them are pregnant, with 3 or 4 other toddlers around and you see them in malls at all hours of the day. That's how you tell the govt that you have not settled well yet and get more aid. The boat people of Vietnam came from a culture that honored hard work, education, discipline, creating wealth and the women had no restriction from religion in working with men (a lot of them were Catholic or Buddhist). The middle east people are a whole different kettle of fish. It's men who work, if at all, and women are primarily for breeding.They are not allowed to socialise with men outside the family and have to be accompanied by a male relative while outside the home. It's been five years since they landed and there have been many acts of terrorism Canadians have been faced with. However, they have become citizens and who are they voting for ??? It's not the PC. That leaves NDP and Liberals. 99% Liberals.

Racism happens to a lot of races here in Canada and around the world and I think will always be the case. My mom came from the Philippines and worked two jobs back to back for 17 years and was bullied so badly by East Indians because they ran her work place but she had to stay strong and deal with that among other things while growing up but is still grateful to Canada until this day. My ex girlfriend of many years was Congolese but grew up in Kenya and yes I felt racism on her part when we were together and it was frustrating and sad but again it came from all races not just white people. She is still grateful for Canada and always stayed strong and didn’t let these idiotic attitudes tear her down. Hopefully things will change in the world but the state it is in right now doesn’t seem to be the case.

I was a student in Canada and seen this first hand. Students packed in rooms and colleges cancelling semesters for new students. This is all true. Even the best colleges do that. Every Indian who wants to go to Canada take this as a warning plz. And for me i came back to India and setup my business here and never wish to go back to Canada except one day with my family only to visit. Hope this msgs helps ppl who are confused. Take care

This causes essential goods like water, food, and toilet paper, even fruits, are totally barren from stores. Socialism there is a nightmare and no one is living life their with decency. Read about it before you judge these people. Try to visit these countries or learn from someone who came from there before you form a solid opinion of politics folks They don’t have the ability to use much of their “freedom” to “fix” things against a rigged system already (some commenters say they need to go back and fix their countries- lots of issues with this). Read up on how South American governments make it almost impossible for their own people to make decent money. Americans are very privileged and that is an understatement. The problem is with these terrible governments and even law enforcement who often get bribed by criminals and many dirty cops in some countries down there. My husband is from South America, and we know Cubans, Brazilians, and Venezuelans who beg America to stay capitalist. That’s why America needs to stay American, and refrain from trying to be socialist.

I came to the states when I was little unfortunately I had to start working I was 15 I worked in a restaurant so i could support my sick mother in my country then I learned English and moved into a different job I never had the opportunity to go to the school since Noone would supported me !! I fall in love with some US girls we have 2 kids she worked sometimes I never pushed her to do so ! I tried to fix papers but the lawyers took my money and never did nothing about it ! I got into a traffic incident I got a ticked and fine once I payed off I get caught and sent back to a place I should call home !! my dad got deported on 2001 he was punished and he could not enter the country for 20 years so he stayed in mexico and now after 3 years of me tryng to get him a greencard and 15k spent on a lawyer finally got him in, and this people want to be here just like that? back in the day was different there was no social media mo smartphones anybody that came yo america had real struggles the lesst thing this people can do is learn english and come here by legal means cmon i now is not easy but people always want a quick fix for all their life problems. its all politics this country is going downhill very quickly and we need a good leader

My mom and dad came from Cuba when my dad wanted out he asked the Cuban government he didn’t sneak across the border like these idiots are doing and the Cuban government put him in a concentration camp for 3 years cutting sugar cane to work for his freedom then he got it and we flew to Spain where he worked his ass off for another 3 years to finally come to the states and when I grew up I gave thanks my joining the Marine Corps and defend this country as a thanks for letting us in and we been working our asses off ever since never once asking for public assistance or taking from this country we pay our taxes and do things the RIGHT WAY!
