Canada was off my radar for many years, always regarded it as a peaceful US neighbor and an ally of the free world. Now the current affairs ignited my admiration for Canada and will be lasting forever.This reinforces the fact that Canadian lives lost in WW2 will not be in vain.

Wait a second, just a few weeks ago CNN was saying that Canada had outfoxed the US/Trump and they were not doing anything more than what they had decided to do well before Trump's election when it comes to stopping illegal immigration and the transport of fentanyl into the US? When countries put tariffs on the US the citizens pay more for goods. Now Canada will tariff their own imported goods like beef, vegetables, cars, cosmetics etc and who’s gonna pay the price, Canadian tax payer. See the difference?

As an American, I don’t watch CNN clips and believe what politicians say on either side to get my news. However, it’s absolutely true that EU, and China places tariffs on the US. It is also true that United States provide most of the security for all the free nations. At what point do we say enough? I do not know if Mexico or Canada has tariffs on US goods before this. But if they did, they have become quite entitled, haven’t they.

I’m Canadian but lived in the US for 12 years. Trump keeps moving the goal post. This is bullying, plain and simple. Do not yield, Canada. You yield to a bully and he’ll keep taking and taking.
