Because the Jews were scattered all over the world, they decided it was time for them to migrate back to their land which is modern day Israel. The historical sites and names are references. The Arab nations knows history very well, especially the Jordanians and the Lebanese, they take a lot of Palestinian refugees before, but look what happened, King Abdullah almost lost his control of Jordan because the PLA started to revolt against him even Jordan openly welcomed the Palestinians to seek refuge after Israel boot them out in 1948 and thats how they rewarded Jordan for keeping them. Lebanon is the Paris of the Middle east, not until PLA that's were kick out from Jordan started to mingle in Lebanons internal affairs and the civil war happened and look what happened to Lebanon. Arab can help the Palestinians in a great way, but knowing the history of Palestinians, they don't want to repeat what Jordan and Lebanon did before, and that is to take Palestinian refugees.
