We are talking at least once a week seeing 8+ individuals at once or even more. . . Women, Men, young Teens and even children. . . It’s unfortunate. My grandfather immigrated to the US from Mexico years ago and did so legally. I have so much to say. I'm afraid of sounding racist. I dont like it. Dealing with this right now! There has been an influx in my town. Now there isnt housing left when we were fine before. My children are being slighted when they could be celebrating their 1st apartment. My interaction has been poor with a few of these people. Impossible to communicate. Very awkward having an 8 yo translate. Many want to move into nice neighborhoods but never follow the city code enforcement or rules. Then hide behind don't speak English! Quebec (montreal): Medical care, any public services rude, irresponsive and bureaucracy sucks n complicated (example: people wait for uncertainty just to renew their driving license), THE CRUELEST THING IN QUEBEC INCLUDING MONTREAL IS MEDICAL SERVICES (my god reminds me of third world countries i have ever been in), they will just ignore you heartlessly even if you have RAMQ (quebec heath care coverage), u have to have family doctor n u have to sign up to get one IN UNCERTAIN TIME, some they get family doctor within 3 years, others 5,7 years so on so forth so uncertain, so if u dont have family doctor u wont get treated, and if u have family doctor u will hve to stick to where your family doctor works at only, and to get appointment at some clinic they will put you on wait for some days or even weeks if u get the availability slots for u, if u got emergency u will wait 8,10,12 or 14 hours in pain. I feel bad for montreal citizen i swear, they r so patient with all of this while the tax is one of highest in canada. \n\nNow for rental (apartment in general), the check is crazy long it takes around 2 weeks just to rent, if u r lucky u will get taken if u r not then the landlord will take others, the 1 year lease means 1 year, so far to my experience in alberta like for example, 1 year lease but minimum period u have to stay usually around 3-6 months n after that u can leave with notice to the landlord to vacate the unit. \n\nBut in montreal, u have to find other person to transfer the lease, n if u found the person like i told u earlier, the landlord will check the person n the approval/ disapproval is by the landlord. I had to stay for one year living like hell cause the neighbors freaking so loud n partying every week end night till dawn. Couldn’t even have good sleep for work, so I called 911 two times, the police couldn’t do anything, yet the landlord n the building management kept on saying that they gave warning etc to that tenant, but they didn’t take any further action toward that, n i know they dont care, they care only for money. When i started to file complaint to the TAL(quebec rental board, they r irresponsive, complicated procedures, n in the end they dont solve any problem, on their site said that renter or landlord has to retain lawyer, the hell they r there for then? \n\nThe apartment building is tiny, tight old, the wall is thin, u can hear everything from your neighbour upstair, downstair n on your side too.. \n\nMONTREAL IS ALSO SO DENSED AND TIGHT, the main road so tight with cars parked on both sides of the road to ways only one lane on each way, cos mostly apartment building they dont provide parking spot, so they have to park on the road side, i feel bad for the bus driver i swear, with snow mounting on both side of the road makes driving bus is just so stressful, almost every neighbourhood looks dirty, trashes, people littering every where. Im Not complaining but that’s what it is, im living in montreal currently for more than one year but im just gonna move out of here lol

My favorite beggar story in Canada was when I was in the Future Cafe in Toronro. (Best bread I ever had was there.) A guy came up to me and asked for money. So I being young and stupid pulled some money out of my wallet and gave him some, he then proceeded to lecture me on how to help a pan handler. He told me to tell them no, leave, get the money out of my wallet then come back to them and give it, that way they do not know where my wallet is. (Lol) My most unfav. was 8 months before when I first went to Canada and was at the Toronto bus station. A man asked me for money, so I gave him the last few dollars I had. (Seriously I even held up my wallet and showed him it was my last few bills. At that time I was leaving Canada for New York and didn't think I would need them ever again.) Another man who saw this exchange came up and asked me for money, before the other guy had even left. I told him I had just given the last of my money to the other guy, and he proceeded to yell at me calling me a liar and even pushed me.

I'm tired of people immigrating here and complaining about how it is. A lot of Canada's problems have been caused by the influx of immigrants moving here over the last 20 years. A literal shock to the Canadian system in EVERY way. Toronto is now 50% 1st Generation Canadians. A 2020 report showed out of 35 million Canadians, 8 million were immigrants... but yet people immigrate here, then have the audacity to complain. Like seriously, why move here then?... In 2004 I wrote a somewhat famous article called 'Top 8 reasons not to immigrate to Canada'. In short, the Canadian authorities tried to destroy my life. They made it so that I could not be employable in Canada. So I moved to the U.S. in 2005 and then some years later I moved permanently to the Philippines. I agree, I was born and raised here, unless you speak the language, have a good education, its puts you behind the 8 ball if you want to stay here. Why? Because the cost of living is too high, Why? Because our gov. let foreign powers come into out country and flip our real estate to make fast profits and that drives up the rents and costs of housing to the point that you cannot afford to live here, period. The only way that you can do it is to team up with other families and all live in the same place and slowly build up your education, job skills and income to a point where you can afford to live and get a place of your own, thats the way they did it in my parents time and it seemed to work, but when you have a gov. that all they can think about is their climate control BS and to raise the carbon taxes, interest rates causing inflation, causing prices to go up on everything it becomes a losing battle. So unless you are prepared to work two or three jobs, don't even think about it, because now its next to impossible to do unless you have someone supporting you on your climb to the top. In Canada we need health care workers and that could be nurses, doctors, health care aids, psw's, dsw's and physiotherapists, in some provinces they give free courses to get these jobs and you end up getting good wages like min. 25.00 per hour to start and all the hours you can handle, that means if you work 60 hours a week, you make 1500 a week, now that you can survive on, I know this for a fact because a friend of mine just went through the course and now she is set for life, that was a PSW course, its all up to you, if you want it bad enough, you can have it all.
