Prices in rent is crazy only greedy are living here now only care about profit. There use to be good landlords now its bad nothing gets fix n the landlord dont care only about kicking u out n increasing thw rent. It use to be fun n now everything is very dirty .....multicultural yes but the new people coming dobt have any type of respect. Its really sad camada was beautiful in 80 n 90 nn begining od 2000 after covide everything has hone down. To many greedy people ?

This is happening all over Canada. Housing prices are insane, especially Toronto, and Vancouver. Inflation, is kicking the standard of living hard. A whole generation has been priced out of home ownership.

Homelessness, mental health issues, and random crime are increasing everywhere. Dwindling social support and skyrocketing rent/ real estate prices will have dire consequences. We're all kicking the can down the road on these issues but the chickens will come home to roost eventually.

Of coursee it is in the white liberal places; who else is giving free needles and injection centers while handing out money and food? if you tried this in a southern concervative town you'd be kicked out of town or imprisoned and then sent to a liberal city. I am a frequent international flyer and I can aver, hand on heart, that Indian children are the most unmannerly of all. I brace myself for an ordeal every time I find one seated behind me. I have had many instances of my seat being constantly kicked or occurrences of insufferable shrieking but never lost my cool. It is good that I am lost in perusing academic papers while flying, because these loutish parents would never discipline their children. Don't know why people have to procreate when they can't instill manners in their offspring.

I heard about this lottery system quite a few times and I now that I understand the rules and condition (Thank you) making a rather lengthy and tedious process. It's a what; 5 or 20 years process. You really need to insist and keep on going. No wonder many as kicked the bucket.

Nobody knows the back story so it could go two ways\nEither the man who was in front said really inappropriate things or said to much for the petty issue for the kid and father to react that way cause nobody would scream 3000 feet up in the air if it's unnecessary \n\nOr \n\nThe girl was probably singing something that was too loud or kicking the seat and was told to not do it but unconsciously did it again and again and it all added up on the person in front and her parents probably didn't notice before and the guy probably screamed at the kid and than the parents who love their child took a step \n\nNobodies falt in both situations ??

H1B is modern human trafficking. H1B holders are constantly abused and threaten to be kicked out of the country if they're not comply. Canadian here. It's unfair that you compare Shopify to Google with Google being one of the largest companies in the world. Also the housing market crisis in Canada is because we have an unsustainable housing bubble that should have poped over a decade ago but didn't and a large chunk of the economy is tied to housing. I myself experienced on a flight where the passenger politely asked the father to tell her daughter to stop kicking on the seat.Instead of apologizing what ensued was a heated argument between the Father and the passenger.People who want to fly on their terms can very well book a charter flight.

People travel with different mood swings and mindsets. Also with loss, emergency, fear and sitting for a long time in discomfort, and traveling with strangers next to them like that... Adding fuel to the fire someone (a child) kicking them from the back seat is too much. Parents should take responsibility to help their children learn to sit properly on the flight without creating any trouble for the co-passengers.
