Trudeau brought the international students for money! Each international student had to bring CAD 10,000 and from 2024 it's CAD 20,000 which gets deposited in a Canadian bank. From the stats, in 2022, international students have contributed $30 billion to Canada's economy. If ONE PERSON is to be blamed here, it's Justin Trudeau. You are either in the U.S. legally or illegally and if illegally then you need to leave or be removed. There are of course legally authorized exceptions, like for work so Democrats need to stop with the nobody to work in the fields BS. Canadians complain because they've only seen good throughout their lives. I, as an immigrant, appreciate everything this country has given me and truly love Canada from the bottom of my heart. Travelling to a country and living + working in the same country are 2 very different experiences. My friends, family, and colleagues based in the UK, Spain, US, Australia, and Dubai all have been complaining about things very similar to what you're complaining about. It's not a Canada issue, COVID unfortunately screwed up the whole world.

When they are deported, that will force companies to course correct and start focusing on recruiting/hiring American citizens instead of cheap and easy labor from desperate migrants that hopped a fence to be in this country.
