Government of India must constitute an internal cheking system before any Indian citizen submit any Visa application to another nation. Like this all substandard applications can be stopped internally and external rejection rate, prestige of Indian passport could be managed better ❤❤❤

The main issue is with Indian that they don’t know how to behave when they go out of India. They think that whole world is India and behave indecently like shouting, eating inappropriately etc.

First of all . I am an Indian living in Australia. \n1. The way some of us are behaving in these countries is the worst . Instead of respecting their culture and laws, we start behaving in the same way as in India .\n2. I don't want to put it out, but some people from certain places have a ready solution even if the immigration change their rules . They know every means to cheat their way in. \n3. Take, for example, 200 people come from other countries and do nonsense in India. Will we allow them ? Noooo, right ... but right now, thousands of our Indians are damaging other countries, bringing all kinds of dirty activities we do in India .Unnecessary protests are just 0.1% of them\n\nThis is the best decision taken by the other countries and it should become more strict in the coming days

It's incomprehensible that countries like Cuba, Burkina Faso are above India in the Hinley's Passport Index.. there are certain things that are west led that need to be challenged by us Indians and the govt mainly... i see this also in thie financial markets as well...

all this harangues.....is tedious. why are you rooting for visas? since the 80s, i have seen any and every indian that was barely intelligent enough to be productive in the rest of the world leave the country....except one or two, whole batches of classes from our graduation, masters classes have left....and these were ppl who benefitted from the almost free higher education given the indian state...so, stop rooting for visas, s if it is a good thing for out country..unless ppl are travelling to conduct some business activities abroad, every visa obtained means one loss for india....

Indians need to drop certain behaviors when they leave India and learn how to behave in the west. Maybe then, some countries may reconsider their visa formalities. I’m predicting that SE Asian countries are going to soon remove visa on arrival status for Indians because of their tactless behavior exhibited for all to see.

You don't know the reason our stupid government policies, which result high rejection rate, due to failure of government, delivering good governance, every single indians want leave India settle abroad.

Improve trade and cut H4 visas for US as i have no idea on other countries. H4 visa housewives will really depressed in a country like US. because of depression crime rate will be more.? sometimes you wont have any indian friends near by even it has more indian immigrants. Give jobs to indians who are living there for generations. They must have contributed tons of inputs larger foreign trade income etc... Ask their inputs and India should make policies supportive or non supportive to indians. Dont send indians. They will suffer. As a indian we are nice people. help if you see any indians suffering in foreign countries. Please give help line to come back home . lot of movies you see in india shows immigrant suffering. those are all true. dont go unless you are rich and have billions of dollars. Increase jobs/ Salary/ skill training here. also improve immigration policies on other countries where indian immigrants is less. lot of foreign countries have worst weather. In those areas indians can Work from home. india should support WFH.?

At the same time getting Indian visa is also not so easy. Ranking may also depend on number of tourists who want to visit. Indians these days in far reaching in numbers due to the middle class economic upliftment. It is not that India is equated with tiny unknown countries.\nNext as far as the visa rejections are concerned very few student visas and work visas are rejected. So educated lot are not rejected. Most of the rejected visas could be tourist visas, who want to go there in disguise of tourists who actually propose to go as domestic or business helpers. Of course the visa fee is high. That could be discouraging point for many who want to go for just earning and also a source of income for those governments to compensate wages to be paid to their white workers to handle umteen number of applications.

Only thing Indians can do is to drop their arrogance, and accept there are major problems in india and in Indians. Because with acceptance comes development/improvement

Indian nationalists are following pakistani and afghan natioinalists sentiment and now these countries have the most divisive popullation with a begging bowl. Quit thoss useless nationalist sentiments that favor only politicians and degrade indias economic growth. Look at the stock market and the indian tourism in decline in the last 2 quaters.

I've been to several embassies Western and other European Non Western embassies in India over the past 25 years and most of them don't allow Indian visa applicants inside the Embassy/Consulate. Some allow Indian visa applicants only at the entrance or only inside the gate not beyond. Others allow Indian visa applicants only at the gate and you hand your application and passport to the security. It depends on what kind of visa of course. If it's for tourism or a short term visa then you're not allowed inside. If it's long term then some embassies interview you so those embassies allow. But the embassies of those very countries in countries other than India are much more open and you can actually go inside the embassy and speak to consular officers etc. In India in most Western embassies and even some Non Western embassies you cannot do that unless you're applying for long term visa or immigration etc.

What is the Indian government to curb scamming Indian call centres?\n\nThe scam may be affecting other countries but it is happening from India and this will hugely damage Indias reputation as hard working engineers.\n\nThe government is really doing nothing to stop these criminals. The rejection rate is increasing as we Indian are going out at a pace which is greater than any of the given country especially if we compare ourselves with China. Second is the civic sense, we have little to no civic sense when we cant keep our own country clean. Third is the general sentiment in the host country, as we are highly skilled and take most of jobs, western people with their inferiority complex cant handle it hence ranking India in the 85th Position.

And stop this racism and untouchability of not even allowing Indian visa applicants in India to enter embassy. This must stop.

Indians are running away from India in bulk, the concept of Supply and Demand is applicable everywhere, the supply of Indians trying to run away from India is far more than the demand for these people in other countries..as an Indian I would like other countries to send all these people back to India, most of these people belong to the families of corrupt Politicians, Government officers and the Tax evading businessmen.?

The problem is fear that Indians will travel to the West and not go back. Not just Indians, but Africans, South Americans and many Asian countries do the same. I've lived in the US for 55 years. There was an Indian music troop that came to the US to perform, maybe 20 people, including singers, musicians, comedians etc. After their tour in the US, half of them did not return to India. They figured they can make a better living in the US and live here as an illegal immigrant. This is too common. The next time when a troop of musicians want a US visa, chances are the immigration office will think twice about approving a visa. I can travel anywhere with a US passport because people know that Americans will return back to the US.

What about India? You request a million documents and that too multiple copies for a visa for a former Indian. Stop showing this as news...look at the mirror

as an NRI who lived in US, UK, and Canada, I can tell you that the so called developed nations are over hyped. Yes, there are so many things that are better in these countries compared to india, but all these countries lack one thing. Respect towards fellow human beings. I lived in several states in India, we have problems, but nothing compared to these countries. Indians don't belong outside of india. Don't go to any country out side of iindia...you are not welcome. I came back to india and I am living peacefully.

Check lithuanai 100 percent visa rejection I checked .all student visa. They take college fee , visa fee totally 3500 euro ? finally rejection. They did from 2015 till now. Totally they scam more than 35000 crore . Do documentry . Klaipeda university and it is public university sell application to minimum 10 thousand students and never reply . Application fee 200 euro ...even got tution fee 2000 euro and never reply . I personally went to university in Lithuania and checked . I remember when my country Indonesia still gave Indians visa access like everyone else. It was horrible! Our airports were swarmed with unruly and mannerless Indians. They complained to be, discriminated, when they were treated like anybody else. What worse was they called everybody Chinese and made it the reason to fight with them, even with security guards! Everyone look Chinese to them. Such bigoted people were security and stability threat for everyone. They should stay in India since India is already ruined anyway. In Paliki style, I will tell you what Indians should do, Do Not Ruin Everywhere Else.

It is not about being under UN sanctions or under military rule. Many Indian visa applications (especially for student visas) are supported by fake documents. Many try to emigrate by hook or by crook especially to the US or Canada via other countries. And the less said about the behaviour of Indian tourists abroad the better. Dishonesty, cheating and so on may be a way of life in India but other countries still value decency and civic sense.

I hate to admit but its true that good number of indians are desperate to relocate to eu, us au etc...one of my colleague who came from US was in 2013 crying that his child's you tube video does not buffer.. how will he suvive here in India???..
