Arab countries will never unite, if only because Shiites from Iran are bombing the borders of Saudi Arabia, and Shiites hate Sunnis from Saudi Arabia more than Jews from Israel! Iran and Yemen will never unite. Even Saladin did not go to war on Jerusalem until he dealt with the Shiites. They are the enemies of Muslims.

Canada is the second largest country in the world with a population of only 40 million Resource rich and sharing the longest border in the world with the richest country we could easily be the wealthiest country per capita on earth … truly astonishing how canada has managed to become so poor inefficient and stagnant. Eventually, the border countries facing encroachment by refugees in the millions will be forced to enter Israel by foot to fight or else their land too will be sieged by foreigners. Honestly it sucks for Canada.. I mean this country has probably everything any country could wish for. From surface to ressources to access on both side to the two main oceans, having a border with the first world power (it can be a problem but a good thing as well) and while climate isn't always the best, it should he a paradise living there.\nAs a French with what I believe is the best and most generous medical service in the world, to think that Canada spends MORE than us and have it a lot worse is crazy.. I see a lot of people in the comments romanticizing the United States. We have about 250,000-300,000 homeless unvetted folks from all around the world sneaking through the U.S. southern border each month. Fact: a couple of hundred people on the terrorist watch list have been caught at the border (and reasonably for every one caught and apprehended, a few more haven't been caught and are setting up sleeper cells as we speak). All the while, we are facing a dire housing shortage, and an explosion of homelessness and lawlessness is hitting every major U.S. city. It's about to get very crowded and even more violent here. Come for the opportunities legally, but always watch your back and be prepared to defend yourself, your home, and your family. A peaceful, quiet cold life in Canada may not be that bad in comparison. It doesn't take long for a lawless country to fall from grace no matter how prosperous it seems. Look at what happened to Venezuela within a single decade.

We were already in a housing crisis before Trudeau brought over those 80,000 refugees/immigrants, then we had all those who jumped our border from the US because Trudeau invited them to come to Canada. All that on top of our usual amount of immigrants that come in every year.\nIn the end we should have a MAXIMUM cap on the total # of refugees/immigrants that can enter the country per year no matter how/why they want to enter, and we should require all of them to have skills/trades/etc that we actually need. Why should we be bringing in people who can't/won't work? Has it ever occurred to any of you (criticizing Canada and the US, etc) that half the planet is trying to migrate to these western countries both legally and illegally? Thousands and thousands each month! No surprise that foreigners, and the born and raised, are now having to compete for homes/jobs. Be grateful if a country is trying to help u leave the place (ie India & Africa) that u wish to leave ... instead of complaining about it. Perhaps borders should be closed instead?

I came to Canada 13 years ago, my wife try to sponsor me, we’ve been together for 9 years and the government rejected it my application because I crossed the border illegally, we own a painting company and give job to people, anyway, am leaving the country pretty soon and actually am not that disappointed cause Canada is not the same as it used to be

I was speaking to a German friend about how the South African border is out of control and how people are advocating to build a wall. We literally have migrants from most African countries, and then for some reason a growing number of Pakistani people. Illegal migration, crime, safety and security will be one of the top 3 issues on the national elections next year.

Our Health Care system is broken. We have very bad doctors and insane wait times. Our Health Care is tax funded and it's impossible to sue the hospital if they misdiagnose or mistreat an illness. When you pay for your doctor you will get the best care. Not up here though. One thing per visit and you must see a medical clinic first, if you can get an appointment. My last 2 visits were 14h wait times, and that's at the biggest hospital in BC. \n\nWe don't have free speech. We heavily tax our poorest people. Our gas is over $2 a liter. Food is very expensive especially at fast food places and restaurants. \n\nOur internet is third world at best but with some of the highest data costs in the world. \n\nWe have a run on our borders and our infrastructure is bursting at the seams. We put the needs of other countries before our own. Could be a good thing but not when helping the world is making it harder and harder for those born here to actually live and thrive here.

Couple is honest and hard working, no question about it. Canada is not land of opportunities anymore, as it claims to be. If you are here for like 15-20 + years, then things might be different for you. Trudeau has pretty much open the borders for like anyone, I do understand that without immigration Canada cannot survive economically, but we need to beef up the immigration process. Australia is like middle of no where, but cost of living is not as high as Canada, and wages are higher. I need to understand the salary of Sr Manager and executives in Australia, that would explain the difference between both countries.

The immigration thing that you said is not valid , Canadian government doesn’t allow PR Twice to the spouse of Native & doing that is also not possible as it becomes suspicious henceforth.
