I served in our military and defended the right and freedom of our country for 34 years and I feel it's all going to waste the way our government is handling it. And every one of those Indians got deported back to India because they don't understand it doesn't matter whether you come in through the northern border or the southern border you come in illegally you're going to get deported guess some people have a understanding and hearing problem

Imagine how the Native Americans felt when they were invaded. History tends to repeat itself. I know things are different nowadays and yes they should go about it the legal way but if you think about it, what the Europeans did to the Native Americans is similar to what is happening to us now. Minus the mass genocide and forced culture conversion. We're all descendants of immigrants. This nation was built and formed by immigrants. Back then though there was no legal precedent to worry about. Our ancestors came here and just took over everything. Maybe we're paying for the sins of our ancestors. Karma's a bich. This is never heard of. When I came to Canada as an international student in 2009, most of my classmates either stay, work and pay taxes, or they go back to their original countries. What has this government done?!

Sorry but the answer is no. You are just a temporary student to study for some kind of degree or something and then take that knowledge back to your home country and apply it there.\n\nMaximum stay 4 years and go away unless you are doing doctorate then it's 7 years and go away

It absolutely has been abused as a back door entry program for immigration and then they sponsor their families to come here etc... shame for all the ppl who go through proper immigration channels and have to pay much more money

If you are one of those living in tents after paying into system all your life, simply go abroad, toss your passport and come back and apply for assylum. All will be well. You will get food,lodgings, glasses, dental , the works.

Recently came back to Toronto after living abroad for 2 years, so much has changed. Food price is up 30% yet the experience is 50% worse, huge amount of homeless people, mass influx of Indians, if you go to Niagara Falls, it's freaking Mumbai. We are losing our culture and our diversity.

Capitalism does not work. The constant crisis and boom/bust cycles will lead to its demise, eventually. Canada isn't alone, in fact inflation and other problems have been worse in peer western nations. The only nations that seem to be doing better with 'economic growth' are places like China or other societies that place value in public services. Best of luck on your journey. I immigrated to Canada about 10 years ago, and I've done better than the US where I came from. It still is the case, as I go back to visit family in the US regularly and the job prospects are grim, the pensions are even less secure, and union membership is even starker than here. Precarious work is the norm in western nations, and its often worse than in Canada. As a dual citizen, I could choose to get up and move tomorrow, but I'll never return to the US as there is worse places to live than Canada... But I did have a long journey to find stable employment, so I realize Canada isn't perfect. Have you thought about ending work as a content creator on YouTube and doing something that might be more productive or fulfilling? It might be a start to a better future. It may even be better than moving to a different country that would have the same or worse problems.

Hello Sir, with due respect: i am an international student from INDIA, you are always welcome to stay in any of the 30 provinces in India! My question to you is, if an International student is spending 7000 cad each semester and completing a 2 yr program with total fee paid 28000 to 35000 CAD excluding the exorbitant rent like 1500 per month and grocery and personal tax, would definitely wish to get back some of the money they invested here in Canadian land, am i right? Would you be thinking the same way if you invest in India? Secondly, none of the employers are offering any white collar job or office job to these students unless otherwise they have Permanent Residency status here in Canada: the only way to get “PR” is to work for some pizza store or tim hortons- its not by choice, only jobs you have here in Canada for any students and now construction field too. So kindly don’t judge any international student from any part of the world on their skills. All we need is a way out by Planning our future. Lots of comments are on these kids: just imagine on a sports day or a national holiday or on a stormy day who will be serving you a double double? Who will do Uber… Please dont hate, just like any human we would love to be respected and we are not going to take back anything from Canada. Thank you

I work in two trucking companies and many drivers are Indians and are always very nice to me. I don't have a problem with them coming here to Canada to live and earn a good living . BUT please obey the same laws as we have here in CANADA this is OUR COUNTRY not yours. He cast of my son is 17 and a 1/2 almost 18. Now he has 7 friends, all black and Latin Americans. They don't speak Spanish. They have not been able to get a job because of the slave labor everywhere you go. These people are given working papers in a social security application when they come in. Here it takes as you have there when I do to get a job but they don't because they have those federal papers all of the security around the city of use that used to be done by black men and women because they couldn't get another job with their eoccasions now all you. See is Latin men who have taken that job away from them. They don't speak english. They're foreigners and they have guns on them. We had a deputy the other day. That was murdered in cold blood by a man that does not speak english. That works as a security guard and was given his gun by the security company. He shot the cop full of bullets went back. Reloaded his gun and came back and shot him again. And that's not the first one that's just the most prominent 1. All the little girls have been raped and murdered here. We've had 5 women that were killed by their stalkers that were all Latin illegals.
