Hey Igor thank you for helping people to understand what is going on about immigration process , but one Thing that I wanna say is the job offer is something impossible to get it from outside of Canada those Websites that you shared with us for finding jobs Is useless I'm sorry to say that because when you click on information about jobs it tell if you're not in Canada the owner will not response your request so that the whole process will be useless !!

A lot of corporate stores have greet rules. If a customer walks within x distance from you, then the rule says you're supposed to greet and ask them if they need assistance. The reason I'm saying this is because some employees follow the rule all the time, some forget. There could be some randomality to how often employees will ask you if you need any help finding anything.

I'm not saying there isn't discrimination, but I think it's across the board. Had a black person been handling the job of the real estate agent or an Asain person, do you think the outcome would have been different? Why is the white person always targeted as the oppressor? There are plenty of people in decision-making positions of other races who determine outcomes. How about leveling the field?

It hasn't been easy for him either, but he's pretty lazy, I know for a fact he didn't search much and got 7 interviews in 3 months while I hardly got called for 3 companies with the help of 5 agents. He got a job for which he needed training, I got rejected for that job and I do have experience in that field. I have to say it hurts. Funny thing, even he says it's suspicious because he couldn't answer many questions on the interview

Hello, I just watched your video. Three years after you made it. I hope you are still with us and a very belated Welcome. Many people throughout the world seem to have so many stereotypes about Americans. Whether it is good or bad there typically is some truth in a stereotype. Overall it seems like you are enjoying yourself and no matter what there is no place like home. There is a provision in the affordable care act (ACA) that penalizes certain individuals who make above a certain dollar amount. The amount is either $150 or $300 for the entire year. I concur any monetary penalty against anyone for not having health insurance is outrageous. I could be wrong but I believe this aspect of the ACA was never implemented under President Obama and it was indefinitely suspended or revoked by President Trump. I also feel like I need to address your thoughts about the United States all about war. I believe the American people are like most other people and want peace and civility. The government and major defense contractors have differing opinions at times. Of course there is plenty of people who are war hawks but they are in the minority. Most of us are absolutely sick of war. We currently have been at war for almost 19 years. That's six complete world war 2's in their entirety. \nI think you were being awfully generous when you said obesity is on par with the rest of the world!! When I worked at Best Buy I overheard someone telling loss prevention to keep an eye out for the black people. But when I came around the corner and glared at them( I’m a mixed race woman but then I was just 18) they stopped talking and the manager dropped the COMPUTER he was holding. It broke. It’s all on where you live and who you live around. There are like 7 black families in our town. There are no black folks to harass. The police and shop owners harass white people. They profile you on what you wear. What condition vehicle you drive or the way you look. In areas with lots of black folks they follow and harass black folks. \n\nI’m not saying it doesn’t exist. Moving to Vancouver was a great experience tbh, I'm of nigerian heritage but was born in Finchley, North London...\nCanadians are friendly and extremely welcoming ( Coming from the UK i found this so off-putting ) lol. When I’m in Best Buy I am asked if I need help with finding anything at least 3 times per visit. I’m not saying the underlying reason was not a racial bias...I just think that some of those employees are following their training to approach people that seem to be wandering in their section. It could have been racially motivated, but without a larger data set there is no way to be sure.

I agree with what you said about construction. Like you though it's also not for me and I prefer the office with a real washroom and kitchen. I'm in the construction industry but in the project management side. $40 / hour is common and I spend most of my time in meetings and at my computer and some site visits. I would say there is a big demand in the engineering and architectural side too of construction for those interested in the industry without physically working everyday on site. I do recommend obtaining an engineering license (P.Eng.) or PMP. I'm a P.Eng. and it helps open doors in this industry.

If the Islamic followers want to be more accepted it would benefit for them to denounce the radical Islamic parts more openly and more often, also even the Christians have tone down or even speak against how some things in the Bible are written and or interpreted and have even fought against groups or individuals who would radicalize things from the Bible.\n\nBut it appears that even the moderate follower of Islamic faith may say something to a non believer just to appear helpful, but while later it seems those moderates talk different when around others of their faith, no longer ready to speak against their teachings or leadership.
