Really ? Quebec no 1 ?? Don`t get me wrong I live here.... It's pretty....Socialist...Stalin Socialist. And did you ever drive from Montreal to Toronto ? *laugh* As soon as you cross the province border....Your car stop to shake. Bouaaaaaaaahahahaha Roads are better made in Ontario. Oh BTW about the French language.....Did you know that English is made of 28 % of french- words ??? Thank you William the Conqueror 1066....No matter how you look at it.... If you speak english...There always will be a little French in you... So welcome to Quebec...My brothers from any other provinces.

Of all the cities in Canada, why Toronto??? Ontario is a gigantic province and many Ontarian cities want newcomers and are cheaper to live in.

It is sad how one state from our country is desperate to travel over to Canada.. and that state (province) is the one performing pathetically on multiple economic parameters.. it's a failed state and it's being exploited

THERE ARE 13 PROVINCES

Quebec is the most racist province in Canada.

Isn't Punjab the wealthiest province in India? So why these kids keep flooding all these countries if their future is extremely bright in their Homeland?

I think this was a pretty fair assessment in general, you relied on statistics instead of just personal opinion for your rankings. That said, Quebec should not be number one. You somehow got through talking about it without mentioning the fact that it is a French province. You have to be able to speak French to live there. That’s a major concern if you only know English. As much as I want to put my home province of Saskatchewan at the top (though on a side note I think it should be higher, your main argument against it was the crime rate, but that’s just in certain areas of the province), Alberta is the best province from an unbiased perspective. Also I think this is a bit unfair to Manitoba as well. \n\nAll things considered though this is a solid list. Good job.

So I think Canada is ranked 3rd best in the world to live in (I might be wrong but it's top 5 for sure). Your speaking about nothing to do in Canada, Health care concerns, high taxes or cost of living and other things (honestly your video was just hurting my head listing to). While Canada does have issues (like any other country in the world) What you outline highlights the privileged life you are living. You are correct in pointing out that the health care system is flawed, it is not perfect by all means but AT LEAST YOU ARE GETTING HEALTH CARE. Take the stats for example (I had the privilege of going to the hospital in Texas) My bill came to 3000 for a twisted ankle. They charged me over 500 dollars just for walking into the hospital. I'm not knocking that stats, but if you do not have money, you're fucked for health care. Instead of waiting 8 hours to see a doctor, you're now on Web MD trying to diagnose yourself. You are bitching about high taxes, how do you think Schools, Police and fire services, Emergency service hospitals etc etc etc get paid? through wishes and hope? You are again welcome to go anywhere else and enjoy whatever bs they have going they might have low taxes in other parts of the world but your going to have to pay for certain services you are taking for granted here. As Cost of living, if you live in Toronto or BC yes the cost of living is high, but at the same time, the average household income is high as well. I'm sorry minimum wage in most of Canada is roughly 15 dollars an hour, and the average incoming for most provinces is over 100k. I'm not sure what else to say on that subject :D As for things to do, seriously, stop living under a rock. Please go and travel Canada, to name a few things you can travel to Niagara, Go to Banff, Visit hot springs or enjoy any of our national parks. Not to mention all the multicultural festivals that take place. I guess what I'm trying to say here is, Canada is flawed and has its issues. However, It's a beautiful country and is a gem of a place to put roots down. I'm sorry you guys didn't feel that way.

Woah i am a quebecer and i would put quebec the worts province by far

Ranking provinces is a waist of time. It's the cities that are more important and what's nearby. Theres only a handful of cities I'd personally live in. Victoria area, Okanagan area, Kingston area, Barrie/Wasaga/Midland/Collingwood areas, Sault Ste Marie area, or Halifax, The others are either too rainy, too cold, too boring, to big, too far away from other cities or too French.

Quebec is the best province to live in because the rest of Canada spoon feeds them.

There is no way to grade a diverse country as Canada. It is better just to say what every province offers. Some like a priest, some like the priest's wife, and who is then #1?

Every province has its pluses and minuses. However, one thing I like about much of Alberta is the dry climate. Much of Alberta is on the High Plains, and has a semi-arid climate. A semi-arid climate is actually a really nice positive aspect of Alberta compared to the other provinces, especially compared to the very depressing wet and cloudy weather in portions of BC and much of Atlantic Canada.\n\nOne warning about the Prairie Provinces, particularly Manitoba and Saskatchewan. You can get severe weather out there. Now that shouldn’t discourage you from living there. Everyplace has its risks of natural disasters. However, the storms in that part of Canada can get downright dangerous and scary!

They bashed hard on Manitoba, I wouldn't say it's fair. If you have really spent time in the province there is so much to love. Crime rate is not what they make it sound. I live in one of the smaller city's and I can leave my house and car unlocked often without concern.??

PEI is perhaps the best province
2022-09-23 0
Tbh Quebec’s damned roads are enough to make me say Canada’s so best province is Ontario
2022-09-19 0
The bulk of Canadians live in ontario which is very police state and no where near the best province.
2022-09-18 0
How do pronounce Newfoundland incorrectly in 2022? Not like the province's name isn't said daily on news shows or anything! Lost credibility when you can't even say the name of a province correctly.
2022-09-18 0
bogus bogus this list is off the charts Quebec number one .Research is sorely lacking Transfer payments from mostly the western provinces keep it going !.Sans economic black mail they would sink on there own. The government spending is akin to Ottawa facts over feelings. No ONE wants to move there.

I am from Ontario and i agree Quebec is my favourite province . I struggle with the french language despite my efforts to learn it but people in Quebec are mostly bilingual and are happy to speak English if you cant speak french

So if I get enrolled in 2 yrs masters program in any of the AIP province, after completing it,May I be eligible to apply for PR without having a job offer?

Canada is boring?! Where the hell are you guys leaving?! Canada is one of the biggest countries in the world; come on now... 10 provinces to visit and discover. I'm sorry but some statements in that video are so unfair (IMO)... Regarding racism, I think it's worst in the States and in Europe. I'm a Canadian, born and raised, and I wouldn't live anywhere else. No country is perfect but Canada is definitely not a bad country to live in. Of course, if you're not happy somewhere, the best option is to leave...

Quebec is a wonderful Province but there are some serious problems : #1 - an anti English undercurrent which sometimes produces some counter productive language laws #2 - a health care system in serious distress ( this is ignored by the politicians ) #3 - the highest taxes in Canada #4 - a lack of low income housing which is getting worse every year which creates an increasing homeless problem #5 - short summers and long cold winters ( not so bad if you dress properly ) #6 - an education system that is firmly stuck in the past. That being said , it's still #1 .

The cold in British Columbia and nova scotia si a very different cold from Central Canada like Ontario. On the coastal provinces the cold is also more wet and damp and the wind is very wet and damp and cuts you to the bone . In Ontario the cold is much more dry so even when the temperature is higher in BC then it is in Ontario it will still feel much colder in BC or NS because of the damp wet air and winds coming from the Pacific or Atlantic .

I pay 38 percent in income tax alone and am a blue collar middle class and we have federal tax and provincial tax on everything I live in one of the most expensive provinces and pay 15 percent taxes on everything . I pay 950 dollars a month on rent in what uses to be a lower income part of the city and gentrification is driving Rents in formerly low income neighborhoods .

BC is not the warmest province in Canada. It has the most moderate weather in Canada, so it's normal weather is not too hot and not too cold. Of course the weather seems to be changing every where now and they are seeing more extreme weather.

Cant believe my province has the worst and dangerous and less paying place ?

I agree with most of your points, but as a person who immigrated to Canada 23 years ago, I am still happy that i did it, grateful for the opportunities that Canada offered to me, even though i had to work hard for everything. Few points i want to make for those who consider immigrating:\n1. Uprooting yourself from your country, and starting from the bottom in a foreign country is difficult, and not for everyone. Sometimes, when immigrants go back to visit their home countries, they try to present themselves as successful, and tend to exaggerate the positives. Having realistic expectations is crucial, do a thorough research beforehand, prepare yourself, and you will have better chances to succeed.\n2. I also lived in US for almost 2 years: US is better if you want to do business, or if you are highly specialized (IT, healthcare, etc.), but i wouldn't raise children there, even more so if i were a visible minority. \n3. If you are on top of your career at home, think twice before immigrating, unless you find a suitable position before arrival. If you are in a priviledged position, you have connections, doors are opened easily for you, you might find it difficult to adjust without these things. Many people leave their country because of corruption, they will find that they have more opportunities in Canada. \n4. There are some significant differences between provinces in Canada: Quebec offers low university tuition, Alberta offers the best ratio between average income and average housing costs. (You can buy a new house in Edmonton with about 300k) \n5. Canada might not be for those who want to become milionaires in few years, or for those who want a night life like Las Vegas or Ibiza... but if you are a young couple, motivated and hardworking, who want to raise children in a decent environment, to be able to send them to school without fear, Canada might be a good place.

A yes quebec. The same province that wants all the subsidy payments from the rest of the provinces. No wonder they're No.1. I can't wait for them to separate so we don't have to pay for their french stupidity.

As a Quebecer, thank you for putting our Belle Province in first. When I clicked play, I was afraid we'd get bashed immediately and ranked tenth. I agree with most of your points, especially relating to the food, history and culture, and the natural beauty of our rural regions (Abitibi-Témiscamingue, my father's home region comes to my mind). \n\nThe only thing is, enough people are having problems with housing in Montreal, and home prices on the island have become unaffordable. This is a factor that contributes to urban sprawl, as a lot of young couples will decide to move to the North or South shores and buy a nice home for a lower price. Also, we haven't invested nearly enough money in public transit over the past few decades, leaving a lot of cities and areas undeserved. At least the REM might help fix some of that!\n\n\nBut thank you for making this video! I also have a lot of respect for the other Canadian provinces and have appreciated what I've seen in Ontario, BC and Alberta. I plan on visiting the rest of the country in following years, if I have enough money and time to do so. Thank you, and subbed!

true joke! quebec's first! i stay there, we have the worst roads, i think bagdad is better , worst hospitals et medical services, worst services at all, quebec is one of the poorest province, thanks to the high level of taxes. the liscence plate say in french : Je me souviens! ( i remember). that should say : i remember that you still have some money with you and i want it.

I'm from the Quebec, and I'm surprised that english speaking canadian say its the best province lol\nBut it is :D\nEven if the others are nice too

You almost brought tears to my eyes, I was born in Montreal, and although I have traveled much, I could never find any place that compares even closely to my city and my beautiful friendly Province of Québec, where everybody is welcome and respected. You picked the right one although none of the others are completely bad. You are invited any time.

As someone who is from NB, please dont come here. Listen to the hipe.. Drive-thru us. The issue now is people from Ontario have caught on and all we see is Ontario driving up home prices, moving here in droves and then telling their friends about the hidden gem of NB.. Carry on folks , keep on driving by. The secret is ours and we want to keep it that way. NB sucks and you dont want me move to this hidden gem. I mean sucky province.

2022-09-09 0
Funny how you mention the weather for most of the provinces, but don't mention it at all for the number one province of Quebec? As a born and raised Montrealer, I think it has some of the worst weather in the country! Super hot and humid in the summer and lot's of mosquitoes, and then two months of temperatures below -10 C.
2022-09-07 0
I jus disagree with this list, im from Nova Scotia, you went over so much on why EVERYONE in Canada hates qubec, the people aren’t nice unless your in Montreal, and the province divides the whole country.

You girls are selfish. Do get free medical, you have to pay to go an hospital, did you get money during covid and stay home and you did not live here long enough. Everyone chip in for medical. You two should move to UK,Russia and USA. Look at you age, you have contribute to be ungrateful. Dumb, USA sell their home and go into bankruptcy to pay for medical care. Canada has 10 provinces and 2 territories. You Iive in on place. Please go home, we don't need lazy people here. You two have not reach old age and you know so much. Compare your country to Canada your crazy. People work hard for you to able to come here. You cannot compare your country, education with Canada. Please go home. We are not here having babies. Your in you Man are trying to rip off Canadians for millions of dollars, they have not shame with their scams. Let's talk about the highest scam from your country rip off Canada's.

I've got to agree, Québec is the number one province in Canada. I've lived in most of the great cities of the world; Montréal is first in my mind, pocket, and belly (food, French and every other culture!) ... safe, cultured, and temperate in climate (once you get through windy and cold January and February!). The (McGill Univ.) health system is arguabbly the largest, most diverse and effective in the world!

This video is pure bs nonsense. Quebec is disgusting and polluted. The frenchies who live in this joke of a province are a repulsive and racist bunch. They hate Canada and in most places will beat up on people who dare speak English. Dangerous and disgusting place, by far the worst in Canada. The vast majority of real Canadians would prefer that Quebec and its people were wiped off the map.

I live in Saskatchewan and I can confirm that the description here is true. I genuinely love it here, it's not very populated, but that's what I love about it. I'm in Regina, so we don't have too much crime here. The crime rate of this province is this high mostly because of North Battleford. But Saskatoon and Regina are rather convenient.
