You are missing an important point. In-demand occupations are no longer in demand. It was in 2022 & 2023. Welders & CNC operators are being laid off from corporate giants like Linamar. Everything is politics. 200k homes were built last year and we are still bringing in double we never asked for. Healthcare is at a point where it is costing lives. There is NO daycare for children. The classrooms are too full , and there is no room for our own. Jobs are given to foreigners with preference. Stand up patriots ! Before our Canada is lost. They aren’t slashing they are making a small cut. It’s not going to be enough to make a difference and allowing any amount of people in is only going to make things worse. A Trump election win and his promise of mass deportation is going to bring a flood of asylum seekers that will make what we have seen so far look like nothing. They plan to go after the criminals first so they will be in the first wave. Crime is going to get so much worse that there won’t be any point in even keeping track.

Everyone who supports Trump at this point has lost friends and/or family relationships over that support.
