Hi Jason,\nI watched a few of your videos and found them very very useful. Much appreciated!!\nHere’s a bit of background and what I know:\nI am planning to immigrate on PR to canada along with my wife. I’m a Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience. Both me and my wife have Master’s degrees. Problem is I got a CLB 8 band getting us a totalk CRS score of 402 only. I wanted to write IELTS again but not able to get test dates here in the USA; earliest is May 2021. \nNow, I also know of two other ways of improving CRS; PNP from Alberta and BC Tech Program.\nHere are a few questions popping in my head:\nWould it be a good idea to create an Express Entry profile with 402 score and wait for Alberta to pick us for PNP? \nWhat happens if I submit my Express Entry profile and later I get a better IELTS score and want to submit that profile?\nI’m obviously using the Alberta PNP only for PR, so what are restrictions on us to stay/work in Alberta? Our plan is settle down in Vancouver, BC. \nI just found out about the BC Tech program from one of your videos and planning to prepare and apply for jobs there. Wiuld you have an idea, approach, suggestion for me to apply and secure an offer from Employers in BC? \n\nP.S. I understand you might be getting a lot of queries/requests and this long message would certainly not help. Just want to convey that I’m grateful for all the information provided and everything you’re doing is appreciated. Thanks You!

He is not an immigrant. He is claiming to be a refugee. One cannot be both an immigrant and a refugee. He attempted to game the system by first seeking refuge in the United States and then seeking refuge in Canada. A person cannot stop around until he finds a country that is willing to accept him. He is not willing to respect the rules by showing up for his hearing and moving his family from Alberta to British Columbia. I have no sympathy for the fact that he feels rejected by Canada. I did not ask him to bring his self-entitled ass to Canada. Canada has every right to decide who can and cannot stay in the country.\n\nFifteen years in the United States and he cannot speak English. Shame on him. He has made no attempt to integrate into countries that he feels owe him something. Toss his useless ass out of Canada.

Canada has free healthcare, but it comes at an immense cost. Ive come out of hospitals in British Columbia and Alberta with worse conditions than I came in with. Wait times are long enough to kill people in the lobby. \n\nIve also been denied medical assesment in multiple Canadian medical facilities. There is also LOTS of private healthcare facilities in Canada, many exist because of how poor our healthcare system is

Hello Brother,\nI'm one of you subscribers n watch your videos regularly that helped me a lot to understand the express entry pr process.\n\nI'm getting crs point around 380 . That's why I'm trying for Alberta pnp.\n\n My question is if my wife is not coming with me to canada (as I want to go there alone first then I'll take her there later). Will her ielts score will be calculated??? Without her ielts score I will get 64/100 eligibilty point. If her point will be counted then I'm getting 69/100 ( 5 points for adaptability) Then there will be more chances to get invitation from Alberta.\n\nWhere n when i have to show these 69/100 ( if I get) points in the whole process???\n\nKindly elaborate this. It's bit confusing for me.\n\nIf it is possible plz make a video on Alberta PNP.

What a loophole is happening in Alberta? ?
2020-08-11 0
Alberta is the last place I’d go in Canada if I was an immigrant.

You went to the most racist, unwelcoming part of canada. it's like texas in alberta. That's why you regret it.

Moving from ?? east coast to Alberta ??, it has rarely occurred to me that Canadians are really nicer.... Actually Edmonton is the first city where I heard both the N word and homophobic tirade. It also has a large share of rude drivers

ALBERTA TYPICAL

Alberta again? what's with us Albertans, why are you so angry at everyone?
2020-08-01 0
Man, I wish he didn't go to Alberta. That's like going to Alabama being a refugee. The LEAST progressive place in Canada. \n\nHe should have come to where I am in Ontario. We can use the help and would be valued.

Welcome to Alberta

I met alot of nice people in Edmonton Alberta and Imma American, wait I drove a rental with Alberta plates. Never-mind. All joking aside, there are racists everywhere.
2020-07-14 0
Alberta is the province of racists.... conservative voting racists.
2020-07-12 0
First problem is he went to Alberta it’s probably the most racist province in Canada, also why didn’t he try the family immigration program if his sister is here?

Honestly, what did he think. It is not easy when you have no education to come and get accepted. Plus her chose Alberta when there was way better choices. For example, Montreal and Toronto are better to immigrants. There is reason why is difficult also. If Canada was to accept everybody,it may not be as safe as it is now. Canada does not welcome everyone. It wants people that can be useful to society because ppl pay a lot of taxes for services and paying for someone that can’t be helpful can be frustrating for tax payers

Alberta, ouffff, you chose the Alabama/Texas of Canada.

I've been to the USA and Canada (Alabama, Florida and Georgia in the USA; and Alberta and BC in Canada). I really liked both of them, but I preferred the Canadian food and people. Also, British and Canadian spelling is literally the same; we still have colour, favourite, and realise.\n\n\nI really liked the video Drew, but I'm pretty sure apple pie is British, and it's amazing here :/

The first time i travelled across Canada on a road trip, heading west, going town to town along the TransCanada Hiway, i choose a black friend to accompany me. I choose him because he was really easy to get along with and i knew he was an auto mechanics enthusiast, which, as it turned out came in handy on the trip. We were on the road for a few months. I grew up in a city in a little multicultural bubble of liberalism and was taught as a child not to judge others based on skin colour or sex; to be respectful towards people of all ilks and ethnicities. The thing is, i was young enough to not really realize that i was in a bubble. As we travelled though parts of Saskatchewan and Alberta, where there are few to no blacks in many towns, i began to realize that Canada is quite racist in the outback and little towns mid country. I was surprised and actually angered by it. My friend took it in stride however. For example, i was meeting people, getting invited home for dinner and meet the wife and kids sort of thing, and my friend couldn't even get a conversation going with most people, they just totally ignored him and gave him a wide berth. I know underlying all of that is just the fear of an unknown quantity and the fact that a lot of Canadians watch American news sometimes which tends to be chock full of black in gang wars, shooting each other and committing violent crime so they get a false view of black culture because the news at that time rarely showed blacks unless they were committing a crime.

I can tell you that living in Brampton Ontario Canada, I feel safer around black people than I do around white people, even though I have lived in Edmonton Alberta for 9 years! But overall everybody is respectful. We humans cannot help being tribal. Look at all the different bird species...

As a minority in Alberta; I used to not believe that Caucasians aren't openly prejudicial until you get to a professional setting and find your voice isn't heard or less talented caucasian gets your promotion. As far as racial profiling goes; most shoplifters are white

Why not look at the other side... Come here to Alberta, Cold Lake especially and see that aboriginals working side by side with whites make double the income.

This is incredible too! From what I've been researching about life in Canada, my favorite Provinces are Alberta and Nova Scotia... And of course, Claresholm AB is on the RNIP Program, and Nova Scotia is on the AIPP... As soon as I complete building my USA Federal Case against our former owner, my son and I can totally pave our Road North with handmade jewelry and graphic apparel! Thank you for continuing to give me hope for our Futures! This will totally pay off for you when my son is playing for the Calgary Flames in 15 years!

Racism is rampant here. Especially Alberta. Natives get it the most here.
2019-11-23 0
Test it in Rural Alberta too

Sadly not only is racism, xenophobia, and homophobia a common place in Alberta is widely supported by as a right. However if a store owner did the same to w white Christian. The province would loose thier mind. Then when you stand up for a minority your treated as a bad guy.

On behalf of most Canadians, we sincerely apologize for her behaviour. We are actually nice people. Alberta is less diverse than Ontario, but our society is changing slowly. Canada belongs to aboriginal people. It’s not her country if she’s going to play that card. Cheers from Canada!

Wonder why no Alberta?? or Manitoba??

I thought it was bad that a year later in Canada, he still isn't speaking English whatsoever, but interviewed in his native tongue. Then I see that he was in the US for 15 freaking years, and didn't bother there either. I see he and his family has no intention of assimilating. How long before we have a little El Salvador, w/ all the crime they supposedly left. People that won't assimilate to us inevitably bring all their country's crap and woes w/ them. Also, this man who can't be bothered to speak our language is getting work in Alberta. Where native Albertans who do speak English are hard pressed for work. So how chaotic is that job site he's working on not speaking the language? Or do we already have little El Salvador there and he's right in w/ his homies?

im from alberta and ive never seen this happen
2019-06-06 0
Not even surprised haha in Saskatchewan and Alberta, the slight racism is just normal I am really experiencing . One day, I even got this situation that I went to Costco at Medicine Hat and one kid froze his face and said “ why are you guy shopping here if you don’t speak English “ and this episode is just not even level one.\nI really wonder how white people can say Canada is their country . Seriously?? is Canada white people’s country ??
