Hello Alina! I hope you will find the best place to stay and live comfortably. Also in EU life is expensive and there are many many problems! I wish you all the best and take care ????

Anxious to hear what place you chose. I'll bet on Thailand or Indonesia (Bali) or Vietnam. Those are my choices anyway.

Alina my friend thank you for the video on your update what your future plans are. I hope you will go to a place that you will love and enjoy it. Looking forward to seeing where you land. Glad that you have decided it's time to leave where it is not too costly.

Thanks so much for sharing this Alina! I can relate to what you're going through - I was born in the UK, moved to the US at 11 and then moved back to the UK at 24. I decided to leave the US because I began to realise that it's just not an ideal place to work and raise a family. The state I lived in (South Carolina) has a better quality of life than, say, California, New York, Oregon, Washington or New Jersey, but overall the US just doesn't do an adequate job of caring for its citizens, and the US government (especially those left of centre) has its priorities in the wrong place. The UK has its own problems no doubt, but overall the UK does a much better job of caring for its citizens than the US does. \n\nIt'll be more difficult for you than it was for me because you'll be going to an entirely new country where you have no family and no social network, but you're an intelligent and daring woman, you seem to be quite comfortable around new people, and you'll settle into wherever you end up very quickly. I wish you all the best and look forward to seeing how everything plays out!

the Greek Islands are a nice place for you to live in, have you considered going to live in any of them Alina?

You ain't paid nuffin, when it comes to taxes, like I paid; but i also made millions after arriving here. In spite of all that, my most sincere assessment of Canada is: it is a true and genuine sh**thole country. I am also leaving. There is no hope for any systemic improvement. Canada lived a like a prostitute peddling its natural resources. This place should have been trashed decades ago. But it is happening at rapid pace. Time to move your monies into other places and get out, before it all goes into bin

@alinamcleod will you be doing a Q&A once you moved to your new place? I would be interested in chatting with you via q&a

As a Canadian, I am proud that we are finally the best at something even if it's a housing crisis lol. I lived in Vancouver for a while which is worse than Toronto for housing and I frequently saw adds that said: looking for female roommate to share bed, cleaning duties required also cooking, single female only 25-30 y'o 400$/mo and then there was a selfie of a 40-50 years old man. When I first moved there years ago, I rented a small room for 600$ i think (2015 or so) and there was no heating at all in the house. I was lucky to find a place in Fall before it got too cold but I was already uncomfortable. Apparently ''amenities included'' doesn't mean it's heated.

Its on the rise everywhere as more Terrorist attacks take place combined with decline in quality of life.

Education is free, but their school system is almost two hundred years old (Prussia/Kaiserzeit). If your kids are not well integrated, you risk that they won't make it to the Gymnasium and, therefore, to university. I was teaching physics in their universities. These are sick places with very unmotivated joung teachers (it's difficult to become a professor there).

Lets be clear on this , We gave people a safe place to avoid religious persecution and war and they repay us with Violence and protesting , all of which has nothing to do with their Homeland in Canada

You should have not dismantled the Ottoman empire in the first place! Yes, it seems that the IWW is not over yet
2024-08-13 0
Absolutely ridiculous. My dad had a similar situation and on top of that, grass was growing out of the baseboards and the tenants were growing weed in the condo patio and the whole place smelled like dank lol.

Most skilled people if they want to move abroad prefer places where they can save more money n work in English.

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of [a]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

I’m not shedding a tear for them. They have already ruined so many places.

Turdo is under the influence of his billionaire masters. Canada has become a laughing stock and a place for impoverishing it's people. It's all Turdo's fault but he and his henchmen will end up as a multi millionaires, stolen from the pockets of real Canadians... How embarrassing!

i'm in shock..and a Canadian...how did they get into my country in the first place;..came in as visitors?

I think Japan is the same. But how friendly people are would depend on the place where you live or work.

Germany should send recruiters to US colleges and universities. Remember that the largest minority in the United States are German Americans!! Stop going to the ME and places that don't respect your values. Also in Argentina and Chile, and Dominican Republic, and Colombia ( yes really) have huge German communities. But you have to go and actively recruit.

I am a senior developer from Brazil living in Berlin since 2022, I have lots of friends from other countries too and the most frequent complainings are about the inflation on living costs, mainly about how hard and expensive it is to get a decent place here. There is a feeling that people are not feeling that safe here too, but still safer than most of other countries around the world.\nAt the end, money talks louder. If you are having a good life and are being able to save something you feel great, if you are just living to cover the expenses the small things starts to feel bigger than they are.

what are you people blabbing about, that customer is not wrong, I have ordered through swiggy on cod mode (Cash on Delivery) they don't tender change, even when I brought 240 rs worth of goods over 500 rs note, that customer is not wrong.. It's the mistake of the system and delivery guy had to tender change, no doubt in that. Indian's try placing COD orders on Zomato or swiggy, let's see who is right?

What i don't understand is how leaders of a country are unable to predict this outcome.\nAnyone whit some level of consequential thinking can see this from a mile away.\nKind of obvious that you can't let more people in than you can provide housing and job opportunity to.\nDoes not take a genius to figure that out.\nOr better yet, try and stop the water flow from your shower without turning the knobs and watch what happens to the water.\nIt goes all over the place uncontrollably.\nThat visual is pretty much exactly how the economic and welfare status looks like for a country who let too much immigration slip through in too short amount of time.

5:22 Indian universities are full, that’s why they come to the West. It deprives nationals from university place, emits. 1:43 The demographic problem is not in the West, it’s in the rest of the World. It’s creating inflation and in turn creating poverty 4:00 This is the results of excessive demand from the influx if immigrants in every western country. 2:56 How do they get a visa if they have no skills? 7:25 This is deliberate by the WEF and Klaus Schwab. 8:27 The Left try to say this is Far Right and racist but it’s absolutely not. It’s clear that the West has helped enough, they need to fix the immigrant countries. 8:33 It’s nit Far Right or racist to be worried about the current immigration trajectory 10:36 The benefits of immigration only work with common sense levels of immigration because when there is too many they don’t integrate as well. 12:19 As an immigrant myself to London, I think there are too many immigrants now, it’s almost as if it’s being done for human trafficking money.

She's cheap. If you living in that kind of place, you don't be cheap or you get the out and find somewhere where you can afford. Criminal squatters allowed by Trudeau.

Where will she go? The government should find her a news place।

We are at war. We are being invaded. By people that don't share our ideals, or even learn to speak our language. (Try doing that in their countries)\nBut the biggest part is, they want to make our country just like the places they've fled from. If it's so great there, why did you leave?\nIf I move to another country, I will have to assimilate. But for some reason, the West has to adapt to everyone else?\nThe double standard and hypocrisy make no sense, as usual. But we're not supposed to ask questions. We're just supposed to feel guilty for being alive.\nWe are in 1984.

This is what Canada has become. No wonder people are moving out of here. Time to get the right officials in place.
2024-08-12 0
Well, we'd better start working the minimum wage jobs, work at the farm, and sewages places now....

The place at 4:40 isn't exactly in a safe area currently.

I grew up in the country since I was born (I turn 30 next year), and it's the most beautiful place I've ever seen. But I want to leave, because (as an employed electrical engineer), I will never be able to afford a house or a family. And the values of kindness and generosity that seemed an integral part of Canadian society have been replaced by apathy, indifference, and selfishness. People have given up, leadership is completely out of touch, and the general hate for humanity I encounter on a daily - DAILY - basis makes this place almost unliveable.
2024-08-12 0
There are more people everywhere in the world and there are more problems. People move to places that are affluent.

Ever heard of thing called trajectory?? Imagine what the entire west will look like in 50 yrs..every other countries will still exist intact but the west will look like a giant flea market …they won’t be the same places.

Many of these migrants will sneak into the USA where they really wanted to go in the first place , a family from India drowned in the Saint Lawrence river
2024-08-12 0
Statistics show that half of the new immigrants in the photo op at the end will have voluntarily left Canada within the next 5 -10 years. Many to the US, and most of the rest back to their home countries, as they will find that Canada is not a place to come to to get ahead. Canada is over-hyped for sure. I know, I came to Canada and then left after 10 years to the US, where opportunities are far, far better. Save yourselves a decade of wasted time and come to the US straight away.

This has been a problem for 40 years and the reason where hearing about it now is black rock a hedge fund wants to buy up Single family homes/condos and cannot mass rent without changes to the landlord and tenant board. It is the reason the interest rate is currently so high, push people to bankruptcies and buy up the bankruptcies. But honestly if the government is subsiding the building of condos, the infrastructure that supports them, then hands out tax money to builders, gears immigration policy to increase demand then hands out trillions in loans though the CMCH and other programs and most people don't have more than 5 to 15 percent down and then they rent the place out; is it really their place to complain about a tenant. After all their ownership is basically subsidiesd completely by the government and the banking system, they are in effect a minority stake holder in a government banking scam.

Canada, a country with a gigantic amount of land , but no population, complaining, really..?? Or can this be another manipulation of the media to exploit xenophobia..?? Canada vast majority of terrain is EXTREMELY COLD WILDERNESS, WITH VERY FEW CITIES, FULL OF WILD ANIMALS, GREAT FOR FISHING, HUNTING, BUT NOT SUITABLE FOR HUMANS, THAT PLACE IS EXTREMELY OUTRAGEOUSLY COLD. KEEP CANADA FOR THE BEARS AND CARIBUS. BUT FOR PEOPLE TO LIVE THERE? NO. CANADIANS THEMSELVES LIVE THERE FROM APRIL TO SEPTEMBER, THE REST OF THE YEAR THEY ARE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA, ARIZONA, OR FLORIDA, OR ANYWHERE IN THE CARIBBEAN OR LATINAMERICA. THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS VANCOUVER, BUT THE REST OF THAT COUNTRY NOBODY CAN LIVE THERE DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. SO, STOP SPREADING LIES ABOUT CANADA POPULATION, BECAUSE WHAT CANADA NEEDS IS MORE PEOPLE. BUT NOBODY WANTS TO BE THERE - NOT EVEN THE FREAKING CANADIANS!! THAT'S PLACE IS EXTREMELY COLD!!

Singh owns 22 renral places lol

Assimilation is the ONLY way immigration works. Otherwise we we get carbon copies of the problems that made people leave their homeland in the first place.?
2024-08-11 0
They spent their life living in poverty and misery and in one day you people can snap your fingers and change everything about their lives who cares if it's an improvement they're still going to hate you most probably for being better then them in the first place
2024-08-11 0
at this point evict her just move into the place for a year . Nobody should have to go throught this. why do you have to pau for someone else rent. There is no such thing as free lunch!
2024-08-11 0
It really is a shame and it goes both ways .. Because of shady landlords laws had to be put in place now and unfortunately it works against some landlords that are legit .. The system is fuked and chalk it up to another reason a Liberal government doesn't work with True-Dope at the helm ?

You are earning a living by creating videos about Canada and expressing your concerns about the country. Canada has always been and will continue to be one of the greatest nations in the world. Like any other country, it has its share of difficulties, but despite these challenges, it remains an exceptional place to live.
2024-08-11 0
i think the real problem is not getting people but getting people from same place. why has nobody think that they could get people from another side of the world?
2024-08-11 0
In Canada out of all places? You guys are all immigrants from Europe. Canadians are basically French and Brits who moved there.
2024-08-10 0
Toronto used to be beautiful a great place to live, and considered one of the cleanest cities in the world.
2024-08-10 0
Scapegoating? It's simple supply and demand, and nothing can change it. Socialism won't fix it, importing impoverished people won't fix it, legislation won't fix it. You have to attract people with the proper skillsets to make the country and city better. Having a booming population and no room to grow doesn't do that. The California Bay Area and Los Angeles area has already seen the problems this causes, companies and skilled workers are moving to places that they can afford to live and build companies. With more people comes less opportunities, Canada needs to learn from the mistakes of others. Do not take everyone, take those who want a better life but can also give back to the country.

The countries of European nations are being flooded with foreigners, overrunning these nations. Places like England, Germany, France, Netherlands, etc are ethnic wellsprings. Just like Japan, Korea, Vietnam, India, etc, etc. Flooding these wellsprings with other ethnic groups dissolves the ethnic groups (the nations) of those countries. England should be for the English, Japan for the Japanese, Germany for the Germans, etc. If the ruling regime actually cared about respecting different ethnicities/cultures and their existence, if they cared about actual diversity, they'd be opposed to immigration. But instead they are destroying European nations - and places like Japan and South Korea are also in the early stages of this. It's evil. \nAnd as for why Canadians are getting upset is because the ethnic compositions of Canada are changing so fast. So fast. It is becoming like a different country. Why are they doing this to us? It would feel more comfortable if the homelands of European nations were not under this same existential threat, but they are. It's alarming. This is horrific.
