It's not even that it's just Immigration, but it's only immigrants from 2 countries. Canada needs a cap on immigrants from each country. All these immigrants but I have never met a person from Spain? Never met a person from Brazil either. Even with immigration nobody integrates. They talk all about diversity but everything is like a Clique. The russians only hang out with other russians. The Koreans only hang out with other koreans etc.

I was doing some historical research on the Ark of the Covenant....revealed some evidence that the 'Sephardic Jewish' folks have been hiding for thousands of years....and part of this involves the location of the Ark of the Covenant and the REAL exodus lands of the Ashkenazi Jews. They had religious and cultural differences and these folks were not of European blood. \n \nThe Sephardic Jews turned around and moved slaves into the Americas and impersonated French and Spanish settlers creating slave plantations. They blamed Europeans for this. This is probably because they hated both Europeans AND Africans for displacing them. \n \nPlease note they DO NOT have European blood. They are 50-60% Middle Eastern. 10-25% African and 10-25% Asian blooded. Absolutely NO Norse or Celt blood in them. They can pass close enough apparently for Latin folks or Basques. \n \nAfter the Brits took the Americas they gaslit their Ashkenazi cousins (who DO have European blood) into taking territory in Turkey and Syria and pushed them into Europe creating the conflicts that created WW1 and WW2. \n \nThese folks are extremely anti-European. We see them impersonating Spanish in South America. They are impersonating French Canadians in Canada trying to push for separatism from Europeans. They are in Russia causing racial conflicts in Russia possibly as Ingush and Dagestan peoples. It is very likely these are the folks that are attacking us all for racial hatred. Its clear they don't like Africa. Its clear they don't like Europe. Its clear they don't even like their Middle Eastern and Ashkenazi Jewish cousins. \n \nIt is NOT a coincidence that the regions these folks live in are under wars and massive migration movements today. (Israel, Russia/Ukraine, mass Migration of South America, mass Migration of Northern Africa, French Canadian Separatism). I mapped it. They are in EVERY region with wars and displaced migrants today. \n \nIndian Sikhs look like Dagestans. So they might be impersonating Sikhs now. They are causing havoc in Britain, Canada and Guyana. Trying to make money on illegal immigration out of territories they are trying to expand their own peoples INTO. \n \nThey look Middle Eastern they might be impersonating Palestinians and Israeli Jews too. You know all those protestors fueling the war in Israel. \n \nPlease get wise to their anti-European propagandas and stop attacking Europeans because THESE folks don't like us. News flash: they don't like non-Europeans either. These are the people creating chaos. They are impersonating all of our peoples trying to get us to fight each other to take advantage of the chaos. It is not the immigration policy problem.. It is the quality of people who are being considered for immigration (based only money now a days unlike in the past). In the 70s & 80s it is Ph.Ds, Highly technically qualified people around the world who were given Immigrant visas/citizenship... But these days, all junkies from war torn nations, third world criminals and their children (with money) getting into Canadian universities. Earlier, Universities used to conduct exams at off shore centres and select candidates but now a days it looks like Universities are bankrupt and ready to take in anybody with money thanks to agents of these education institutes( These agents make even a Donkey with money Qualify for university admission !) Those who get into these universities are more interested in all other things except Studies....So Quality immigration is more important than Quantity imigratikn. Hope Canadian Govt will take a critical look into this aspect. We xan not see developed cojntries having this anarchy on the streets on a daily basis.

Man I can't believe things are always getting out of hand. Everyday every week it's always getting out of hand. Someone told me the other day, the homeless people in traffic asking for money are getting out of hand. Even though there's been tent cities for at least 8 years now. Seems like it's going to be getting out of hand for years and years and will never actually be bad. ?

I love immigrants, they're what make our country so special all the different cultures coming together. The problem right now is because of terrible government mismanagement we don't have enough housing or jobs for everyone already here. That's my only reason for wanting to pause immigration. It's like being on a life raft that's already full, you can't take more even if you want to.

I am an immigrant who moved to Canada about two decades ago, worked day and night now I can't even rent a bachelor room and my fridge is empty since few years, while new immigrants gets all the luxury and 15k credit card, living in Canada is like dying every minute not to be able to support my child and his activities.

Why is Canada so inferior compared to US? America always takes first place in the Olympics whereas Canada can't even be in the top 10. Canadian dollar is so weak like a noodle arm boy whereas American dollar is strong like a muscular warrior full of sinew and gristle. Why can't Canada be better than US? What is it that Canada lacks?

Please, blame the govt. I don’t think citizens or immigrants are to blame. Finding stable work in Canada is a challenge these days even for permanent residents/new citizens. No guarantee of work even after acing an interview and building skills as needed. At this point I feel like immigrants are just tax paying scapegoats, who are used by the government and hated by local people. This is not real inclusiveness. Govt must give priority to their citizens and encourage immigration if there are real opportunities to offer. Everyone needs work and stability inorder to live a civilized and stable life. Calling loads and loads here to benefit the economy and politicians just be called third world trash isn’t fair.

Canada, like Australia and etc., faces a fundamental issue that makes it reliant on—or even more severely, dependent on—immigration. Of course discussing this fundamental issue is inappropriate for Canadians. The housing crisis is not caused by immigrants. While you can criticize immigration policies, they are merely the straw that broke the camel's back. It's similar to inflation; like, even if it remains at 2% per year, we will still experience the peaks and troughs of business cycles, just less intensely. Sure you can have a public housing program, where does that money come from? More and more tax money. Having to work harder to only end up with paying more taxes for those who either did not have the opporunities or didn't work as hard (who cares what the actual reasons are), just feels like a ripoff.

Canadian law favours our criminals & law abiding citizens are the ones who get shafted smh. It’s one thing for an honest person to go broke for one reason or another & I can have empathy for them & even wanna help in the short term . However , what she is doing is clearly just taking advantage of the situation & more than likely has the funds to pay she just won’t do it.

35 years ago, obtaining a Canadian visa required substantial financial resources, which applicants had to bring to invest in Canada, along with undergoing a thorough background and health check. It wasn't easy to become a Canadian citizen, so only a select few managed to achieve it.  Today, it feels like the standards have dropped significantly—allowing entry without financial requirements or rigorous screenings. This shift has led to increased crime rates, littering, and even the deterioration of our once-pristine beaches. It's disheartening to see Canada moving in this direction, allowing individuals who may not contribute positively to the country. They primarily come for the free healthcare and other benefits.

I like multiculturalism and this country is founded on immigration. But we need to put cap on each country when receiving them so to maintain the balance of good mix.\n\nI get bothered why this guy statistically divide white vs others. In the end this land belongs to the indigenous people none of us. \n\nAnyways, most of my friends from Western Europe, Japan, Korea and Singapore - first world nations, have already moved back after couple of years of living here. Look at Gardiner- it's constantly on construction mode. Hire more surgeons and make better family doctor system. This government only legalized marijuana and brought more problems. We used to live near Trinity bellwood and the park is now filled with used needles. \n\nAs for homelessness, it's always been there and it got worse during economic depression (2008 mortgage crisis) and current prime rate/inflation situation. Even if you study stats from government subsidized housing, most immigrants work and get out of help but the old immigrants (whites) usually don't flip out of the situation for generations. So there is no reason to tie and blame the Indians for our old problem of homeless population. Stay on point and stop tying it down with non-related issues.

The government says we need immigrants to fill the jobs left by retiring boomers. Millennials, plus GenX ers out number Boomers so there are lots of people out there to fill jobs. Corporations like Mac Donalds, Tim Hortons etc. want immigrants so they can keep their costs low and make even more money.

I love how he mentions in the end about the housing crisis but does not address it. Housing has become unaffordable for most new homeowners yet we got all these landlords stocking up on more properties just to make more money for themselves. Yes laws need to be changed so tenants can't abuse it, but laws also needs to be changed so people aren't owning multiple homes while rest can't even afford a primary residence. I don't like going into bidding wars to purchase my first property when the people I am bidding against already own multiple properties.

stop buying property just to rent it out maybe get a real job instead of taking over properties that you dont intend to live in making the housing crisis even worse. same goes for the people who loaned out to make a bunch of apartments airbnb. you aren't providing anything, your taking something thats available off the market and then repackaging it like its helpful. its really a big part of why housing is so expensive no one wants to work they just want to be landlords.

I have been travelling to Canada..its feel like I am in India particular north india..its smell so bad..even on airport i see all indian working there..i hardly see any native canadian?????..

My landlord has like 10 properties that he uses illegally in things like airbnb and renting on cash. On just the top floor, there are like 10 people and I am paying like $1650 for a single room with ensuite washroom. This landlord subleases the house for things like airbnb and he is not even the owner and yeah basically, Canada is country where all the con men come from around the world where they have learned to find loopholes in the system come to practice it here. We can't even dream of having a house of our own because these people with crazy money just buy up all the properties. 1 man ends up having so many houses where others can't even buy 1 and so we have to resort to paying rent/morgage of these people who keep multiplying their properties.

Usual suspect…but that poor landlord was greedy though. Just owning one property is more than a trouble….taking care of it and stewarding it. Wonder Toronto looks like garbage with people ignoring to take of their property. Many not even cutting their grass.

This is criminal...two sides of the story here i can assume...but both sides are at fault...the tenant is a criminal and the landlord should have done more...put pressure on the landlord and tenants court...the landlord and tenants organization is a joke...no one takes them serious because they have a huge back load of court cases is not an excuse...the government wants more housing with out properly funding the courts and they are costing owners money 3 fold. It's a systematic virus...these figures these landlords quoted do not even include the damage the location has after the entitled criminal tenant leaves behind. Also this is not a mental heath issue, its just a plain purposely planned out criminal act. If they are criminally charged and convicted i am sure they will be comfortable in a 10 X 8 cell for 2 years with free rent, utilities and 3 square meals a day. Ford never takes in account possible issues that can arise he jumps into a project and never considers the side effects...maybe in heart he is a PC but he acts like a Liberal. They need the back log dealt with and a special team to police this industry.

Some people like to dunk on landlords but they forget that landlords do this as a means to make money just like any other job. As someone who also owns land, I know the frustrations of when a tenant doesn't adhere to the rules and uses the law to their advantage. It's gross. There are other people and even families who would want to have a roof over their heads yet selfish exploiters prevent such people from having a place to call home.

Great assessment. My wife left Vancouver 22yrs ago. It was bad then and has only gotten worse. Sadly the residents would rather smoke a joint than vote for a conservative govt and attend a church. Forget about GOD can't be surprised when he forgets about you. That said Australia is not much better and getting worse by the day. I keep thinking that people will smarten up but in fact it continues to get worst. People continue to vote for the very political party that made this all possible. \nWe cannot sustain all these people. We need to fix the issues going on in our country with our own people first before we can even think about helping anybody else. And plus with all the determination that these fighting age men that are crossing. But sure, it must be immigration to blame for the exact same housing crisis happening across Canada, Australia, the US, the UK and half of Europe, must be just that one simple factor and definitely not any other systemic or economic factors which might underlie how housing, governance, and migration are linked. \n\nBecause all of those countries certainly have one thing in common, and you're all correct, they all have identical immigration policies, right? Right? Couldn't be the hyper-commodification of housing and development rights stoked under the neo-liberal systems of governance which ACTUALLY forms a shared commonality between these countries. I got laid off 5 weeks ago ( no renewal of contract).. after 7 years working for that NFP.. I applied for snap and unemployment… while applying for jobs( social worker field)… first, they ask for so many documents… including my bank account….( again I was laid off .. not fired nor left my job, nor finding reasons not to work all those years ), department of labor had a mandated zoom meeting to discuss what I needed to do 4 weeks after I was laid off( like i don’t know)… I ve been working for years and paying taxes… a lot of them in NYC, I was also told that I have to show what I am doing to search for work and eventually should take a job( even if the salary is low..ridiculous)… I was also informed that I may get a call from investigator from DOL..they may call individuals receiving unemployment benefits($441 a week after taxes?)… to verified that I was searching and applying for jobs( even though I enter my activities related to work weekly on their website…..)….. meanwhile… people with 0 legal documentation are entering the US and living here, free snap, free housing, free health insurance!!!! Lala land!!!! Can’t wait for this non sense to stop!!! Every corner of NY , you see families begging for money. Food…I feel bad as a human being, but refuse to help or I ll be joining them too… welfare system needs to change too! The politics NEED to change!!!All the best !

It's easy to blame immigrants and PM Trudeau for infrastructure and housing issues, but these are long-standing problems. Canada, especially Toronto, hasn't built enough housing for decades under multiple prime ministers. Inflation and interest rates have worsened the situation, and it's not just about building more affordable homes.\n\nThese are complex problems. Canada, like all developed nations, needs immigration. There are absolutely no services available to me, no doctor, no affordable housing, double the price for food, no medical, nothing....

The ruling class is using immigrants as cheap labor. They don't care about their well being nor do they care about that of Canadian citizens. They want to bring in about 550K each year going forward when people are suffering. They don't build nearly enough homes or rental units. We don't have enough doctors and nurses. We get paid West Virginia wages but must pay California level housing costs. Diploma mills have sprung up like crazy charging $40,000 for worthless degrees. There are not enough jobs that pay even minimum wage. As a consequence many who immigrate to Canada leave after a year or two. Those smiling faces you see in this video are of those who are don't yet know the truth!

Let me get this straight.... I am an Indian, and we are simply sick of Canada immigration policy !! It's so dumb !! Seriously, make it harder ... As an American, if you drive in or out of Canada with certain things in your possession, just like some lumber for instance, they will give you a fine or temporarily block your entrance, even if you have a passport. How is this even possible.

Mostly entering from Canada are Indians, as they were not able to get a US visa from India so ultimately, this has become the easiest route for them to cross even on foot due to less law enforcement presence In those border crossing areas Like Winnipeg, etc

Can people vote instead of not liking a person can you look at what they are trying to do. I would think closed borders would be #1 with anyone with a brain? I think the only way to ever solve this is there are so many states. Can we just have some states for Republicans some states for Democrats you live the way you wanna live we live the way we want to live point blank.
