Please don’t blame Canadians for this, they are simply fed-up with the influx of Indians in a very short time (obviously a fault of the Current Government), plus we Indians are not typical model citizens, we lack proper hygiene, we are loud & we are cheap etc. imagine if an huge number of migrant (from a 3rd world country, say Africa) migrates to India suddenly how would an average Indian react, Canadians are some of the most hospitable people out there, try to be polite and adapt to the new culture/environment ASAP & things will be better soon

Canadian are lovely people but why they think strangers in own country. Strict your police rules if anyone found in criminal activity then deport them , but please don’t say white Canadian are homeless because they are responsible their own condition. How come all the people I talk to in my city,say they hate foreigners? Locals starting to feel like the Germans and France etal I guess.

The issue is the political handlers are all about their agenda and that's their bank accounts their pensions and how easily they can get to where they want to go.\nAnd who's going to get them there. She is not wrong fully, I have met good sofesticated indians living in Canada and they say that people coming from mostly Punjab and Haryana have made a havoc in Canada. They are too loud, dirty and filthy. There is a big safety concers for Canadians and even Indian origin canadians in Canada. Even our people who have gone there to work legally say that they don't want any indian in Canada. I am living in Europe and I see the same thing. People from our country just don't have any civic sense, they are mostly very dirty and because of them, many people find it difficult to find a apartment. Before slamming that lady, we should think of ourselves and we should improve our nation first.

Its really sad how our own people are defending her. Shame on you guys! And if you think white people there are the natives then RIP to you. They entered thier forcefully, killed the natives and started calling them the natives whereas we go on valid visa, pay high tuition fees and taxes. Everyone has an opinion about this, but the only fact that really matters is what people actually do. Currently about 10X as many Canadians per capita move to the US as Americans move to Canada. There really isn't much else to say. Canadians will always imagine themselves to be better, but the reality is people prefer to live in the US, including a lot of Canadians. Other than marriage, there's little to entice an American to move to Canada and the statistics bear this out.

As a white Canadian, I’d must say, saying “There’s too many Indians” was a saying back in the 1500-1600 of “There’s too many white people” and adapting to Canadian language was not English nor French, the Natives spoke Quechuan languages, Aymara, Guarani, and Nahuatl. Although, nowadays it restarts with Indians. Eventually Indians will feel the cycle as did the Natives, and White people. Life repeats itself.

Im canadian. I know it's a stereotype but people are just so nice in Canada. People do say sorry a lot, thank you, please. Lots of people hold doors for you, strangers love to small talk and are very friendly. It's pretty common that if someone drops their wallet, someone will return it to the owner. This is why I love Canada so much.

You say that not worrying about health care since it comes from your employer or you can buy your own. I hear horror stories of people taking an Ambulance to a hospital for it to be out of network. Even if they planned on going to a Hospital in network the doctor was out of network. There are even times insurance companies that refuse to pay out and try to find any reason possible requiring legal action.

I think most of this must apply in other parts of Canada, Ive lived in Ottawa for 10 yrs now and never met more rude people. They dont want to get to know you, they dont want you talking to them, they dont want to follow up on anything they say, over and over ive been told people would come over and they never do. even after making plans, they still no show you. Im From Texas, and ITs way more friendlier there.

In Canada, there is not enough housing and jobs are scarce, especially for anyone at the entry level or basic wage. We've been absolutely swamped. This is not the fault of the immigrants or the students, it's the fault of our extremely stupid and short sighted government. Most of those immigrants I encounter are good people, polite and considerate. But some, well I understand where the complaints about rude and inconsiderate behaviour come from, because it only takes a few bad experiences to get people angry. I've experienced it myself, but most of it (from my experience) seems to be from students who are very loud and impolite on public transit. The housing situation here is INSANE, prices are sky high and very little to choose from. A lot of seniors now can only afford to rent a room (after having worked all their lives and very little to show for it), and prices are up about 50% from only 5 years ago. The government says inflation is a fraction of what it is in real life, and living expenses have exploded. As I understand it, some people made a lot of money offering services to bring students and low wage workers in, with no consideration to the damage they were doing to all of us who were born and raised here - they wanted to make their million dollars. Another problem is that once someone arrives here, what they find is NOT what they were led to believe. What students and immigrants are told they need to live here is an absolute lie, living here in Canada has become very expensive. Many workers are severely under paid, and never even see the legal minimum wage, and the problem with that is, almost no Canadian will be hired on to those jobs - the reasons are that imported foreign workers will work below minimum wage because they are trapped here, and the Canadians already know that they will only struggle if they take jobs that pay so poorly. So yes, a lot of Canadians are VERY angry, and you really can't blame them. Once again, the Canadian government is responsible for much of this, and crooked employers who are willing to take advantage of low wage labour. It's an absolute mess.

Trudeau says we need more people in health care, but we aren't bringing in the right people to fill those gaps. We are bringing in uneducated people to fill fast food jobs. That's not going to make Canada a strong economically stable country. Instead of pandering to the businesses that want to stay open 7 days a week and need these low level employees, it would be preferable to return to a system where everything isn't open 24/7 requiring all of these low level positions ti be filled.

I am sorry to say. This is not India problem. This is a Punjab problem. I have a few rentals and these peoples from Punjab and North India ( delhi, haryana, UP) especially young ones don't follow any rules, they think they can do whatever they want and aren't afraid of laws.

The big issue with mass immigration is there has been next to no quality control. The indians that arrived a decade ago say the indians arriving today suck because they're of a different social class. A decade ago immigrating to Canada wasn't easy so anyone who did come here was typically educated and of higher quality. I think the majority of indians are good people just trying to make it but if you bring in millions just viewing them as $ cows of course there are going to be a percentage of bad ones. A greater issue with this too is now the country is in such disarray that anyone who is a potential quality immigrant might not want to come here.

This is where I would really like to see improvements.\n\n\n\nPeople, including immigrants, cannot understand that by increasing the demand for housing, they are increasing its cost. You can't blame the country itself for this. The law of supply and demand works here.\n\n\nThose who write about their plans to move to Australia or the USA, don't forget to share your relocation experience after. When you face the same or even bigger relocation problems. \n\n\nYou are right in one thing - there is no paradise on Earth, and you have to work. I'll add some context to our government. Prime minister harper who was an economics major I believe started saying no to the aboriginal peoples stopped catering to them. During the election it was a collective that all natives would vote ndp and the liberals were second last only behind the green party. Getting closer to the election Trudeau promised if elected to legalize marijuana and fund more efforts towards missing indigenous women ( that's a whole other story in itself). Trudeau won a majority government. They won't admit it but alot of blue collar people voted for Trudeau because of the legalization of weed. Fast forward immigration grew and new immigrants were strategically placed in certain cities and areas to vote for the liberals. The next election Trudeau lost the popular vote but won based on Canada's version of the electoral college. This time around I don't think he can win I've heard very very few people in this country say they want him so in a year things may get better or the damage is done.

I've just come back from a week's holiday in Toronto ( from Spain ) gotta say I loved every minute of it ..but as a tourist I guess you only see the good side and not the bad . I live with 70% inflation in my country and this is what I think: \n\nI don't know if there is a direct translation of this economic model but let me explain: prices increases in two ways, if there is not enough supply, prices will increase and if there is high demand for a product&service, prices will increase. In Turkey, they increase the prices by tricking people that prices will eventually increase, so buy it right now. THIS caused a loop and huge inflation also rush to houses, cars, hard products etc. That way, companies make enormous profits especially construction companies & car manufacturers. Why did government decide to do that so? Because government wanted to secure financial status of these big companies without banks giving them loans by transferring wealth from people to companies.\n\nThere is another side for these moves: Globally, there is an ongoing plan to lower birthrate in well-developed countries such as Canada, France, Germany etc. Why is that? They say, people from western countries create more carbon emissions than people in India, Bangladesh etc and in order to ensure green transformation of energy, birthrate must(?) fall. \n\nThere are also other reasons that we live in difficult times. But that's enough. We, people, have to do something. The day passes without a protest, governments & big companies get more strength and enforces hard conditions on people.

This is the same issue with countries with aging population. They don't need the people. They need high skilled Cheap labor and someone to pay taxes. Then they will blame everything on immigration. Everyone is saying it's not their jurisdiction to build houses, but we all know someone has to do it. Selling houses that look like birdhouses for a million dollars and renting them out for 90% of people's income is unsustainable. The Canada we knew is different now. Provincial conservative governments and city mayors are playing politics with people's lives. The federal government should take a more aggressive approach.\n\nAdditionally, houses are being treated like stock market assets, with bidding wars and corporations holding onto properties instead of people living in them. New apartment developments are sitting empty in cities across Canada, being used as assets to trade. Homes should be for living in, not trading. The government needs to look into this issue more closely.

Trudeau just did it again. Instead of warning people who try to abuse the system, he pushy foots around and says Canada has a moral obligation to accept every one of them. This isn't new. International students pay more to attend our universities, and always have. That's why universities prefer international students over Canadian citizens. As far as claiming asylum...big deal. That's been happening ever since Europeans came here, especially the white waves after WW's 1&2. Now, descendants of those people, are saying 'no more immigration'.

I can tell you one of the major reasons. It is the fact that these immigrants from India do not want to assimilate into Canada. Instead they bring their ways with them into Canada and some of those “ways”, are not acceptable in Canada. One example of that is the whole using the bathroom on the beach. But one that hits hard for me is the insane amount of immigrants that are harvesting spawning salmon with nets, without any of the properly paperwork that is needed to fish salmon with a rod. Using a net is illegal, I know they know it because when I catch them doing this. They become quiet and all of a sudden, after hearing them just speaking English, they pretend they do not know English… I can tell you this is all true. The other thing I have seen with my eyes is shop lifting from the local grocery store. I have never seen that before, not ever in all my years living here. It would be somewhat different if they were stealing essential items and essential foods. But they are not doing that, they are stealing all the luxury items. I am a white Canadian and I am proud of it, but guess what. I am also proud of the fact that I have a doctor that came from India and his family is thriving here. It makes me proud that he chose our country try to come to, with his educational background, it also makes me proud that he and his family have taken the time to try and assimilate into our culture. When I say assimilate by the way, I do not want them or and immigrant to completely abandon their cultures, I just would prefer it if they assimilate to the point where we can have a healthy community instead of all these separate cultural areas in our towns and cities. I love the fact that you spoke some harsh truths here sir, much respect to you and your family sir. I hope you can continue making such informative videos for people to learn from. The other thing I have to add is that the word racism is thrown around too much and too easily in our current woke cultural climate here in Canada and this is just making the immigration issues worse because it produces a culture of fear for those Canadians that would like to help educate those immigrants that need help. But they do not do so because they are afraid of being labeled a racist or some other word and having their livelihoods and overall lives ruined. I am in a position in life where I do not care if people want to say such things about me. I am also well educated and in the position to come up with well articulated arguments in my defence. My main issue with immigration that bothers me more than the rest not only affects us Canadians but also affects the immigrants as well. Ok so before mass immigration was a thing here in Canada our healthcare system that we all used to be extremely proud of the as showing too many cracks and we knew it was falling apart. You think the government would place more funding into the healthcare system. Well that has not happened and if anything they have taken more funds away from our healthcare system than any other time in our country’s history. So before the mass immigration begun we had a major issue with having way too many patients and not enough medical staff to adequately treat everyone in a timely and healthy manner. So now think about that, the healthcare system was already stressed with the current population before mass immigration. How do you think adding waves and waves of more people every year via mass immigration is affecting that system? The answer is this… if the system was stressed beforehand, it is collapsing now. I am one of the lucky few that has a family doctor right now. It takes three months the just for me to see her… If I have an emergency and have to call 911, the ambulance will take me up to the local ER and then I will be wheeled out to the waiting room, which defeats the purpose of me calling 911 for a ambulance. I have waited two days at the local ER just to see a doctor. So here is where it affects the immigrants coming in. If a Canadian that was here before you is already having major issues with the healthcare, then I can only imagine how hard it will be for a new citizen to our country, nuff said really… the local er near me had a person die in the waiting room this past January. Add to this fact that I am actually pretty sick at the moment and so are my parents and you can understand why I am upset about our failing healthcare system. The politicians do not have to worry about our such issues though because they can afford to pay to go outside of Canada and pay cold hard cash for medical treatment. That is why they do not mind removing funds from our healthcare system, it will not affect them and they get to line their pockets with more of our tax money… I honestly place most of the blame for what is going on right now on Trudeau’s government and not the immigrants. The immigrants could help make this crappy situation a lot better for both of our parties though if they tried a little harder to adapt to our ways of life here. When in Canada try to live like a Canadian, I do not think that is asking much. Again, as for racism, I believe in judging a person by their actions and not by the colour of their skin. Racism is such an antiquated way of thinking… Our skin colours maybe different, just like our cultural backgrounds, but after all is said and done we are all members of the human race. International students have no rights to protest other than study, which is why they come in the first place. Canada or US didn’t go to india and say please come. I think Canada should stop taking students through consultants in India. It is in India that people are selling false info and the students are blaming Canadian government. Even India has immigration rules and they are also strict in enforcing. Plus international students have to pay 10x more in Indian top colleges than local Indian. Rules are rules and should be followed or don’t come.

There is more to this story than this report says. It’s complicated. I have seen behaviour of students once here. How much support they get from families? If they have to pay their tuition , housing and other living expenses they seem to have to work more than what they are allowed. Overcrowding of homes lack of housing spots not gaining knowledge and skills required. Fine tuning reason for need for immigration and developing qualities in immigrants that countries vye for. Changing the composition of population should not be the problem. Creating conditions for getting the right fit is needed. Point system was good I think but too slow to fill the gap of people needed. Municipalities and province are also to be accountable. How do they manage the fast changes. This student route to immigration started less than a decade ago. I find the speed with which housing needs increased mushrooming of colleges increased and beneficiaries of facilitators that responded to market demands have I think created the problem. A grass roots observation. Seeing just a portion of the problem.

YGood day. For from context I'll reveal a little about me. I am around 27% Indian, 34% northern African people which is around 61% combined. My other ancestry includes Wales, Sweden, Norway Scottish and Irish, Hebrew/ jew as in from 12 tribes of Israel, However, the world calls me black Jamaican born. I live in small town with population under 41,000 people in northern Ontario Canada for past 21 years. I remember when I came here with company contracted to build and say very few black people mostly French African and some mixed black with some Chinese probably total under 20 people other than white or indigenous peoples. Over the years was steady increase of black, Chinese, Philippino, and my Indian doctor and his family to maybe total around 50 none white none indigenous peoples. Just before pandemic we had a large number of Indian students which was awesome to see considering my heritage as my grandmother on dad side was Indian. But a year before pandemic we noticed many started working in convenient stores and fast food places like most high school students do to save for college/university which was becoming a problem for Canadian students as some employers got incentives or cheaper labour to maximize profits. As pandemic rolled in so it seems more Indian students from other regions in Canada. So, Canada, Ontario, and small town I reside already had huge housing problems as some homes we even to be condemned and indigenous homeless from north increased crime rates and now we had students living beyond building code occupancy with shared living causing rentals to shoot up in prices as landlords became greedy and selfish. This small town of under 41,000 is by some estimates over 55,000 by increasing Indian students who for past 5 years fighting to get permanent residents even though they came as students which proves the goal was always invasion and coming as students was the ticket. If you and rest of new immigrants don't see the problem yet, I'll continue. 95% of taxis have Indian drivers, 98% food and other delivery Indian, 90%+ convenience and groceries, clothing and all stores 90%+ , vehicles on roads 70% Indian, my son barely got into college with 90%+ Indian population in college and his class is 2 white students, himself only mixed , and 2 Africans and 22 Indian students who cheats on a regular basis but professor afraid to confront as they are quick to call racism. But even bigger for me is these Indian students/new immigrants have no respect for the history of Canada and USA not knowing how indigenous peoples were raped tortured and murdered to take over this country and then enslaved African people to build this country while they raped tortured treat less than animals and still suffering with fighting for equal rights for over 400yrs while still being racially profiled and beaten and murdered by police officers because of this colonizers system. Now you come here and benefits from black and indigenous peoples struggles and claiming rights when you have not been fighting the battles with us or for us. Also, the criminal aspects of your community is not being taked about as well which includes extortion to businesses owned by Indians, car thefts, drug trafficking, human trafficking and other criminal activities. There's so much more than just saying you feel unloved by the people you're taking things from for their children and grandchildren and generations without showing any respect as that is defined as selfish. You and many new immigrants forget this is not India and expect everyone to bow to you and that is what we are against. i Have some awesome friends that are new immigrants and are respectful and want to learn about history and current events and impacts they have and how to reprove Canada not destroy Canada
