Would love to move and work in the Canadian inland if any good industries and cosy towns would offer a good salary and living. \nSadly it not that easy to look for jobs so far away from Sweden so for now I will stay here :)

I’m 20 and I’ve basically given up on home ownership if the status quo stays the same. House prices are unaffordable. Hot shots from up in Toronto have bought up huge amounts of the available housing leaving supply low and there is low availability of rentals due to a high influx of new residents. The “starter house” market has been completely eroded; there is no $100k houses anymore or even $200k, new developments are like 5, 6 or 700k or more and the old houses that used to be cheap are now 3-500k. \n\nI don’t want to leave town for now because I help care for my elderly grandfather, but in a few years I’m going to jump ship and leave either the province or Canada. You have to go where you can afford to live.

I live in rural Newfoundland. At 23 years old i was able to buy a house for 239k with a 12k down payment. I was only able to do this by saving my money since I started working at 17, although when i started working and saving i never thought that money would go to buying a house. Anyways my point is I was only able to afford this home because i lived with my parents until i bought a house and they were kind enough not to charge me rent, all i had to do was pay for groceries and help out around the house. However paying over 200k for a house in a small community that only has a hardware store grocery store and a gas station with the nearest town that has anything more than that being a 45 minute drive away via highway is insane. I am by far the exception in this generation rather than the rule, and I wish our housing market was better so that people could afford to buy homes without having to luck into such favorable conditions like I did

I can fully relate and agree with everything you said and more not said. I never thought I would hate being Canadian or my home country but Justin pushed me past the line. And I even premoted that elitest spolied ahole in the first elections. Now I want him well it starts with D. \n\nI live between Winnipeg my home town and Montreal over the last 20 years. And I like and hate both cities at times but realize neither are lovable. \n\nMontreal is grey 80% of the timeand the people are so rude and hurtful. I hate the french just absolutly hate them. Not becasue of the langauge, but how they are so gross in every standard of life. They speak a way that is offensive and rude. They hate all outsiders and want to live in a closed embreed society.\n\nI couldn't imagine how nice this city could be if they would drop the bs discrimination of the nonsense language laws. It is systimatic discrimination. \n\nWinnipeg is green and sunny in summer but winter is very very harsh as Canadian all know. Winnipeg has friendly people, but also some very violant people to the point I get into fights and or breakup fights and had to open carry a knife, and do wing chun. It is just harsh all around. \n\nThen I look into Toronto, and well that is even more expensive then anywhere else. \n\nAs I say I agree with all your points and maybe Portigal or Spain are intersting. Maybe after this was in Ukraine I will go there to make money, and move to a nice affordable place where I can keep working and enjoy the changes it offers me.

Say what you will, but our Canadian brothers are nowhere close to the level poverty and misery that some cities and towns experience in the USA. Our country is literally fucked specially now that people in power get elected based on race and sexual orientation rather than intelligence or skills.

Build towns that are surrounded by walls give them a small space to live and build factories. Allow these people to have a small check and live and work in those small cities say in the middle of nowhere. Make them work for 1 year in those places and as long as they do good not crime and show up for work and take care of there living space then allow them to become citizens. That way you weed out the criminals and non hard workers. In 1 year you will have a good idea of who should be staying. Also its them paying for there spot and contributing to the us economy. Once they become contributing members of society and they get on there feet out of each check they will take a small amount to pay for all the resources that were used to help them. Also I belive the majority of the ones let in should be women and the young children. If I don't get free help working full time struggling they shouldn't either. Let's make america a manufacturing power house like we're were in the past and the only reason we are a super power now. Also do the same thing for criminals and the homeless teach them worth ethic and how to follow laws instead of giving them handouts to go buy more dope

Dude you're like a carbon copy of me. I lived in Surrey since I was 7yrs old (1994) and left for Poland in 2018. OMG I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that I did. I agree with all your points and can easily add 20 more especially about the drug use, extreme crime and super far left bias in academia, media etc. I started freelancing in the video marketing niche and earn in USD, I live in a resort town on the Polish coast where the beaches are nicer than in the Dominican Republic while living like a king! The only thing I regret is not doing this sooner.

Did y’all seriously just ask “why are we seeing this right now?” Really y’all are going to ask that as if this hasn’t been going on the entire time Biden has been in office. What a joke. This has been going on the whole time y’all just ignored it and wanted to act like there isn’t a major unprecedented border crisis going on right now and pretend we don’t have millions pouring into our country from all over the world and we don’t even know who’s coming over but we know cartel and terrorists are definitely taking advantage of this we’ve caught many think about all the ones we didn’t catch. I’m actually shocked to see that y’all are reporting anything about the border crisis. Now if we could just get y’all to actually report just how bad it really is it’s so much worse than what you see in this video. The only time y’all showed footage from towns near the border was when the Biden administration had them clear the whole area of migrants and cleaned the streets so y’all could tell Americans that the crisis republicans say is happening at the border isn’t at all like what they are saying it is which is such a joke. My family has a ranch near the border and it’s been in my family since before Texas was Texas and what is happening today on our border is something we’ve never in all of history seen before and it’s never been more dangerous than it is now.

i live in el paso, there are so many homeless people here esp down town i feel so bad for them

The town I live in and grew up in when I was in school. We only had one campus, now here we are 18 years later and my one high school now has 4 different campuses to compensate for the amount of illegals that have overtaken my town. I have no prejudice whatsoever towards these people but they need to do things the right way and become real taxpaying citizens. Meaning going about gaining entry to this country and having a life here the legal way. You want to be here? That's fine welcome to the USA but just do it the right way is all we are asking you're not paying taxes. You're not putting back into the communities. And more than half of them that come here end up breaking the law and becoming criminals and the other half are already criminals. This country's being running to the ground.

We need an administration that will do something about this enough is enough. I have leaved here 60 + years and it’s never been as bad as it is now this little border town of ours, drugs and crime are up~God help us

They are actually entitled… THEY WERE OFFERED JOBS IN THE BORDER TOWN and they said no.. they wanted to go to USA. THEY THINK WERE RICH? We waste taxpayer money on this. Trump tried to stop it but the internal inexperienced teens said it’s evil? I’m sticking with trump and there’s a lot of homeless in USA and the housing crisis is crazy… we need to fix America first. If the police can’t hold the barrier… CALL IN THE FUCKING OLDIES WITH THEIR SHOTGUN OR WEAPON that’ll do it

GO BACK TO BROWN TOWN

Send one of these women to me. I could use a woman who knows how to actually take care of a man instead of trying to be one. Maybe even a few of the guys who want to work instead of the lazy sob’s in my town who can’t even show up on the right day.

I live in a border town and let me tell you, this is really happening and it's frustrating.
2023-04-05 0
And sanctuary cities are not even taking them in….they’re leaving it to border towns that are being decimated
2023-04-05 0
Yes cause one step over the boarder and they all get set up with housing and food and money. I bet a town over their are American kids starving

I love seeing how easy it is to illegally migrate to Canada when housing prices are already off the charts, and overpopulation and microsocieties are taking over our cities and towns, with insanely slow building development to compensate. Gotta love Canadian hospitality, especially when it screws over the people already living here.

Statistics Canada 2016, rural areas in Canada accounted for approximately 96% of the country's land mass. This means that while only a relatively small percentage of Canada's population lives in rural areas, the majority of the country's physical land area is considered rural. If you want a real taste of Canada you are not traveling to Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver, Ottawa etc. Visit a city or town that you must rely on your neigbour, not avoid them. Approx 12%+ of Canada's GDP is located in rural Canada. I agree with your video to an extent, sure I grew up in a town with, 3rd world condtions, no clean water, no sewage, no roads, fly in fly out and you never mentioned that we have a small portion of that here too. However I see you are only scratching the surface of the issures that can polorize each viewpoint.

This is all shameful ????we have plenty in this country the problem is the greed and the problem is the mismanagement of the wealthy on Wall Street and the bankers!!!!! Stop blaming the poor. Another issue greedy whites in this country forget you have mis treated your neighbors in South America and allowed their nations to fall apart, while helping Ukraine and others but yet those in power don’t give a damn about our borders. This is shameful. Millions of white refugees came to this country poor , dirty and hungry of course we have housing and of course we have land and food but we hate each other as Americans and now our beautiful beloved country is going to shit. We don’t get mad when the rich refuses to pay their fair share of taxes and yet we have allowed entire small towns and urban cites to go to crap. Shameful ?????????????????????❤

America is a massive country just let them in \nBuild some new towns \nAnd give them a life \nStop spending all your money on war \nAnd spend it some thing that makes people happy
2023-04-01 0
And there are zero apartments available in my town. Ppl are upset around here cause they truly have 1 year waiting lists. Let’s just all be homeless at this point cause that’s what’s gunna happen.
2023-04-01 0
Oh lawd that's a lot of cheap labor for the workforce. Build them towns double time. ?
2023-04-01 0
We do have a lot of ghost towns and cities. Empty building and abandon housing everywhere. If we can make these people live in those abandon areas.\nFor 5 years. ?
2023-04-01 0
spread those ppl all over north America and you will never ever notice, its not even measurable... put them all in a town of 500 pop, there will be consequences...

The US government should give all those Venezuelans basic boot camp then deploy all Venezuelans back and armed, so that they can take Maduro down! Nothing worst than a town that doesn’t fight for his own ground and rights! Stop running away from your problems, stay and fight back!

I always thought Trump was being dumb when he said, “they don’t send their best ppl” until I moved to Mexico and cross Paso del Norte once a month. Every month I take a bus up to Juarez and I ride with these migrants, and let me tell you something… they’re not all women and children. About 60-70% are young LITERAL thugs. I almost got jumped by a group of four of them when I arrived to the Juarez bus station for the first time. Mexicans are tired of these ppl as well, don’t get it twisted. 90% of Mexicans I’ve talked to don’t want them in their towns bc they say that since they’ve arrived muggings, burglary’s, and r@pes have severely gone up. In the 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s most of the migrants were just ppl who wanted to work, these ppl that I’ve met time and time again talk like the US owes them and has to let them in. It’s crazy. You don’t realize it until you see them and meet them. That’s not to say there’s no good ppl in there, there is. But most are thugs.

It's about time we don't have the money, we have a health care shortage. We can't keep letting able body Citizens whether born here or not live off Welfare going back generations. No one's screening the people who have already crossed over then once they get Citizenship they can bring all there relatives here is ridiculous enough is enough. If we had the resources is one thing but still screen anyone coming into Canada. We don't need other countries criminals & any more diseases brought here. We went through SARS then COVID-19 is here to stay.Try helping the people we already have you're burdening an already over burdened system. I'm not a cold hearted person actually the opposite just do it through immigration rules & policies. If there from Syria sure help them reach out to families that may be able to take 1,2 or maybe more into there homes to help.Quebec & other Cities or Towns in Canada can help too. The rich get richer & then there's the working poor & those who live off the system. Look what Free Trade did to this Country! People are working more for less & the cost of living is through the roof along with food prices.

Ive just passed the citizenship test to become an aussie citizen and instead of having us wait eight months for some boring formal ceremony in a town hall, I think we should all go to a footie game and get pissed. Like true aussies.

The next thing we need are new shacky violent border towns in the US Canadian border. This worries me.

Just send them all into the interiors of Canada, we have so many small towns up North that can use the people.

America doesn't need drug dealers coming through the border. It already has Americans dealing on every block, in every town, in every city. \nBorder Title 42 Covid: USA 1,150,133, Mexico 333,257, Cuba 8,530, Dominican Republic 4,384, El Salvador 4,230, Guatemala 20,182, Nicaragua 225, Panama 8,611, Peru 219,587. Biggest difference USA has was more places to live every variety of climate you could ask for. It has way more opportunity because of the higher population. Way more jobs, way more national parks. They're extremely similar countries but I have to give it to the US is the variety of places to live. Canada may be bigger but most of it is a desolate wasteland. The only nice places to live in Canada are cities directly on the border. As far as how nice people are Canadians are just polite not always genuine. If an American is nice to you odds are they actually like you or they're someone you can't trust. But generally if a Canadian in nice to you they could hate your guts. An American seeing how Canadians act gives them a idolized view of who we are. If an American doesn't like you you'll know it and if they do like you you'll know it. This is the perspective of someone who grew up on a border town.

I have so much to say. I'm afraid of sounding racist. I dont like it. Dealing with this right now! There has been an influx in my town. Now there isnt housing left when we were fine before. My children are being slighted when they could be celebrating their 1st apartment. My interaction has been poor with a few of these people. Impossible to communicate. Very awkward having an 8 yo translate. Many want to move into nice neighborhoods but never follow the city code enforcement or rules. Then hide behind don't speak English! Same rug swinging on the side rail since January. Alot of weird shit with them. They need to fight back to get their country back. Sorry. I'm over it. They don't foster relationships with Americans anyway.
2023-03-13 0
Yeah but now every Canadian city ,small town and village is over run and housing is absolutely full to the tits. Where are we putting these people? No housing eh.. it'll take five of em families to afford a house to live in. Its costing us Canadians that much money
2023-03-05 0
My wife has been hear for 4 years and we still have to take her to walk-in clinics, Dr. in my town wont take you if you are not 100% English speaking so we drive 80 kl. to the city to a walk-in clinic.

Ok Im not even a quarter through and this video is DAMN WOKE. White people in the banking sector are racist according to this video. Maybe its based on qualifications and skill? You want to see a failed system based on diversity and inclusion. Look no further than the Liberal Govt. where Trudeau has put many in his cabinet who are not qualified but based on their gender and skin. Why is CANADA in this state? All you have to do is look back at the track record since Trudeau took office. Every liberal town or province has become a shithole, and this has been pretty consistent even when you look south of the boarder. Want to know what works? Natural diversity, not forced diversity. If you introduce multicultural immigration, it allows those who come in to adjust at a normal and consistent pace. This allows immigrants to get the education they need, the job they need, and the position they are qualified and skilled for. Forced diversity only breaks the system, and immigrants gets lost in it and are not able to get the necessary education and skill they need. Therefore, you have the lack of diversity in any corporation or business that are operating today.

I’ve only lived in the states and in a small town in the south and I must say there is a nice sense of community in the small towns. I do have to drive at least 45min to find a restaurant that isn’t a chain tho
2023-02-10 0
Y'all said you were just talking about major cities or places, but living in a small town in the U.S isn't that bad. It's cheaper, and it doesn't take that much longer to go somewhere and do something. Sure you still have to have a car, but sitting in traffic and navigating the bigger cities takes just about as much time as driving from the small city to a bigger one.
