Great video, and 100% true. More than anything my frustration is with hiring and for some reason why people think we are completely dumb !! Having said that I will give it some more time as I have only been here for 4 years. For most of you coming for Europe this maybe a mediocre experience, coming from my country in the state it’s in Canada is still miles ahead. I've been to Canada a couple of times to Hamilton (outside of Toronto) because my mom's childhood friend from Manchester, UK lives there and I went to the states for a few weeks to Florida, DC and NYC on a massive trip.\n\nWhat struck me is how fit Canadian women are compared to US women. Also, how genuinely friendly and humble Canadians were compared to the brash know it all attitude of Americans. I was really looking forward to America cause I was raised on its culture here in the UK. I know I've not given it a proper chance but I'm not that tempted to go back.\nI travelled a lot with my family growing up but only in the US have we ever felt like we could be in danger. I live in Vancouver & it is progressively getting more and more unsafe. But- it's our wild drug problems and local government failing to properly prosecute crime. There are many articles calling out how violent criminals are here. Our judges are consistently letting out violent criminals on bail and they keep reoffending. I feel for the cops who keep arresting criminals, only to arrest them again a month later while knowing they'll be seeing them again soon. We don't have a huge number of evil criminals or gang war in the streets, but a small consistent number of drug addicts detached from reality committing random acts of violence. \n\nAgreed on our tap water is fantastic. I remember the first time I drank tap water in Florida I was shocked at the awful taste. \n\nLastly- Canada does need to get better laws to protect citizens from monopolies. Insurance, cell phones, internet, and electricity are pretty lawless for big corporations to rack in profits. It is progressing, but slowly.

Sounds like you're a immigrant yourself, there is like no racism at all, it's more like if you're a immigrant or your someone of a different culture you associate people having a problem with how you're doing things as if it's to do with your race and not your culture. When you relocate to a new country you are supposed to adopt the new culture. A Canadian finds it insulting for immigrants to come to a country and not try to integrate and be part of it. Alberta's economy would be even better right now if it was actually allowed to properly export its oil. Like why not promote Alberta oil with its eco friendly practices instead of Russia, who use the money for war, or the middle east, which is basically buying from terrorists, not to mention they don’t generally take good care of the environment when harvesting the oil. Quebec is a wonderful Province but there are some serious problems : #1 - an anti English undercurrent which sometimes produces some counter productive language laws #2 - a health care system in serious distress ( this is ignored by the politicians ) #3 - the highest taxes in Canada #4 - a lack of low income housing which is getting worse every year which creates an increasing homeless problem #5 - short summers and long cold winters ( not so bad if you dress properly ) #6 - an education system that is firmly stuck in the past. Healthcare is very expensive for the individual. You pay and pay and pay then when you go to use it. You only have access to 2/3 of proper care.\nCanada has endless entertainment and fun things to do. Depends on what you enjoy doing. If you are into outdoor activities Canada has them all. It’s funny a lot of people are leaving there homeland, and even when they get a good education they never return to help their homeland. Also you complain about the healthcare yet in African countries have the worst healthcare at least you can wait for healthcare while Africa don’t have any proper health care you die waiting. Your first point is sorta like... *crickets*... when a society has a disproportionate number of millionaires, it means there's significant wealth inequality. When too much of a country's wealth is held in the hands of an elite few, it causes an array of social and economic issues that only disadvantage the non-rich. We solve these issues with social welfare programs; you can't have proper social welfare AND have low taxes at the same time. If you care so much about getting rich and being able to have a luxurious lifestyle, then tbh it probably means you have some unresolved issues within yourself that you need to work on.

I think relocating to Canada and subsequently leaving is a product of not having proper information or having a misconception about a western country before moving there in the first place. There's an emphasis of 'you really have to work hard' for new immigrants which they generally take for granted. Quite frankly, only sincere people empathize on hardwork. I find that most people seeking suggestion/advice always want to start from the top to bottom rather than bottom to top. Every society has it's own challenges. New immigrants who have just been in Canada for only 3years get frustrated while comparing themselves with people who have lived in Canada for 15 years. This is very accurate....The health care is dangerously bad.I have had to go to the US and UK for proper care..this is especially dangerous when you age...there coldf is hard for older people as well as the cost for basics.Thank you for being honest..I have said these things for years.its true the more you work the more they take...it keeps you stuck..it's a typo of impressionment.
