For example, Trudeau allowed visas to allow people to work for minimum wage jobs in Canada or jobs with no trade skills., and even if skilled workers were invited, their jobs are not in high demand or about to be replaced by AI in a couple of years. Every year over 100,000 jobs will be replaced by AI starting from the late 2026, starting from the transportation industry, customer services, office jobs, IT jobs, and education; soon healthcare and engineering as well. No developed country needs workers anymore except very few experts and there will be massive layoff, not because of the economic crisis, but because of AI. In Japan, China, and South Korea, AI are widely used and now young people with a master or PhD degree can't even get a job.

This is a slap in the face to someone who spent over a year preparing to come to Canada. I spent tume and effort and lots of money and sleepless nights to make a perfect application. I made sure I be 100% honest bcuz its mainly part of my religion. When i got accepted and came , I counted the hours in my part time and paid attention that i dont work any extra min over my 20 hours during studies, I did the same for my PGWP and PR application. Its hurts my soul that someone can be dishonest and gets a slot in the quota competing with people who are doing it like me. Its insulting. The real problem is not just people, it’s the Canadian immigration system and the loopholes IRCC has left wide open. In Punjab and other parts of India, wealthy families are arranging marriages where a girl with IELTS comes to Canada, then calls her husband here. Many of these are nothing more than contract marriages, where once the boy arrives, they go their separate ways. This is blatant abuse of the system and has created a wave of people entering Canada without even basic English skills. IRCC needs to wake up and fix this. Students on study or work visas must not be allowed to bring their spouses. If someone wants to come, let them take an English test themselves and prove they’re qualified. Study permits should only be issued for genuine university students, not random private colleges being used as back doors into the country. On top of that, no work permits should be given while on a study visa. Employers who hire students illegally on cash as cheap labour should face strict penalties, heavy fines, and blacklisting. Until these loopholes are closed, Canada’s immigration system will continue to be exploited and lose credibility. IRCC, this is not immigration — this is fraud facilitated by weak laws.

I feel that the problem is the Trudeau government and the NDP allowed to many immigrants into Canada without doing any background research on their status and now we have a huge influx of criminals from many countries. As an American born Punjabi, I used to visit Canada when i was young (90's) and it was a beautiful place. Now I dread going there because the Canadian culture is lost. It's over run with Indians and they don't share the same value or even cultural norms as Westerners. I see this problem in America as well but it's nto just Indians. In America, it's every country in the world that comes and interacts with their own community and there's no assimilation. Even as a second generation American, I still feel like a guest in this country and I am grateful for the Americans to have allowed my family to come here to live with them. Citizenship is just a piece of paper though. I know if I didn't assimilate, they could send me to India even if I know nothing about it. It's just basic humility.
