The solution is for developed countries to force certain policies on third world countries. North America, Europe and Japan are paying for the incompetencies of third-world country governments.

Not gonna lie - all these things are true. However, you would be hard put to find a better place to live in today's world. America is not better (in fact, it can be way worse). Many European cities/countries are not better. Life in certain other continents is extremely difficult and dangerous. And, you are always free to leave. We won't stop you.

?. I travel for work in the USA and it's wild how different certain regions are from the culture, the food, the accents, and even social norms.\n\nMy experience of being in Tornto was that is was diverse asl! America is really still segregated - I saw all kinds of people in Toronto partying together, eating together. Really dope place!

Some people from Canada told me that y’all have racism is she is very very passive, and I remember two years ago the Black Lives Matter protest in Toronto. I remember the white dude with the black face make up and all people do it was just boo him. No certain parts of America especially NY when it comes to people doing racism activity towards Black people they catching a beat down you should know because you’re a social commentary channel

I am an American born in NY, raised in VA. I also lived in Van Nuys for a year, also lived in Texas before my job industry moved me to Canada. \ni have been in Canada for 7yrs, been to Vancouver, Toronto and MTL and to be honest i like a lot of things in Canada like the health care differences and of course the lower insulin cost for my husband but i still want to go back home. If anything i would stay in Toronto because it's the closest similarity to home but where Aba and Preach live, in Montreal, it's literally been my nightmare. I feel like the tap water at least in my area has gotten worse over time. \nOne thing i feel like they didn't mention that I have to tell people from America to watch out for is the credit card vs debit card thing. \nI grew up only having debit cards because i didn't want to get into debt. when i came to Canada i continued getting a debit card and realized the hard way that not everything accepts debit cards and you NEED to also have a credit card to access certain things.\nbut overall i do feel much safer in Canada even though the crazy trump lovers are showing up here and there it's significantly less than i see when I'm back home.

I find the comment about racial segregation interesting, because living in Midwest America, my experience has been different. Races tend to intermix a lot where I live, actually. \n\nWith that being said, when I went to LA, my friend's taxi driver gave him a tutorial for how to approach different races (e.g. don't approach blacks, they're dangerous, white people meh, etc). Maybe the social climate is just way worse in LA? Or certain big cities?

America's tap water in certain areas smell like waste
2023-01-17 0
To confirm as an American. Yes, it seems like everyone wants to put hot sauce and cheese on everything and it's annoying. The tap water here is bad unless you get it from the fridge or have a filter. Here in Arkansas, I think our spring water is great.\n\nRegarding the city and getting around to restaurants and other areas, pretty much. A good portion of our factories are on acres of land. However, some are still close enough that you can walk to. I'm certain this is hardly different from Canada but we are 97% rural. People think of America as big cities but usually its the local town and a pumpkin patch. When Aba said America is like 40 different countries, he ain't wrong. \n\nFirearms is ingrained in our culture. That's a given. I see a lot of people mention safety and this is what I can say; I felt my safety was compromised by a tornado warning. Trouble can happen but if you don't deal drugs or do some under the table stuff, usually you won't be a victim of a crime. \nI'm planning on owning some land myself so I can shoot on it, farm, and raise a family. Just be independent.

I’m not being rude however I’ve never understood why immigrants say they come to the US for a better lifestyle when essentially majority of immigrants hold a prestigious skill in their country only to relocate to the US & become a janitor cook are something beneath what they were doing living a comfortable life just to live like a homeless person coming to America ?? are Canada ?? are anywhere. It has never made sense to me unless u live in a poor underdeveloped country. I knew someone who married a US citizen just for citizenship she has been struggling with her kids for the last 7-8 years she’s been here & still struggling but had a great life in her own country. I live in the US & it’s overrated to a certain extent stay in your country you’ll be a happier person.

One of the top issues is being black. Seen as black and identified as black when you leave a predominantly Black Country. \nWhen I watch the various Realestate shows of white people buying property abroad as second home or just packing up and moving. I always say it must be nice! Because the reality is they can see them self almost everywhere unless they choose to go into a remote area then that’s the only exception but even then as long they learn the language and respect the culture they are good they are liked welcomed and even seen as fascinating. Not saying they don’t have to struggle but the colour of their skin is the least! \nAmerica is great if your trying to be self made, be your own business owner, and other random ventures you want to dabble in. But to just go there and be a regular teacher, doctor, lawyer, engineer to the low and middle class you’ll end up with the same financial issues and struggles as a result. You gotta now cater to the rich and famous wealthy people but then it’s back to never being home and not enough time for family. \nThe reality is if we could make the money we make here in North America and Uk back home in in the Caribbean and specific countries in Africa it would be a dream come true and that goes for other communist countries too. You truly have to know what makes you happy. Make money but enjoy life it might mean living below your means even though you can can afford a bit better life style. People do it all the time back home (not because they want to I know) but for some reason when you move abroad a one bedroom for your single self is to small, the car under $24k isn’t good enough, you don’t want your kids to share a room so you need a bigger house and the list goes on and on. \nCanada is boring if your not in a major city with money to spend you know why? Because people forget the population of the entire country of Canada is only a 3rd, 4th, 10th of the population of certain countries that immigrants came from and in the case of the US population it’s 100x more than Canada. So of course there’s more opportunities there. \nAnd finally imagine if more countries didn’t need visas to travel? They really would just come to make money and go back home or live bicoastal. Even just the freedom of travel half of the immigrants would of settled elsewhere before the year was up or go back home.

You almost sound like you're talking about America, only worse in certain aspects.

My brother America is a very very big place. You must do research before you come. Each area is different. It really depends on where you live. If you move to Philly or NJ or certain areas of New York in the city and on certain blocks tou will find neighbors and neighborhoods where the same families leave closely for decades. In a lot of these communities have been forced to go through massive gentrification.

History will repeat itself. Islam has been driven out of Christian countries with violence. The future in North America is certain......a pogrom of muslims.

If you want to be an American then do not try to force anti-American culture on America.\nLearn to support our community, or do not choose to live here.\nCan you imagine an American immigrating to any other country and force acceptance \nof their anti-culture ways.\nIf we Americans keep on accepting certain kinds of people into our home who aim to change\nour ways, it is we who will be displaced in disgrace.\nGodspeed

I went to an all English speaking school and as you're reading this comment I, naturally, learned English and my mother learned a bit of English, but I certainly did. I knew my mother had to learn because I won't always be there to help her so she practiced English by using me as an interpreter, and I did help her. Now she goes to her bank and know some numerical orders. \n\nNo matter what they SHALL learn English here! Spending decades there in America and still haven't learn English yet?? What's the deal?!?!

Not only does this man break American law by coming here illegally,he does the very same thing by entering Canada illegally,in all the time he was in America he did not learn English, this man and his family must be deported \nImmediately, he and his family have been bilking the U.S.A.by using programs that they have no business aplying\nto.Now I can say for certain that he has tried to get freebies from Canada too!.\nWhen are our governments going to learn not to be pushed around,by people who are nothing but takers, takers ,takers with no appreciation for the country who is keeping them alive,if you want to speak\nyour foreign language, full time, while living in America full time,do it somewhere in private,I am tired of having people here that could be talking about me,or worse yet my country and our politics, while standing right next to me!.\nI am so glad that he wasted that money, earned in the U.S.A.and while milking our entitlement programs dry,\npayback is a bi_ch, now he knows how I feel about non-citizens getting away with cheating our government,\nThis man was brazen enough to go on camera and complain about living in the U.S.A.and feeling unwelcome,\nwell now I wonder why that is?he speaks on Spanish,in a English speaking nation,he's hiding from authorities \nhoping not to draw attention to himself, who might want to check his legality of being in this country.\nI'm sick of the internal takeover of this country, without any shots being fired like those of a real invading foreign \narmy, instead, over the past 50 or 60 years, a never, never, never ending, stream of people breaking into our country\nuninvited,undocumented,and very, very UNAMERICAN and UNCANADIAN.\nPUSH BACK AMERICANS,PUSH BACK CANADIANS,do not let our governments allow our countries to be turned into the shitholes from which the invaders are coming from.\nVote yes vote at your election times, and remove the people who are not stopping the illegal invaders, vote them\nout of their political positions,in favor of people who will stand for our countries founding identities,if not\nwe can kiss our histories goodbye FOREVER!.

I did not know that these so-called educated people does not know that Canada is north America too,it only two different countries. But it is the same thing going on their with black people, only because it is not done on a large scale, like the united States.I have some relatives living in Canada over 45 years, friends over 38 years and. They talked about some form of racist against them, only it is not done on a large scale like the united States. Some of those Canada who they called snow birds, whenever they came to the united States. They are behaving like they own the country,or the complex where they are living.Nobody does not like them because of their racist behaviour against black people, so some people does not know about. The reason why it is done on a large scale as the united States, only because it does not populated like the united States as the world 2nd largest country. We have read where black people been turned away from entering certain building, only because it is not done on a regular scales like the united States.

According to the laws of America TRUMP had the authority to stop immigration from certain countries but the Canadian laws don't give TRUDEAU the power to unilaterally change immigration policy.\nTrudeau believed like OBAMA that the Liberal media and self censorship of the citizens (afraid to speak up and be branded as racists or even lose their jobs) who disagreed with him would allow him to do what he wants.

America is not all about war war war and guns just because we have a big military jeez! And not everyone here has a gun, there are some people that just don't like them for different reasons.\n If you come to a place like Texas yea just about everybody here has one I do, but there are still people even here that don't like um. You can't be an expert on another country by being there 100 something days. And I don't understand where everybody has this impression that all Americans are fat. Americans come in all shapes and sizes the same as everywhere els and other parts of the country are more health conscious than others. In every state you will find hundreds of gyms and plenty of muscled up fit Americans.\n As for the health care thing, I don't get it either but that was Obama momma and his stupid ideas, he was trying to destroy this country on purpose you know he's a muslim and we will never let one of those bastards sneak their way in office again. Now that Trump is in office he is trying to fix that or make it better some how. I have often wondered why can't we have a healthcare system like Canada's but America spends all of it's money on so many things in the world because of our position on the world stage we just can't work that out, thats what happens when you're the world super power.\n Most Americans have health insurance through their employer, a certain amount is taken out of our paycheck every month and if I get sick or have an emergency I pay a small co pay at the doctors office which is 35 dollars and emergency room co pay is 150 the insurance pays the rest.
