As a Canadian my personal politics may not always be in line with other citizens of the world, however I can respectfully agree to disagree, allowing more dialogue and discussion to continue in order to reach an agreeable compromise to find the best winning formula for all concerned. \nI have watched and listened to many American politicians from John F Kennedy to Joe Bidden, to leaders like Marin Luther King, Malcolm X, Bernie Saunders, all have something in common, respect, decorum, world knowledge, integrity, truth, honesty, honour, and heart. \nStrength is when you are able to reach out to lift someone up not to knock them down. Even the greatest professional boxers know the difference of being humble and kind when there advisory is in trouble. \nFor the first time in the history of your country you have a bully, narcissist and pathological liar, who is vulgar and unpolished as a man, father and as the President of your nation.\nI have seen our own Canadian leaders, make mistakes, stumble and fail, however they displayed grace and admitted to their shortcomings.\nI have never seen a world leader be obsessed with things such as plastic straws, pennies, flushing toilets, Hannibal Lecter, Arnold Palmer's manhood, a leader who's completely obsessed with selling souvenir and bubbles while his citizens are homeless, hungry, jobless, with runaway inflation so that something as simple as a dozen eggs are now a luxury item. \n\nYou have a president who spends millions of dollars so that he can play golf at one of his own properties, meanwhile his country is neglected. \nA brief look at his past record the pandemic under his watchful eye would have you drink bleach as a cure as many died and billionaires increased their combined wealth by trillions of dollars while the middle class and poor suffered. \nThe opioid crisis was settled under his watch which let Purdue Pharma and the Sackler family avoid jail time for committing the death and destruction of millions of lives in America. Yet Donald Trump is obsessed with the drug cartels in other countries yet he overlooks those terrorist in his own country. Is it because they are billionaires and potential cronies of his?\nRather than be completely obsessed with tariffs and creating the next disaster with his Trump Gaza Holocaust Resort, Your leader could be looking at fixing the country's infrastructure of roads, brides, tunnels, ensuring a healthy supply of drinking water, rail, housing for the homeless, affordable health care, affordable education, etc.\n\nDonald Trump is surrounded by his clowns is not just making a mockery of your country but is leading you into a very dark hole. \nThe shame and humiliation that Donald Trump has brought to your country since his inauguration will take years to correct if he is stopped now. If you the American people wait four years, WW Three will be here and it will take centuries to recover. \nTHE FUTURE IS NOW, NOT IN FOUR YEARS. AS AMERICANS YOU MUST BE WILLING TO ENSURE A TOMORROW FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS.... UNDER THE CURRENT REGIME YOU ARE HEADED TO A DEAD END.

Why does every other Country appear to have professionals in office except the USA. Donald and his hats and meme coins. Musk and his Chainsaw. Vance and his ... well, he's got nothing actually other than repeating what his puppet master says.

I have heard and seen Canadians get upset with Trudeau but they should be proud of him. Trudeau is a gentleman very professional and he is actually sane. Trump has a lot of loose bolts up there. The worst thing a leader can do is, betray their allies. Trump is a traitor!

Our immature Canadian leader reacting emotionally, not professionally time to turn down the rhetoric. How about look for solutions and a long long over due, Canada supporting Canada first. \nShame on Canadian government for not marketing Canada and turning into a highly competitive nation. \nBy the way this is not a secure country!

its not a harsh language from PM Justin, his messages was delivered so professional that everyone understands the situation, I am on his side. If this is a message from DT and JV, there might be WW III and hatred between countries ??

It’s most of the world, and sensible Americans who employ common sense and logic vs tRump and his neofascist agenda. In professional wrestling terms, the U.S. has turned “heel,” but the now occupant of the White House, who should’ve never returned, always has been one. I don’t understand his appeal, and why so many Americans have been sucked into his orbit.\nI don’t want this, many tRump voters don’t want this. This’ll adversely affect the world, and will do nothing to reduce the nearly $2 trillion deficit. tRump’s tax cuts for the wealthy, and fElon Musk’s austerity measures will, and already are raising unemployment, and will further increase the divide between the wealthiest and most marginalized among us.\nThe U.S. siding with Russia, the two countries having the biggest nuclear stockpiles, is a threat to the world.\nIf WW3 starts, it won’t be because Zelenskyy won’t act to end a war in which his country was unnecessarily invaded, it’ll be because of Russia’s invasion of it, and the U.S. turning its back on its now former allies.\nThose of us in the states who oppose tRump and his alliance with Putin need to continue to stand up, speak out, and perhaps even do more. We’ve never seen anything like this before. Hate to say it, but this could very well be the beginning of the end of what was once a great nation. I’ll end this with a quote from FDR.\n“The liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerated the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than the democratic state itself. That in its essence is fascism: ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or any controlling private power.”

1/2: Myself and the saner half of the US that read, understood, and voted against Proj 2025 understands why they need to levy retaliatory tariffs especially as a Michigander who's lived less than 4 hours from Canada all her life, who has family in Quebec and Ontario, and is a job-seeking policy professional and international trade nerd who now cannot in good faith seek a job in the federal government. We have been looking and still do look to Canada as a model quite a bit and love Canada and Canadians to pieces. We Michiganders especially in the central and eastern UP and Detroit and Ann Arbor area are friends, coworkers, and family of Canadians. Some are even dual citizens. It is sad that it's come to this. \n\n2/2: I still personally just can't wrap my head around how a trade deal Trump put together himself and called the best (the USMCA in question) is all of a sudden so bad. Logic doesn't work with these types of people... I really want **someone!!** to ask him/ admin officials about the USMCA **to their face** and see what they say because I am so upset by this nonsensical and corrupt administration.

Never have I ever wanted more than I do now to move to Canada. What a lucid, professional and accurate depiction of what is really going on. I only hope that more Americans understand that we cannot alienate and anger our closest allies without dire consequences. Thank you for being a voice of reason, Trudeau.

I am always amazed how almost EVERY other World Leader, can speak clearly and professionally, without all the BS that idiot Trump spews every time he opens his fat, orange face.\nGO CANADA!

52% of deceived Americans chose this madman and his golf friends who, without professionalism and experience began to govern a country that will definitely roll into the abyss. Citizens of the USA, come to your senses and do not let this great country fall apart.

Canadian government has made Canadians paralyzed for decades with high tax rates, made worst business decisions emptied citizens pockets to fill outsiders and their own. Instead of making Canadians rich you have made us poor. I don't disagree to standup for yourself but our foundation is the weakest. If you want to change something think of Canadians make things easier...STOP making admissions hard for professionals pay more wages where its needed and stop increasing minimum wages without improving the lifestyle of people. A 16 yr old making minimum wage and don't even know what to do with the money improve the quality of life. Make businesses boom by helping them with easier access to grants and business approvals. Help investors to grow and help middle class to become investors, make import export much easier. Better laws to protect investors...help those who are growing the economy not dinging them with more and more taxes. This tariff war is going to hurt us more than anyone else. Us poor Candians will have to pay for this hurt our children and our seniors. And that's exactly what Trump and Elon want. To the next Canadian PM - HELP CANADIANS! LET LIVE AND LET GROW...

Canada, there are many highly skilled hardworking American professionals currently facing layoffs. We can contribute to your country's needs and support your government and companies where there are shortages. This is an opportunity to strengthen your workforce—take advantage of it, while America is self destructing.

i am Canadian.....\n\ni am embarrassed by trump and feel for my American brothers..... i want to know what the end game is for trump - if he feels he gonna bully Canada or other nations he has grossly underestimated those that have supported the US through thick and thin...\n\nif his end game is under cutting NATO - he should review history and realize that the only country that ever requested helps officially under NATO was the US which we in Canada offered no questions asked...\n\nall i say to my Amercian brothers, his term is only 4yrs - we will welcome you back into the fold when this nonsense with Trump is over... I just hope that my politicians dont cause any nonsense and toe the line in being professional...

Intelligent and professional. The only fact we should be checking is if Trump is a smart man, because I’ve seen no evidence of that.

The racist man sounds uneducated, very poor quality he reminds me of vagrants from my country, except they hqve more manners. The man with an accent, is professional and patient. \n\nMocking accents was done in the old ages, in modern days, anyone still doing this shows they have only been using 0.01% of their brain. As if his accent is good and with with narrow vocabulary...

The skilled professionals are chemists that make drugs in collusion with the Mexican cartels. Big problem here in Canada. Our present government is responsible.

'Skilled professionals' have work in their own countries and can support their families. Many countries, like Mexico, count on money being sent to them as part of their GDP. The banks take a percentage of the money sent off the top. If money is sent directly to the bank, a percentage is taken. If a client walks the us dollar through the doors of a bank to deposit it a percentage is taken off the top.

Trump, go after all the foreign exchange students. They take scholarships away from americans. Go after the professionals like doctors. I'm tired of so many doctors with accents from who knows where. They take jobs away from Americans. And can you deport those dual citizens? You know the ones who want to take the holy land away from actual semites of the middles east? The rent here in Brooklyn is ridiculous.

Clearly this transvestite guy can fly a plane. But all this LGBTQ baloney and diversity stuff is discouraging men from joining the military. They see a comedy show not a professional organization.

tyler i don't think u realize how bad the usa education system really is. i'm canadian but have lost count of the number of usa teachers who have complained about how bad they are held back from teaching kids properly, how kids can't be failed or held back, how kids graduating gr 12 can't read or write past gr 6 level. in fact recently there was a statistic put out that something like 60% of ALL americans cant read or write past gr 6. considering all your universities that is terrifying. not to mention with gun violence, straight up violence among kids and at teachers, the disrespect and the severe lack of good parenting, kids are not being educated at all. u yourself have done videos on where someone interviews americans and asked them questions about canada and they haven't got a clue. not one clue. yet canadian kids are regularly taught all about their american neighbours. are kids know more about america then american kids do and thats shameful. u need to do some research on this because unless u live in a rich gated elite community and go to private school the public education system in the usa is very dismal and woefully inadequate. \nalso he's right about politics. here we can discuss it rationally and then move on to other topics. in the states ppl are shooting ppl over differences in politics. beating ppl up trashing their cars and property etc. and many police are definitely not presenting themselves with professionalism tons of racism going on. and so many police because everyone is armed. here in canada we are not allowed handguns and pretty much ppl only have hunting rifles. it takes a lot of work and clearance not to mention time and money to take the necessary classes and get the necessary permits to even own a hunting rifle. in the usa show a drivers license and wait 10 days u have a handgun no matter how mental u are. therefore u need way more police than here in canada. i think u have a well to do upbringing so u have not and do not see the true picture of the america u live in. \nalso i have talked to many american friends who had insurance and still cost them about $5000 per birth of a child. with good insurance and working full time. so thats about average. here in canada u pay nothing except maybe parking for hubby while he visits.
