I have always been looked at, followed, even been accused of stealing. And im a tall white woman! \nI dont know why...

I went into a convenience store and the owners (Chinese) followed me around the store as I look for snacks and went to the back for drinks.. I was been shadowed! I told them that why she- because one followed me- was shadowing me? She gave me a smile.. sometimes I feel they pretend that dont understand a word of English, but actions speak louder than words. It was obvious, they thought i was gonna steal something... Now, tell me.. Does that make them racists too? I think so! I didnt buy anything.. but I gave them an earful for that. I have seen how they also keep an eye on Black people. Later, these same people say that THEY are the ones facing racism.

I get followed all the time and i am white. It is not about race. It is about social status. It is about social class. How rich or how broke you look. Dont know why marketplace has to inject race into the equation. Marketplace agitators.

Oh. Yeah it's really frustrating when people stop you constantly. I've been followed around stores. I have severe social anxiety so it's like they're pushing me out the door because I hide a lot and get nervous.\n\n I'm metis and had some pretty crazy coloured hair before. So I figured they thought I was going to steal. I dont know what's in their heads though so meh i dunno.

I live in Jamaica, this is a black country. I get followed in our supermarkets, for this reason I dont go to supermarkets anymore, I allow my wife to go.\n\n\nI dont go anymore because I get offended. Why? because we have a problem of stealing and following me is accusing me of being a thief.\n\n\nI noticed that if I stop at a supermarket on my way home from work I dont get followed, my suit and tie changes my profile.\n\n\nThe problem is that the high incidence of theft is carried out by men and women who look and dress a certain way. Here's the thing, not only casually dressed or thug-looking people steal, it turns out that thieves come in a wide cross section. One supermarket displays empty Blue Mountain coffee bottles on their shelves because ladies steal them by placing them in their handbags on their way home from work.\n\n\nThe problem is that we need to change our reputation. If any group or caste of people have the highest rates of bad behavior, it will affect everyone fitting such description.

i am watching this polygamy video and u have disabled the comments. first thing first. u dont have to go to imam to verify that if its illegal in canada or not. when the law of the land says its illegal its haram in islam. I dont mind having punjabi, Hindus and Sikhs living in brampton they're very nice people and their food is delicious, but I will say this: in all of my life living in brampton i never experienced so many issues with driving in brampton until indian immagrants migrated to this city , and because of all the car accidents and dangerous road rage, car insurance sky rocketed and now someone like me who has never been in a car collision has to pay hundreds of dollars because of their negligent driving habbits...... my point is please be safe, focus and dont be distracted when driving. I am an Asian. I know what is Islam. I have also suffred Islamic violance and hate. \nAs per my experience, Muslim people cannot be loyal for their country. They believe in Only Mecca and Jamaat. \nThey dont trust in Countries constitution, they force to apply Sariya Law across the world. \nI dont know why Muslim people lives in Non Islamic countries. They should go back to Islamic country and happly follow their Sariya Law, Hizab, Halala, Talak, violance etc...

Advice: follow the rules. Something people DON'T want to do anymore, and they want the rest of us to applaud them while they are bucking the system. And, providing for them while they do it. Our countries can NOT take in millions upon millions of people and not have severe consequences in ALL areas. Why cant people understand this? We cant take in the entire 3rd world and support them. WE dont have enough jobs for ourselves, let alone provide jobs and houses for the rest of the world. No one bought me a house. And the 2 years I got welfare after leaving an abusive husband, I HAD TO PAY BACK... I paid back EVERY CENT, and was forced to, which I DID. You hear me complaining and going to the media about THAT? NO. I did what I had to do and moved on. Come in people, everyone wants handouts, butno ine wants to PAY.

there is racism and prejudice everywhere. on every level no matter gender, race, religion, culture. etc. no matter where you go. but if these guys take a trip to any of those corrupted third world backwards countries they would see how good they really have it. us foolish americans canadians dont know how good we have it. we are living in the freest country nation and society ever seen in the history of the world. at least our country creates new laws every year to make our people feel safe. but other islamic countries continue following laws made in the 15th century. do you see and appreciate the difference.\n\nsure people will label you based off your skin tone and your demeanor. BUT WHY? because they have had bad history with those that look just like you. i have had REALLY REALLY bad experiences with asians in everything. so i naturally stay away from all asians and i do not trust them. HOWEVER, i feel when foreigners come to this country they ruin it for the rest of the citizens that are of similar foriegn race eventhough they were born there. WE NEED TO PUT OUR NATIONS CULTURES first. and thats what we have to teach everyone. we put our canada america pride priority and whatever culture we came from LAST. THATS WHY its best we learn to fix our people in a whole in our country before bringing in anymore foreigners who do not respect our nation. lets stop third world immigration and work on making our country great again. so we can stop all this crime in our neighborhoods. because it hinders our progress. once every race color ethnicity of people are acting right then we will have no prejudice based off color or even gender because everyone is giving everyone respect. but because CRIME IS HIGH in all foreign races, and we continue to disrespect eachother. nobody feels safe anymore. whether your light skinned white or black.

Im white and always get followed in a chinese grocery. Lately, it has been alot less but now I cant get anyone to help me. I dont think any races trust each other for the majority. I dont have a problem with races..I dont trust any kid..probably cuz I worked in prison for a few years.

Canada is going to hell. They dont have to follow any rules. They are very rude. cheat in school while the cover there heads in the costumes. They steal. I live in a 1 bedroom there are 7 of them living above me. the dump water on my balcony all the time. Last year it was diapers. the kids are till 2-3 in the morning. they throw garbage where they want. i had to call 311 because the were cutting down healthy trees in there yard. i hate Canada and what it has become.
