The issue is real concerns warping into a racist perspective. No doubt there’s too many Indians coming into Canada, as the Canadian government is more than happy to accept. And the frustration from over-immigration turning into “fuck Indians”, it happens so quick. Being a man born in Canada with Indian heritage, lets you see how much the new immigrants don’t like you because you are too “white” for them, and Canadians don’t like you because you look like all of the new people coming in that look just like you. Lose lose all around.

You have to be born in Canada to be called a Canadian. All those who come here and immigrate and called " New Canadians". because they already have a country of origin.

Canada is the new Bharat. We need to maintain an open border with India so that we can flood this new land with the wealth of diversity and corruption. Liberals don't see migrants as a problem because they fall back on the reality that Canada was built with the help of immigrants. But that was a long time ago. It was a different situation completely. There needed to be people brought in to build, plant and develop the country at that time. We are no longer in need of mass migration as we already have a developed country. I wonder how many of the liberals would change their positions if the policy was, if you want a new migrant to come into Canada you have to pay for them out of your own paycheques and if you don't want a new migrant you don't have to pay. Pretty sure, very few people would want to pay when it is put that way but we are ALL forced to pay to cover that tab.

The damage is done. Liberals ruined this country and let us down. They are just importing their voters. In 10 years they’ve been in power they created tones of new citizens to vote for them. I’m a first generation immigrant. The selection process for us was extremely hard. We were well educated professionals with university degrees, healthy (checked), had to provide funds allowing us to live for at least 6 months without any support from welfare organizations, no OHIP for 3 months. Why has this system been changed? How do all these people without education, money or skills coming here? Why our country is flooded with illegal immigrants? I love Canada dearly. It’s my home now. I’m a proud Canadian. And I’m very sed to watch my country decline like that. Shame on you Liberals.

I am also an immigrant, I came here from Guyana (I am Indian) in 1986 when I was 13 years old, so I grew up here and me and my family adapted to the Canadian culture and love it. I've called this country my home for the last 40yrs and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. We live by the rules and laws of this Country as all other immigrant SHOULD. I hated it just as much when new immigrants come and try to impose their culture and way of life on us then complain when they meet resistance. It's simple, if you are planning to go live in a foreign country and you don't like or think you can handle the culture, then you shouldn't move there.

I heard why the government did the immigrants wrong. I was talking to an uber driver and my pharmacist. They told me the promises of luxury in Canada has and offered for them to live a better lives. They didn't know after they came here for work and or college/university they become in major debt. They said that they're in a luxury debt and never getting out of debt knowing that they're stuck in Canada and can't be allowed to leave unless they pay off the debts. That's 100 % wrong to do that to people when they know they don't feel welcomed and want to go home. I'm a metis Canadian and I had to leave Ontario to find affordability and miss my home. GOVERNMENT THIS IS YOUR FAULT AND YOU KNOW IT! Let them go home in debt. You made this mess. FIX IT! Including the baby boomers that made the problem started 8 % rate interests to buy houses. That was a mistake that should be bought 1 house and nothing else. I forgot to add something. The uber driver told me that india doesn't know that it's a debt luxury trap that you can't leave unless you pay your debt. He felt alone and found some people and the internet to make himself feel better temporary. TEMPORARY! He hates it here, but he respects Canadians. He feels sorry for the new ones that are coming to become debt trap. It's the same for the pharmacy. She got into college to be a pharmacy and bought the store. She is on low income but doesn't qualify for any supports like benefits to pay off her medical things. The reason she can't because they'll see the pharmacy store is income. Wait what? So she doesn't quilify for benefits because she's making income to pay off her massive loan to do her job. It's not enough to live by as what she told me. She also does misses home, but also traped in luxury debt. This is what I have learned so far. I went through a car accident and coudln't get out of the car. I thought in Brampton, Ontario was the rudest people on the planet, but was saved by the angels of indian people saved me out of the vehicle from the smoke. I still thank you! There is still good people out there and some are stupid people out there. Keep it up because being kind gets you to be positive to others and make things better when the world is fcked right now.

The bad behaviors doesn't only come from the immigrants. There's white people do too have a very bad behaviors and a bad attitude. Don't judge the new immigrants.

While the end result is the actual "immigrant", you can tell these new immigrants all day and night to go back to their country... The immigrant themselves will be looking at you like... Huh? Why? The question is what do we do as Canadians... I exercised my vote for blue...but we still had a majority of liberal supporters which was not just surprising but it seemed that people think Conservatives are bad people who are racist and want to follow trumps steps... i begged to differ.... I think what many of us are aiming for is a cleaning up of liberal policies... And stop immigration from ALL PLACES. Allow Canada to re-coop, reestablish and redevelop what it always was.

I like you & your attitude about coming to Canada. I’m subscribing. I feel for the young girl looking for a job. There are tons of jobs on indeed in my city. I apply for both part & full time. I apply for at least 10-20 a day. I’m not getting calls for interviews. I’ve even applied twice to one job because I was not chosen but 2 weeks later the same position was back. I’m fortunate enough to not have to work. I have a husband that makes a very good salary that pays for all of the bills , groceries & vacations. Up until Covid collapsed my 2 franchises & I was sinking more money in than making it I had to sell one for 1/3 of what I paid for it & give the other away. I started a small business at home doing lash extensions. I have my regular clients. But if I want to save my own money it’s not sustainable or steady. I want to work because I enjoy leaving my home not to just go grocery shopping or visit family. That’s even if they are home from work. I like having a purpose. I’m skilled in accounting, cleaning, sales, marketing, customer service you name it. Many might say that I’m very lucky. I am very blessed but it’s also very lonely. Plus I have always worked & had independence. I hate asking my husband to send me money so I can pay my cell, credit card bills. I don’t even go shopping without him for new clothes because I rely on him to pay for those too. Hypothetically we broke up tomorrow I’d be screwed. I worry about if he dies. There’s life insurance but we still have a mortgage to pay & monthly bills. Plus of course I’d make sure his kids got some too. Not to mention I’ve had mental health struggles with social anxiety & agoraphobia years ago. The more I stay home the more I get anxious about going out. Days can get boring & then I find myself napping all afternoon. I need a job. I just want my own money. I don’t want to go to my husband every 3 months & ask him to send me 2000.00 to clear up my overdraft for one business day. I don’t even want to have to use it. Sorry for the rant but I feel that even when filing out applications many times I’m asked if I’m racialized. In other words is my skin brown.

I'm a born and raised Canadian, as well as my husband. Even before our country was completely taken over, employment was hard to come by because of the fw's. 8 years ago, my husband had enough with trying to find a job, he stopped counting at over 450 resumes that were ignored, so he decided that we should start our own company, a small delivery company that 2 years later, we added a safe ride service to (driving drunk people home in their own vehicle). I was the manager of a little pizza place, which was run by immigrants, but good ones. I was hired because my husband approached them about doing deliveries, and they wanted to meet me. I had no idea I was going for an interview but they begged me to work for them, their reason; although they could speak English, they weren't fluent in it, so they wanted an English speaking employee who could easily understand the customer's. Within days, I was promoted to manager, and I loved my job and all of them. They treated everyone with such kindness and generosity. I found out just how much support they got from our government, when I broke down one day because I couldn't afford my prescription. My boss was so confused because he and his family got free prescriptions, dental, eye care, etc and they thought everyone got that. My boss paid for my prescription and actually apologized to me for how our own government treated us. He also showed me that they get $2,500 every 2 weeks, funding to start or buy businesses, but if they don't hire other fw's or immigrants, that funding changes to a grant and they have to pay it back. They are given money for housing, and vehicles. He was pushed out of that business by his 2 partners, and the partner's promised him I would keep my job. That was a complete lie. They stopped putting me on the schedule, claiming financial problems (bs), but hired not one but two new full time immigrant employees. I lost it and quit. Our town isn't that big, and word spread fast, especially when everyone found out that I was still owed over $2,000, which I will never see because no government agency will help me. Their business is actually struggling now and I love that for them. As for my husband and I's business, it's going strong but I came unglued when we recieved a letter from the government "suggesting" that we hire immigrants. I wrote back, telling them in no uncertain terms would that ever happen, and it will be a cold day in hell when one of us steps back so one of the government's favored people can take that money from us because we are the only 2 employees and we're not sacrificing a damn thing for someone who already gets everything.

Now sure I wasn't in every part of Walmart but I only seen one actual Canadian born worker... Sure it can be said it's assumption on my part but I am confident with my assumption based on what I saw. Our public transportation ( bus ) there's only 4 Canadians left. Now our busses speed, don't give time for people to get on safely.... accidents almost daily. And from what I heard there has to be a shuttle bus on standby because the new drivers just make false claims of accidents and issues so shuttle has to come and pick up the people on the bus to finish the route. Our rental market is far and thin. Our homeless is Canadians NOT foreign. And we are seeking illicit activities and mind altering chemicals to deal with the stress of life more and more each day. Concerns me my son and daughter have to grow up like this. I fear for them and their future in a country that I once believed in. I'm not racist I try my best to treat everyone fairly and equally. But Canada is changing and it's causing great impact we can't handle.

People believe it’s because of an “aging” population they let migrants come in???🙄 No, they are. It allowed to work in academic fields. Period!! If it were about an “aging” population it could be helped with giving incentives for young couples who want to start a family.

I love the voices of new immigrants who support Canada but they are not all. Many come just to take advantage. Those are the ones I fear. The ones who plan to take over and spread violence. I find Indian and Chinese are hardworking honest people but there will always be thieves and bad people among every culture. Um so tired of going to a store all immigrants working. Make a phone call it's answered by an immigrant. You can't understand them . I love on ccpd I don't get old age pension yet. I'm too old to get the child tax credit and I'm on a Canada pension disability. I get 713.00 a min to live on. Period. That's it. 😢😢😢 I struggle every day. I live in a seniors housing complex..so my rent is adjusted to fit my income. Thank God for housing I'd be homeless if it wasn't for them. 😢😢 But the immigrants have money. Have jobs. Drive new cars. Get free rent for a year. I waited 9.5 hours at the emergency😢😢 not the Indians they have Indian drs that work there for them. How in the hell is this ok. I ended up leaving the emergency I couldn't wait any longer. I sat there in pain all that time and two Indian families came in during that time and within 20 min at the most they were in and out. They even have an advertisement in the emergency room in their language with all the Indian drs working there. Wtf is going on. I'm tired of seeing these people. They are opening businesses here. Everything you see now is written in English, French and Indian. They call it our third language now. There are building going up that have only immigrants in them. A d I live in a small town but the city. Come on. They stopped saying the Lord's prayer in schools. They can't say Merry Christmas. Christmas concerts are called Holliday concerts now. Our kids don't know the national a them they stopped that. They don't know the Lord's prayer they stopped that. The schools are changed to not make other nationalities feel bad. Immigrants are necessary, BUT ONLY TO POINT. We need to shut our borders to new immigrants and begin working around what we have. As a man who has grown up in Canada, I have seen us morph from an economic powerhouse to wasted potential. Add in strict criteria for being able to come to Canada, incentivize construction of new infrastructure, and add in new laws for all these immigrants that dictate what they can and cannot do in Canada. This ain't no free ride, people! Get off the government gravy train and start working in places OTHER than entry-level work! Leave that for teens and twentiers!

I considered it a privilege and I took it as my obligation to integrate, not import my values or culture here. I worked, paid my taxes and never expected a handout from anybody or from the government. I loved to be the brown dot in a sea of white. I loved my new country. After the pandemic years, things have changed. There has been a sudden browning of Canada. I didn't leave India 40 odd years ago for India to come to me. NO, I am not being racist and it is not just the visual browning either. The loud, non English speaking, profusely littering, rude, entitlement-minded, anti-social, riffraff that seem to have found their way here displacing the native, white Canadians. I so miss the "eh". I miss the polite society. Wherever I go, I see a sea of immigrants speaking their own tongue. Rude, misbehaved. Cutting you off in line. Discarding the shopping cart any where they please. I am getting older every year and I do not want to die in a country that is suddenly so foreign to me. I would love my old Canada back, please. I want my "eh"s back please. I was born here in Canada in 1969 and since Justin Trudeau took over as our government, everything just went downhill. I also very upset with our government bringing in millions of Immigrants and giving large handouts of of our Canadian tax dollars to support the new immigrants that our coming into Canada. Why is the government giving large hand outs to these Indian immigrants instead of helping us true Canadians who helped built this Country. It is a dam shame to see what the Liberal Government our doing to this country of ours were many are homeless, high cost of living and the high crimes that happens every day in Canada and what does the government do is let these criminals back into our streets where us true Canadians do not feel safe any more. The one thing that pisses me off is seeing is all these new immigrants coming into Canada by the thousands that are taking away our Canadian entry jobs like Walmart, McDonalds and A & W fast food restaurant where as our young born Canadian students and others can not find a job to help them pay for there school loans and get a good education degree. His constituents aren’t going to care about the costs of new homes, which affect people moving to the city or younger generations, which are either not yet residents of the city or too young to vote.
