I am a dual Canadian/American citizen and I stand with my fellow Canadian’s and am embarrassed by Donald Trump and his brainwashed followers. I will do everything I can do to support Canada. Frankly the American citizenship is an embarrassment to me now. ??

I almost forgot what an actual leader sounds like. It's sad that so many of my fellow Americans let fear mongering and hate take root in their psychy to the point they thought a barely literate megalomaniac was the best choice to lead the country. This is one of the rare being black in this country is a benefit. We're used to being overburdened and neglected, so it's nothing new to us. But, everyone else is in for a rough ride. Good luck.

Utterly embarrassed to be an American. I hope Canada shuts down EVERYTHING coming and going to and from Canada. It will hurt me and my fellow citizens, but there is simply nothing left that can make the point like it needs to be made.

Boycott US goods, use any power you have to fight back against wannabe dictator Trump. Ukrainians, we are so sorry. The greater US People do not want this and we do not want Trump. \n\nUS people, keep boycotting these oligarchs while they leisure, don’t let them rest in peace, they don’t deserve it. We are the ones who are paying while they vacation and dine on our dimes, stolen from us.

Dear People. Please know that in the hearts of most Americans, you remain our trusted allies and friends. The actions by the current American administration will hurt everyone globally… for what? A vanity project? As an American, this is so painful to see my fellow citizens choose such sweeping destruction of good relations between long term allies. It’s absolutely heart wrenching to witness this along with all of the other atrocities that have happened since January 20.

Thank you Canada. Maybe feeling Trump's policies directly will get into the heads of the selfish MAGA Americans and shake them free from their cult. Sadly, the welfare of their fellow Americans wasn't enough to vote for democracy, and now they will have to personally feel the pain. We, the defenders of democracy, will feel it too, but it's necessary to shake some sense into these idiots. This is years of Russian propaganda coming to fruition. Sorry Canada, I have voted against this, I have written and called my representatives, I have written and called politicians across the states begging them to stand up for us. I have gone to protests, I have done everything I can do while still remaining peaceful. Hopefully your country's justified retaliation can prevent the inevitable next step.\n\n-American progressive, USMC veteran, ally to Canada, Ukraine, and Europe.

It's time we as Americans. Stand up and fight. The status quo is no longer. Why didn't Canada or Mexico do this, before the problem? Because you didn't have to. Now you have to. I am absolutely embarrassed to be an American. On behalf of the millions of Americans who were mentally weak enough to vote for this steaming pile of a presidential administration, I want to sincerely apologize to the countries in the world who are dedicated to promoting democracy, and decency, and opposing 12-year-old childish bullying, tyranny, and dishonesty. I'm American, Texan even. I've fought against Trump and this insanity since 2015. My wife is a trans woman who immigrated from the Philippines almost 20 years ago. I want my fellow Americans to wake up and remove Trump from more than this country but they are just too damned stupid apparently.

These Canadian Provinces being Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.\n\nSuggested is to make Canada’s existing 10 Provinces into 10 individual United States States. Canada will benefit with a strong 10 State influence within 60 United States governance affairs. Benefits are 10 more States on a balanced display welcomed as 10 white stars within the beautiful United States of America field of Blue of our Flag. Other countries will see North America’s Great Power when 60 glorious States, when combined, and working well together, communicating best when communicating with each other only in English, when English is the United States official National Language. No more Government waste of having multi language signage. Another geologically considered North American country, Greenland, with 4 more territories may wish to add four more States, as well as the many existing United States Territories across the globe may desire Statehood. The Sun will never set on the United States. As for 10 Canadian States, think of the  benefit of 20 mostly conservative thinking U.S. Senators which equals a larger majority of conservative votes in the larger U.S. Senate when composed of 120 Senatorial political leaders. 120 U.S. Senators keep the Filibuster procedure balanced. 10 Canadian Provinces converted into 10 United States States equals many more conservative House of Representatives votes enhancing the conservative majority of political leaders in the U.S. House of Representatives. So many good reasons why Canada’s 10 Provinces, with a mostly conservative thinking population of thinkers, should be transformed into 10 new United States States, not just one United States. Yes....10 more States that is the helpful way forward for the United States to have a very dominant conservative thinking population of United States Congress Political Leaders, resulting in a long term more stable United States Congress representing 60 United States, thinking more conservative, thinking more logical, thinking more common sense thoughts, thinking more capitalist job creation thoughts, thinking more tax cut thoughts, are just some of the benefits of having 60 United States of America States on  display, and functioning efficiently going forward for all the World’s Countries to marvel at.

As an American I truly am sorry this is happening, I’m ashamed at what this administration is doing, I stand with Canada and all fellow European allies.
