In Australia. Australia is not too far behind. Housing crisis.. extremely expensive. In Sydney we can’t afford even a studio. 5 ppl Sharing a house. Pay for every food delivery anywhere between 2 to 5 AUD. Any dish you order is minimum 18 AUD so a dinner for 2 is at least 40 AUD even at places like McDonald’s. Groceries are monopolised and they charge very high.. even 3 days of groceries will cost you between 50 to 80. And forget healthcare. It’s so expensive that we pray we don’t fall sick. The doctors too don’t give you real advise. Just prescribe tests blindly without analysing ur symptoms. In India if you find a good doctor, they will save u from getting too many tests. Ppl are depressed and are suffering from many mental illnesses. No sense of community. The only reason why we are here is to save up as much as we can. We are struggling, living in shared apartments in a small room.. we came here with a job without any money spent from our end and the only Reason it works is cz we are saving up for India and when we send money to family it’s cheaper due to currency exchange. We cannot afford the same lifestyle as India with our whole family here.

Every country has its own problems i believe.\nBut what i have seen here is the taxes we pay gets paid back in terms of continuously improving infrastructure, free healthcare and free education. You dont need to bribe to get any govt related work done. \nWhile i was paying ~33% tax in India and was getting nothing back from govt in return. Salaried class people are most exploited in India in terms of taxes while business class ppl enjoy by getting rid of taxes.

I have a received there program viewer for training. All of them have elegibility where you have to be a newcomer to get into free training programs. There are acouple for strictly women and black youth. ZERO LGBTQ+. In 32 pages majority are for newcomers. Acouple open to all but they wont let you in bc behind closed doors there favoring in newcomers. Canadians who have paid into system can't get help bc all most programs and services are for newcomers ....and businesses are taken advantage of lower waged workers. I am a Serbian and Canadian living in Canada for the last 24 years. I love \nthis country I respect this country but my God is so much different than it used to be or it is me. This summer I went with my kids and wife to 6 different countries in Europe Eastern Europe and Central and have seen 2 alcoholic then I come to Canada I see thousands of drug addicts on the street. everything is overpriced ppl do not enjoy in here. When I came in 2000 Serbian economy was low due to the war now it is better and Canadian economy is worse so the gap is very small. you need to make 6000$ to live just ok and I do live well but there is always but. I call it a pressure cooker, I wish all Canadian travel abroad a bit just to realize that they were lied too and that there's a lot of bs. I can give you an example: Condo in Belgrade same size property tax is 200$ per year condo in Qc Gatineau 2500$ plus condo fees 400$ per month basically 7000$ wasted for what? no dr wholes on the street broken system. It will be for sale. I agree paying taxes on my house where I live but for rental property when you deduct all the expenses you invested so much money without any profit. the one that works and the one that scams the system make the same amount of money and we live approx the same. something is wrong there. One of the problems here is we have ZERO vacancy rates , which makes it worse ...we have nowhere to put them, Then there's our foreign student problem which is very complicated and involve CON MEN in India , who have contacts/ family here and work the system. Up to and including helping them get drivers permits...illegally. There's all sorts of loop holes , how we found out about the drivers permits, why traffic accidents became more frequent of course. Then there's the fake colleges they set up and yeah the student gets a minimum wage job and lives in a house stacked with ppl in the same boat as them. Then find out they being rooked and stay with no education or if they do get a legit school they can't stay here and become a citizen because they can't find work in the higher professions ( doctor ) because the system is screwed then they move back home with a good education and leave us with gaps in our medical system. It's complicated and won't be solved anytime soon on either side.
