You go, girl!!\nI immigrated to Canada myself and now thinking my kids will be leaving makes me cringe. This nation was destroyed in 9 years. The socialist policies are backed up with data on how poor we are performing and how discontented people are. I will never vote for Liberals again. Their (supported by the NDP) victimization of the vulnerable narrative doesn't help with true productivity and destroys the backbone of a nation which is the upper and middle class. Without a strong supportive society, the lower class suffers. The government's interference in distributing wealth all it does is bring distortion and chaos. Inflation crushes salaries, you cut expenses and stop consuming, companies with high fiscal pressure stop investing, and cut labour; specific groups get help with subsidies while many don't get a cent and have to finance it all; privileges are still rampant. I live in Canada. Every country has its own problems i believe.\nBut what i have seen here is the taxes we pay gets paid back in terms of continuously improving infrastructure, free healthcare and free education. You dont need to bribe to get any govt related work done. \nWhile i was paying ~33% tax in India and was getting nothing back from govt in return. Salaried class people are most exploited in India in terms of taxes while business class ppl enjoy by getting rid of taxes.

I am an Indian and I am disgusted to see what fellow Indians have done to Canada! They come here with their total lack of civic sense! I was born and raised in Calcutta as we navigated daily through filth and dirt on the streets - not only because of the poor on the street - but bec of everyone else who walks around and thinks nothing of throwing their garbage on the streets, spitting and blowing their noses on the streets and even in buildings - stairway landings, or peeing in the open - in public spaces or against building walls, etc.. Narcissistic, selfish drivers who cut people off, break the traffic rules, grab parking spots, etc.. They come here and make every effort to Indianize Canada - to make this into India instead of respecting this country that has generously and (ignorantly!!) allowed them in!! If they want to live their Indian culture in an 'Indian environment' - then for goodness sake - GO BACK TO INDIA and clean up that country your call your 'matri bhoomi' - your Mother!! The presenter is right - Indians (and Sri Lankans, Bangladeshis and Pakistanis too included here - all with the same mentality!) have dragged down the customer service experience in stores and restaurants. Indians are usually polite but they are not good at maintaining a high standard of customer service! Employees in Walmart, Costco, Tim Hortons (especially!), etc., are seen standing around, chatting with each other in their Indian languages instead of being professionally attentive to customers. The shopping experience is not pleasant like it was 25 years ago!! Remember when the news depicted yellow vest protests in canada as far right, extreme, radical. Some liberal politicians refer to them as being nazi. Hardest part is this was all a highly predictable outcome…I remember clearly those warning what the trajectory we were on would lead to all of what is going on now…these warnings were back in the 90s early 2000s and all those people were dismissed for various reasons and called old world thinkers and intolerant and so on…It makes me wonder if democracies can exist or continue…the average person isn’t socially savvy enough or educated on civics and will fall for leaders promising free stuff and you-topia visions.

Its the duty of the arab world to remove that weight and continually shifting blame back to the west does nothing. You only pretend to care about these people why not utilize the massive leverage you hold economically over the west to end Israels capabilities. The west has never been allied to the plaestinians but the arab world is worse because it pretends to be in the support and favor when it wont even take the women and children being bombed in as refugees to help them. This is BETRAYAL and pretending that the west is going to fix the problem the created is nonsensical, the only way yo save Palestine is for the arab world AS A WHOLE to put economic sanctions on the west and to cut ties with israel. It is ljt just American dolles and weapons fueling Israelis genocide, its the silence and continued normalization with israel from davids accord members that allows them to go forward with no backstop.

I’m a Korean American who has lived here my entire life since birth. I have lived in many other places and the thing about immigrants is they ALWAYS share the same traits wherever they go. \nI live in an affluent area and whenever the immigrants from poor countries come in they all do the same things…throw trash and litter everywhere, the attitude of “I made it just like you therefore I deserved to be treated like a king”..telling them to turn down the music at 2am and not understanding why so instead you are met with argumentative resistance instead of them just saying “hey we’re sorry won’t happen again, we don’t want to be that guy in this neighborhood. Our apologies” but nope. They continue to do it night after night and the audacity to even get angry. The crowding of all of their families in disrepspectful ways such as cutting in line while everyone else is patiently waiting, if there is free samples of food, they will group up and annihilate whatever they are offering not even caring about anyone else but their own. Leaving a very bad image for us East Asians when people from the red flag dragon nation come in droves. Being extremely loud in public while talking about petty nonsensical things most times but they yell and laugh not caring whoever else is around. Even if the room is quiet they have zero situational awareness, never putting things back when they grab them from stores or gym etc. they expect someone to pickup and do this for them. The entitlement ?….if something is on sale they don’t understand to take just one or two, they have to take the entire box so no one else can get it. \nI his list never ends and they don’t understand why people don’t want them living in their countries. It’s not just Germany it’s everywhere. \nHow do you expect people to like you when you make it difficult to do so.

I can understand the pain the gentleman is going through my family own a life housing and land in Uganda very few tenants have paid and the government is not letting us evict them but love us to continue to pay our taxes while allowing encroachers to steal our land and some of them are military personalities. I agree with you leaving. I am a 3rd generation retired Canadian who used to be proud to be so. Now I am not, in fact I am embarrassed to say I am Canadian as it is nothing to be proud of. I think of how good things were in the 70's and 80's while I was young and now how bad things are today and it is truly depressing. Back then if you are willing to work, you could make a decent living, buy a car, a house and raise a family - today, good luck with that. For the past several years, Canada has only been a stopping off point or a temporary layover before you embarked on your next journey so you're not really losing anything. You're a citizen of the world, really. You're just basically looking for a home base of sorts that makes economic sense as you continue you're nomadic lifestyle. I am a permanent resident of Canada and born in the US. I live right outside of Montreal. I actually went to Plattsburgh, NY three times in past two months and each time while on my way back from Plattsburgh, I would encounter several migrants at the bus stop shown on the video. In one of my encounters I saw a group of them wearing ankle monitors. I would see vans standing at the gas station picking up and dropping off migrants. These drivers are helping the problem just to make money. I just heard on the news that greyhound changed the bus stop in Plattsburgh a couple of weeks ago and I wonder if it's because of the illegal migrants. I have been going to Plattsburgh by bus for many years and I've never seen migrants inundate the area as I have in the past year. I knew about Mexicans flying over to Canada so they can walk across the boarder into the US but I didn't know it was this bad. I don't see this problem going away unless Canada works with the US to solve it. Not comparing apples to apples. Amazon returns, education, drugs, labour issues continue in not just Canada, but also US. According to the news we broke 40 Million residents in Canada in the new year. They just announced that the Canadian population is already at 41 million as of last week. How can we absorb this many people. I would say the majority are from India. A lot of these new residents are amazing. But hear me out......For more than 70 years Canada has accepted diverse immigrants from around the world. These immigrants have always had challenges with acceptance and integration as they bought homes and had families and raised children to be Canadians. But these immigrants are economic migrants. They don't want to be Canadians like they used to. They want the PR, and the citizenship. But they want to work and move all that money out of Canada back to India. Then when they retire, they themselves will dump all their Canadian assets and move to India where cost of living and home ownership is exceedingly less expensive. Even their federal government pension plan money will move out of the country. I'll be totally truthful...MY perception of these economic migrants is that THEY HATE US. In India they are educated, come from Middle class and upper middleclass families. They want the PR and Citizenship so they can eventually pull their entire family from India over to Canada. But they have to Work at Burger king or Tim Hortons when they arrive. And the HATE and resent Canadians for it. \n Canada allows people to keep their foreign passports and citizenship. As a Canadian born here, I think the foreign students are the tip of the iceberg. We also have to consider people that came in, and still do illegally including a criminal element. We also have a weak government that brings in folks from war torn countries, and they are not always that countries best people. Look at the Palestinian situation right now, where Most other Arab countries do not want these people entering their countries. We have to ask ourselves why that is, and is it good for Canada to bring in people where the entire Arab world says Nope! I think the entire situation in Israel and Gaza is terrible, and at the same time with some groups even the Children are raised to Hate and or be Violent. So if we are bringing in people who Hate and Support a terrorist organization, we can pretty much guess what’s going to happen inside Canada. In fact we are already seeing the hate and division. They can’t figure out this is NOT Israel, and there are no wars in Canada currently. However if they continue down this path of Hate and violence, Canada could become another battle ground. And because housing and life is not affordable in Canada Canadians are leaving to other geographies in the global south (particularly latinamerican) to live their Canadian dream and in doing so they are really destroying the social fabric of these places. What they are doing to the Yucatán peninsula is really nasty. Local people cannot afford life at home because Canadians and US-americans are raising prices everywhere.
